Since this is a ground floor unit, you also have a view of the beach fauna and flora, including rabbits and turtles. This unit is also conveniently located half way between two major supermarkets (about a ten minute drive to each) and also convenient to some really good restaurants. For a beach vacation this would be hard to beat.
