Location is money. Place was clean. Check in and check out were super easy. Fit our family of 6 just fine

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is amazing. Already booked my next trip for next spring.

Very convenient and seamless process!!

We had a fun stay at this Airbnb- it is right on the boardwalk with a phenomenal view! We had cold and stormy weather and there are two heaters on the front patio- so nice! A stone's throw from restaurants- you can walk everywhere. There is a small market on 15th street and we walked to Pavilion's on 31st street for groceries. Once we parked the car, we didn't really need it the whole time. Our family of five had plenty of space. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely remodeled. The living room furniture is a bit worn, but the view made up for it. There is a lot of city noises early in the morning with trash pick up etc, so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to that. We would stay here again!

Patio heaters were a lifesaver during 2025 rain. Location is great. Very well stocked w pans and bedding etc. Comfortable bed. Parking spot was fine. Laundry room only available during restaurant hrs. I will stay here again

Location was amazing! House was clean and cozy. View from the balcony is just like it’s pictured and it’s walking distance to food, drinks, desserts, etc. definitely would stay here again.
