The open living area, well-stocked kitchen, beach decor, and comfortable bedding was perfect for our family. We loved the central location of Chateau by the Green that allowed us to bike to the Lake House and the beach. We would gladly stay here again!

This property is open and spacious. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The location is great. Short drive to club and beach access. Relaxing and fun trip!

Our two families stayed at Tarpon Pond for a week long vacation and had plenty of space for all. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking, however, we found ourselves in Charleston eating at all the fabulous restaurants. There are plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was easily accessible when we needed to wash in the middle of the week. The neighborhood is quiet and not far to beach access. Our husbands raved about the golf course and enjoyed their rounds of golf, so if you are a golfer don't forget your clubs. If you want to use the beach club area and play golf don't forget to get to purchase your amenity card. We would stay again here again,

Seabrook Island as a whole is always a serene, peaceful and fun place to vacation. The house was well kept and we loved it all around!

Beautiful views of the ocean ! The villa was beautifully decorated! We may try to come back as soon as the fall! The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This property is our new favorite beach home! Everything about it was pleasant! It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to get our vacation started like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps etc. It had fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils to prepare meals. It had comfy beds, beach chairs & toys, and an outdoor shower. It also had a place for us to plug in our rented LSV. The beach and pool are close but it was so awesome to have the low speed vehicle for a fun way to quickly zip there!!

This villa was fantastic! We loved it and were so happy to have a nice, clean place with gorgeous views of the ocean - and pet friendly.
Our little dog Riley is very well mannered and completely house trained. But, understandably it can be challenging to find nice places that allow him to stay. And we do not travel without Riley! 😂🐾
The bed was comfortable, the updates were so nice, there’s nothing I could say bad about it! If the owners ever want to sell it please tell them to call us. For now we will rent it!
The amenities across the street were perfect, loved renting bikes, going for walks, sitting on the balcony. Just perfect!

So relaxing! This is a very nice condo on the marsh. Quiet, yet conveniently close to the restaurants and shopping at Freshfields. It had everything we needed, and was sparkling clean. We would definitely rent it again if we return.

Very nice property. Easy access to beach and golf course. Really enjoyed that beach access included pool and towels, umbrellas and chairs at no additional charge. The only issue was eating locations. Beach club was very expensive for even a sandwich. At dinner the closest locations were an hour wait and then almost an hour getting the food need something close that is guick and reasonable. Also the grill on the property needs the lighter fixed. You could grill but had to manually light.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Older but well kept up. The agent was able to quickly answer all questions. We had so much fun we really didn't want to leave and will stay for a week next time.

This is a roomy, comfortable and well-appointed unit close to the beach and beach club facilities. We used it as a base for day trips into nearby Charleston and it suited us perfectly.
The instructions for access to the property and for using the amenities both within the unit and within the Seabrook Island community were detailed and very helpful.
This property was everything we hoped for.

Wonderful Experience Memorial Day 2019! this was our first time to Seabrook we usually stay at Kiawah but I waited to late to book. Found this great little unit close to beach with great views and amenities included. Nicely appointed unit, great kitchen! We truly enjoyed our first time at Seabrook. The Leasing company is TOP NOTCH they are on top it make it very easy, convenient and hassle free they were super accommodating to our special request.

It's always nice to arrive to a rental property and be pleasantly surprised. This place certainly feels like an owner-shared property. Kitchen is rather stocked for easy cooking. We had our two daughters (1 and 3) and my parents and it was a perfect size. They even had a pack-n-play, so all we did was bring a mattress and sheets - super easy. Furniture and decor is very well done and cozy. This did not feel like a typical rental property - it felt more like a 2nd home, complete with the owner's family pics on the walls and shelves. Don't be shy of the location... while it's still a drive to the Beach Club or Lakehouse, it's such a short drive to both with plenty of parking. And it's close to Freshfields Market which is nice. I know several folks talked about trimming the hedges, but I didn't see that as a problem... stand up and see golfers putting on the nearby green, sit down and you get your privacy while reading a book. Inclusion of the Amenity Card was golden... we went to the kids' pool area every day and everyone was friendly and shared the space respectfully. Food and vibe at Pelican Nest was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We had the best long weekend at this house! We had two babies with us, and it was so easy to get to the pool and the beach with strollers and gear in tow. Home has been totally renovated and the furnishings are just beautiful. Stunning view of the golf course and large double decks on the top floor! Loved it.

Best beach house rental ever. Beautifully furnished, spacious with Great view. Screened porch delightful even during heat of the day Fully equipped kitchen was awesome. Walk to beach a little long but all boardwalk and there was a beach cart available which was a pleasant surprise. Once off the boardwalk very close to dog off leash area

Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely rent again. Sunsets were beautiful. Bedrooms were awesome. Kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Use of the amenity cards was terrific. Had a wonderful time at the pool and the Pelican Nest for dinner.

Great stay and location! Easy access to the beach and very clean. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and can't wait to come back to seabrook island. The only complaint is that the bedrooms get a little hot. Luckily, they had fans to make it more comfortable.

The property was very nice with a beautiful view of the golf course. We rented bikes for the short trip to the beach and rode them for fun each evening! This is a great place to stay if you want complete relaxation away from the hustle and bustle!

This home is immaculate inside. What I didn't really appreciate was the number of stairs involved. My niece has special needs and the entry stairs and inside stairs were definitely challenging; not only for her but for my sister and me as well. That's not a criticism of the property but a note to myself to be more discerning when looking around. It also took us a while to figure out the amenities and their costs. Once we did that, we had smooth sailing.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Chateau by the Green. The house had everything we could have asked for which allowed us to truly make ourselves at home. The owners left beach equipment for us to use, which made our time on the beach much more enjoyable. While we were on Seabrook, we enjoyed the amenity card access to the pools and fitness center as well. We have already talked about wanting to stay at this property again!

Great rental agency! This is the third time we've rented from Coastal Getaways, same condo this time, and they never disappoint. They are great at communicating before our stay and the condo we're staying in is fantastic! Seabrook is a special place which is why we've returned 3 years in a row. Highly recommend.

Family vacation with young adult children and their friends. We had 7 total and had plenty of room and enjoyed the 3 bathrooms. Galley kitchen was tight at times but was equipped well. Fridge was a nice size and able to accommodate all of our groceries. We spent most of our time on the screened porch. Great views of the golf course. The week we went was right before Memorial Day and is wasn’t crowded at all. Great time to come to Seabrook. We did purchase the amenity cards and enjoyed the pool area and pelican’s nest. The only issue we had was when the upstairs shower started leaking into the lower bathroom. We called to report it and a repair man came the next day. Overall, a great place that is only a short drive away from the beach.

The property was great. The only minor problem we had was that the tv in the den area was not working properly. We read the directions for turning it on, but could not seem to get it to work.

the Rental company was great about sending me emails to make check in quick and convenient. All my questions were answered before I could ask them! The house was nicely furnished, we loved the amenities and having the amenity cards included with the rental was wonderful! We also REALLY appreciated the wonderful extras that came with the home to make going to the beach not just easy but Possible! I don’t know what we would have done without the beach wagon to help haul our things back and fourth! And the beach chairs provided were nicer than the ones I brought! Could have left ours home and had so much extra room in the car!😂we very much enjoyed our relaxing vacation and would rent this villa again!
