Beachwood 2030 is actually better than the photos. The Condo is on the 4th floor. An elevator makes access easy and we never had to wait. The condo is clean and well equipped.  The trees around the condo complex was one of my favorite parts. They made for some nice shade in the 95 degree temps. The pool was a short walk and very nice. The beach was a little more of a walk than what we are used to. Not terribly far but for an elderly person or someone with some health issues it could be.
