While on a two week vacation in Daytona Beach, we had a mandatory evacuation (Hurricane Milton). We returned to the condo and were told that we could not stay there. The rental company did not try to help us find another condo. I sent a message to Stay Better Vacations and within 20 minutes Stacie responded.....20 minutes, on a FRIDAY, right before 5:00PM. She said that they normally don't allow same day check-ins, but would accommodate us. Girl, that right there is GOLD STAR SERVICE for those two acts.
Besides the service, check in was super easy, the condo was clean, and the beach.....Holy Cow, the beach is beautiful! Also, let's talk about the check out process. This is the only Airbnb that has requested that we only do ONE thing before checking out! Read that sentence again....ONE thing! Start the dishwasher the night before. Thank you for making this an easy process.
