We had a wonderful summer vacation at 1170. It is a true old Florida style beach house. The home is exactly as described and depicted in photos. Our favorite part about the home was it's proximity to the ocean, we loved hearing the waves from inside the home. The owner truely thought of everything a guest may need, with a well stocked kitchen that allowed any dish to be prepared. Beach chairs and towels were also a nice touch.
