Great place to stay, loved it was the perfect distance from the beach !

We had a wonderful stay in Newport! The house was perfect for our family with a great patio you can relax on. The beach was steps away making this a perfect location for lots of beach fun. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great place! You can hear the waves from the patio. 30 steps from the patio and you are on sand. Clean, comfortable and easy to check-in and out. We will be back!

Great location! Beach is just a few steps away. Very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable.

Wonderful place and location. It is literally across the street to the sand. Far enough away from the business of Newport and close enough to be part of it if you choose.

We absolutely loved our stay. One very short block from the beach and very close to a nice little shopping center that had stores for almost everything you needed. Great coffee shop, donut shop, italian restaurant (great pizza) and liquor store. We also walked to the Eat Chow Restaurant one night heading north and their food is amazing. The street in front of the house is one way and includes a bike/walk path that made it just a fun environment. The house itself is clean and very functional. Lots of light and comfortable couches and chairs. Just overall a great place. If I had one minor wish, it would be that they would have provided extra towels. We only were given one per person, and since my wife always uses two, I ended up drying with a hand towel. Finally, having a one car parking garage is an absolute win! Never having to look for a parking spot really made it so much nicer. Great place to stay!

Great property and great location. Property managers are responsive and easy to communicate with! It would be nice if there were a bit more comfortable seating in the living room and A/C, but other than that, everything was great! We'd stay there again.

The unit was clean and check in/out was really easy. It was a great location right by the beach.
