Thank you for quick help when necessary hooking up a machine and unhooking it. Always fast and courteous responses from the SBV Changing the lock at exactly 10 might have made me miss my plane if I'd left my bag inside to say bye to my friend on the 4th floor and the cleaner hadn't been there! Luckily I took the bag up with me. Came back down at 10:10! See you next year!
