I did a lot of research before settling on this condo for my stay on Amelia Island. I was going to travel solo and ended up having a couple of friends join me. Stay Better Vacations was very responsive and helpful. The view is spectacular and the photos don't do it justice. The furnishings are quite comfortable and of good quality. A special plug for the bath towels .. they were very nice. The place has everything you need from laundry detergent to extra blankets to a fully stocked kitchen (minus food ). The location is awesome and I woke up looking at the sunrise every morning. You do need to be aware that this is a condo community. My girl friends and I were sitting on the balcony talking and laughing and right at 10:00pm our downstairs neighbor asked us to keep it down. We weren't being crazy and no alcohol was involved, but I still felt awful for bothering them. So just know that its a quiet location and be respectful.
