The oceanfront house by Newport Pier was fabulous. The views are second to none with so much nearby (including ice cream stand underneath). Great location with so many restaurants nearby and minimal exterior noise. Would highly recommend.

Pipeline unit was great! Just as described. Great location, Fully stocked, comfy beds etc. Only small negative is the automated text messages sent by the rental company did not apply to this unit and were confusing.

Location, location, location! Exactly what we wanted for the little boys! Naps back at the rental...not all the adults needed to go back for naps. So close to the water. Back and forth all day. Only put 97 miles on our rental vehicle for the week...sna to sna, with a trip to Orange County Zoo. So much to do right there! Ferry rides, Ferris wheel rides, Fish Market, Sunday Market, Shells, Starfish at Jetty 28, wonderful vacation! Also, Bungalow Basics was Awesome! Items were there upon our arrival, and we left the items upon Check-out. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards were great quality...would definitely recommend BB! Thanks!

Location is money. Place was clean. Check in and check out were super easy. Fit our family of 6 just fine

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is amazing. Already booked my next trip for next spring.
