We stayed for 5 nights during the heat of August. The A/C was great and the streaming TV'S and Internet were excellent. It's a very short walk to the beach and the unit has ample beach chairs and towels to enjoy the water. We loved the upgraded mattresses. It's a nice quiet condo complex, and good value for the money, which is what we were looking for.
