This house is perfect. So close to the beach you can walk to it. BBQ and washer/dryer is a plus! We stayed here for 20 days and would return anytime

The house was just as described and perfect for my family of 4. Short walk to the beach and an easy drive to restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach. The house was well appointed and perfectly clean. We would stay here again.

only downside was no dressers in the bedroom. otherwise the stay was great and we watched a launch from the observation deck which was very nice as well!!

This was a great easy quick weekend beach trip place! Plenty of towels and ease of access to the beach! The wifi was a little slow and some of the dishes were dirty mostly because it’s up to the guests before you to clean them. But other than that...
