Stay Better Vacations was very responsive--they answered texts! (some of their local competitors do not). We also loved that we didn't have to load the dishwasher, strip the beds and start laundry as part of our checkout (some of their competitors require that AND charge more!). The condo was clean, had ample starting supplies and lots of information on local activities.
