Have rented this unit before and it is a nice unit with a stunning view and well appointed with kitchen appliances. To be totally transparent, the cleanliness of the unit was not as good as our prior rental here. Stay better vacations communication is excellent and they are easy to deal with. Drop off of beach equipment was seamless also. The building itself, however, had several elevator disruptions which of course is not the fault of stay better vacations. Have no reservations on using this company again for other vacation needs.
