Clean. Loved the open concept of the kitchen , dining area, and LR; made it feel roomy. Lots of counter space, and for someone who likes to cook, and not eat out every meal was great! Master bath very roomy, does have very tall tub ( same in second bathroom ) have to climb into to shower, would have liked a grab bar. It is about a block and a half easy walk to the beach. There is a Walmart and a Aldi’s not too far away. Management group VERY responsive. Had to buy coat hangers as only hand full between the two bedrooms, cheap at stores. Having two full bathrooms was great! Would rent again for sure!
