nice cozy place with just a walk across the street to the beach! we would definitely come back here if we choose cocoa beach again.

It was a very nice home and had all the things we needed in the kitchen to cook and grill. I loved the fact that we could use the resort across the street with grills, fire pits, beach stuff, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
