Ocean View Villas 1B was a perfect spot for our girls trip. We had teenagers to 70 with us and it was a great fit. The size of the villa, location to beach, restaurants and the historic district was ideal. The villa also had beach chairs, towels and the essentials (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags...) ready for us at arrival. Communication was great, but we never really needed anything. Only negative was the AC was hard to manage...either really cold or nothing was coming out and the skate park nearby was a little loud, neither of these would keep me from returning. All in all, great location and the finishes inside the villa were perfect for what we needed.
