The location was amazing. The house was spacious and so close to the beach. It’s very quiet on this side of Newport. The neighbors are locals so definitely keep that in mind. The home was clean and very welcoming. Tons of space and privacy.

This place was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 minute walk to literally everything. The host was so helpful and responsive, and we really just loved our stay!

Great setup. Everything looked clean and furniture/beds all in good shape. Incredible location: close to beach, shops/restaurants and easy to get back out of the peninsula. We'll be back.

We enjoyed ourselves the rain didn’t put any gloom on our stay at this great location beach house. Our only gripe would be doing these beach stays earlier in life.

Short walk to the beach, grocery store and great restaurants. No need for a car (A shared garage is available for a small car). Newport Pier is about a 15 minute walk. We made use of the fire pit every evening. Interior is quiet, which was nice on a busy weekend. Glad we found this property!
