Amelia Island is a hidden gem for family vacations, and our stay at this Summerwoods unit was the cherry on top! It’s only minutes to the beach with an included golf cart and golf cart path that take you right to the board walk, it became our favorite start and end to the day during each of our stays! It also came conveniently stocked with all the beach gear that we needed - toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, and more. This kept us entertained for hours. There’s plenty of room for the whole family, giving you time to spread out and relax without being disturbed, or to gather in a common area and spend time together. Our trips to Amelia Island are some of our family’s favorite memories. Our children still talk about the memories that they have at the beach, visiting downtown Fernandina Beach, or eating at our favorite restaurants. We can’t wait to get back to make more memories!
