Updated and clean! No complaints! Perfect week of vacation away from the rush of beach tourists. Safe walk to a quiet public beach, almost no one in that area the entire week.

The house is nicely done and reasonably equipped. Apparently there was a problem with the lawn care contractor and the yard never got cut during our stay. It was a bit over grown. The only other complaint is the bedroom doors have glass window pay...

Great place a bit south of downtown Cocoa Beach. Beach shack vibes, in a good way. Very short walk to a really nice part of the beach.

Great location! We were within walking distance of the beach and other local attractions. The home was clean, organized, and well put-together. Everything was great.
