My family (wife, 3 kids under 11, and small dog) and I just returned from our stay. All I can say is, if the property was for sale I would buy it! The best backyard on Amelia Island for private family pool time. We are a pool family, so having a nice big pool was a necessity! Beautiful back yard with fruit trees. My kids also love swinging on the hammock and the outside pull-up bar. The home is located at a dead end with no traffic. You are a fairly straight 5 min drive to the beach from there. I grew up going to Jekyll and St Simons, I would pick Fernandina Beach over them any day. Beaches are well groomed and have lifeguards. Property manager was very friendly and was easy to communicate with. Very prompt and professional. As someone who often rents from VRBO, I really respect that. This will be our “go to” rental on Amelia from here on out. It has everything you need.
