This was our 5th time to Seabrook at Easter and this was our favorite place. The location can't be beat and the place was in great shape with all amenities. We will definately be staying here again.

Your condo is beautiful and perfectly situated to easily enjoy all Seabrook has to offer. For a time of peace and reflection, it is the perfect place to visit. If we decide to return, we would eagerly request your condo.

Great villa! It had so much space for all of us. The kitchen was very well equipped too - the best of any rental property we have ever stayed in! Loved the beach, pools, and nature trails. Can’t wait to visit again!

What a great week at Seabrook Island! This beach house was a perfect launching point for trips to the beach, pool, Bohicket Marina, and even a day in Charleston. Super short walk to the beach and pool can’t be beat. The beach house itself was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed for the week. The TV and blue ray came in handy on the rainy day. Everything in the house is well organized and labeled and there are lots of little touches that made it a great place to vacation!

This is the second time renting this villa. The location is perfect - right across from the beach. The lot overlooks a large lagoon with tons of wildlife to just sit and watch. The upstairs is perfect for kids, especially with having an additional bath. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ever. The only complaint is a couple of the TVs need to be updated. We will be staying at this villa again next year for sure!

We had a memorable trip to this truly unique resort. Quiet, safe, extremely beautiful. Exclusive beaches, walking trails, bike paths, the horseback riding, great restaurants. I recommend this location for those who are looking for solitude and relaxing in a truly amazing place.

We have been vacationing on Seabrook or Kiawah for 25 years. This was the best place we have rented. The screened porch was the most popular place. The view was wonderful- the pictures just don't do it justice. The porch furniture was very comfortable so we spent a lot of time there. We also ate several dinner at the table there. The cottage was also comfortably furnished inside. There were also thoughtful things like hair dryers in every bathroom, a child gate for the stairs (our grandchildren were with us for a bit), and plenty of HANGERS (unusual for a rental). The location was also excellent. It is a short bike ride to the Beach Club pool or beach or a walk to the River Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks there and plan to go back next year!!

My kids and grandchildren all believe that beaches only have a few families on them. We flew kites, dug in the sand even waded in the waves. The house was perfect for our family. We used the big dining table for games and puzzles and ate in the kitchen. Loved the big bunk beds. Lost power for a few hours one night glad there were lots of battery powered candles so no problem! Love the slow traffic so even the 3 year old could ride her bike. That’s for a great break.

Our family of six recently stayed at this amazing condo for a week to attend a wedding in Charleston. It surpassed our expectations! Photos are completely accurate, rooms are spacious and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The landscaping is gorgeous! Everything about the island is perfect About a 45 minute drive to historic Charleston.
The condo was tastefully decorated, had everything you need to cook, and spotless. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back!!

My wife and I were here for two months and loved it! Very close to the beach and incredibly relaxing. Not many places you can have a family of Deer feeding in your front yard every morning. Comfortable house, plenty of parking and the perfect place for spending time at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is beautiful and we were able to watch dolphins, pelicans, deer and more right out the back window and from the deck. We were able to enjoy sunsets every night. The condo itself is spacious, bright and airy. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked which we really appreciated for cooking in with our two kids. Easy to get to the beach and lots of parking. We hope to stay again soon! Thanks, Nancy!

This was our first time here and we loved it. House is very warm and inviting with a coastal theme and was updated and fully stocked. There was a great screened room in the back overlooking the lake which was an added plus (especially for morning coffee). Short bike ride to the beach (which we loved) and close to all - Absolutely perfect!

Our stay in 947 Sealoft Villa was wonderful! The accommodations were beachy lovely and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Seabrook Island was beautiful, and we even got to enjoy the first pool day of the season overlooking the ocean. Thank you!

Wonderful, versatile common area with confluent kitchen, living room, dining room and walk-out deck. Each bedroom has it's own full bath which gives privacy to each couple occupying these spaces. Our teenage girls had the 2nd floor to themselves and this was an ideal arrangement for all.
The ocean views are amazing. We watched the sun set from the deck and living room area.
A short boardwalk extends from the cul-de-sac to the ocean. The island deer feed every morning on the shrubbery. It was a relaxing and enjoyabe respite from our busy routines.

We really enjoyed our stay, loved the view from the balcony and the easy to walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Fun watching the deer gaze early in the morning and evenings. Loved watching the dolphins on our daily beach walks/rides. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We made most dinners in the unit and had everything we needed. Loved Seabrooke Island. We will be back!

We enjoyed our spring break with our two teen daughters and grandmother. The house was a perfect setup for us and was well appointed. We had everything we needed. The unobstructed views from house were beautiful and it was nice to look over the myrtles to the ocean with without seeing another beach home.
We loved sitting on screened porch and the sun porch listening to the waves and the birds. Some days it was too cold to be at beach so it was nice to have these spaces to enjoy the outdoors, especially for my mother, who has mobility issues and couldn’t always make it too beach. We also loved the convenient location to the boardwalk just steps from the house!
The beach was big and deep allowing plenty of room for beachgoers. We had nice daily beach walks in either direction we chose to go.
The house was so comfortable and allowed us to really relax and hang out. The rooms were perfect setup for our family. The kitchen had plenty of space and had a good layout. We had planned to spend more time sight-seeing in Charleston but enjoyed the house so much we all decided to chill at house instead.
The nearby Freshfields shopping area was not too far away and had a good grocery store, shopping and places to eat. We also booked a sunset sail from Bohicket marina which was also close by.
We would like to come back in the summer and would definitely book this house again!

The property was exactly as described, very comfortable, well appointed and within close proximity to Golf, restaurants and Seabrook’s beautiful beaches. The reservation process was seamless, all communication was timely and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return next year!

Updated furniture was comfortable and decor is beautiful! Walking distance to beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and all essential paper products available. Plenty of room for a family of 5. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

My fiance and I enjoyed our mini vacay with our furbaby. The interior was very nice, exceptionally clean, and had a great view. Very happy that we picked this end unit. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable, updated, and well-maintained, with lovely furnishings and décor. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, with high-end utensils, dishes and appliances. The owners have a nice supply of board games in case you hit a rainy day, and the wifi is very good. We relaxed on the screened porch overlooking the marsh with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, soaking in the view. We loved the Sleep Number Bed.
The condo is in a very quiet area, with no through traffic. All we heard at night was the ocean. It was February when we visited, so we weren’t able to use the Creek Watch pool, but it looked very nice and we hope to return in warmer weather to check it out. The crabbing dock and kayak launch are just a short walk away, and beach access is only a 10-12 minute bike ride. We had a lovely time walking on the beach, bird watching, and sightseeing. Bring your binoculars and camera!

Condo was perfect; has been recently upgraded with granite tops, shower and paint. Location GREAT! We frequent Seabrook Island annually in Feb. and this was the nicest unit yet. Walk out the back door and you are on the boardwalk to the beach! Would recommend it for a couple, folks with a pet, small family. We'll be back next year.
