We were looking for a place to relax and resource for my wife and I and this place was perfect for us. It's a very quiet community with no traffic but walking distance to the beach, few restaurants and even the Egan's Creek Greenway Trail, something you don't want to miss. I could walk there every day and never be bored. The pool and tennis court are right next to the condo and there is a large play ground for kids. A parking space is designated for the condo and right in front of it. The condo is showing a little bit its age, especially the kitchen, but every thing is functional and provided. As mentioned by others the mattress is very comfortable and combined with the fountains sound right under your windows you are up for a great night. The island has plenty to offer, north with the historic Fernandina city with shops, restaurants and more, and south for parks and beaches. The communication with Stay Better Vacations' team was top notch.
