The management company was fantastic. Easy to communicate throughout our stay. Home was exactly what our family needed. Home is very well stocked and organized. Have all the equipment you need for the beach. Would highly recommend and rent again.

We enjoyed our time on beautiful Seabrook Island very much. In spite of cooler weather in February than we had anticipated, we were outside each day walking on the beach, visiting local plantations, and touring other historical sites as well as spending some time in Charleston. Our location on Seabrook was close to so many wonderful areas to visit. In addition it was so convenient to have a Harris Teeter Grocery Store, coffee shop, restaurants, and other businesses close by in the Freshfields Village area.
We loved the trees with their hanging moss and all the flowering camellias and azaleas. The vegetation on the Island and surrounding area was truly amazing. The house we stayed in was lovely and quite suitable for the four of us who rented it together. We appreciated the ample seating and comfortable furniture in the family room. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the many meals we enjoyed in the kitchen with our lovely view of the very private backyard facing the golf course. The house was perfect and Seabrook Island is such a desirable area to visit.

My first trip to Seabrook. As soon as you walk in that view relaxes you. Peaceful! I enjoyed quite time my sisters and playing cards. A walk on the beach and eating at Salty dog.

Because it was much bigger than what I had expected. It was so clean and had nearly every amenity that we could think of. The neighborhood is beautiful and very family and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we may try to come back again next year!

We visited the property at a time when only one of the other three units was occupied. It was quiet and parking was no problem even with the work going on to replace the walkways from the building to the beach. That process was coming to an end and I would assume would have no affect on the busy summer months. There are plenty of bike racks and of course Seabrook Island is a wonderful area to ride. We experienced one small item which needed cleaning attention and Nancy and her team took care of it on a Sunday for us. Greatly appreciated their willingness to assist. We would definitely return to this unit, with it’s relaxing views and well maintained interior.

The home is attractively decorated and has lots of kitchen supplies and books. We love that they allowed our dog. It is a little far from the beach but with rental bikes, we did a lot of back and forth. The garage has lots of kids toys to borrow which is great.

This property was beyond anything we expected. After plans abroad were canceled suddenly and thinking a US-based back up plan would be a fine alternative, we were wrong and to head back home. Cannot wait to have another vacation planned and head right back to where we were. This home is phenomenal, the community is phenomenal, and of course the beaches and surrounding areas are nothing but pristine. VRBO was extremely accommodating and provided everything we needed upfront and on short notice and then again with a no questions asked attitude about refunding the days we couldn’t stay. We had a wonderful time,! We love Seabrook, everybody is so friendly and very dog friendly! Love the dolphin watch, the sunsets, and the beauty of the ocean outside our windows! This is a beautifully appointed unit right on the end. I love that the balcony has a door that opens up to the back steps and you are right on the boardwalk leading to the beach. The beach is on the sound side, so it is the sunset beach. It is a nice quiet way to start your day. We saw wild dolphins! During low tide you can walk straight around to the North Beach side where you have the crashing waves and the morning sunrises. The unit is dog friendly, as is most of Seabrook Island. Everywhere you go you see people walking dogs!
This unit was tastefully decorated in soft, beachy grey tones. It includes washer dryer, dishwasher and modern appliances. I also like that there are two full baths with textured tiles in soft greys and beiges. Lots of extra towels and a very big comfortable bed. There is plenty of closet space and storage space for clothes and books. Even liked the little desk in the bedroom nook. This unit also includes the Amenities card at no extra cost. We loved having access to the clubhouses. Also love the relationship with Coastal Getaways which gives you all kinds of discounts on things like bikes and local tours. Highly recommend.

We’ve been to Hilton Head and Kiawah, but we hadn’t been to Seabrook Island before. Seabrook is the best of the three! 513 Tarpon Pond Road has it all and you won’t be disappointed. The views are beautiful, the house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully-equipped and the beaches are only a 5 minute drive. When we come back to Seabrook, we will definitely be staying at 513 Tarpon Pond.

We selected the property because of the setting and marsh views. The bonus for us was that inside was attractive, comfortable and well-provisioned. It was a good jumping-off point for nice long walks.

Everything was as described in listing. Seabrook is very quiet in the winter months. The couch in the living room is more like patio furniture and very uncomfortable. Be certain to find out early about the Seabrook amenity card, including all fees, etc. King bed was comfortable.

Loved this condo at Pelican Watch! It’s on the very end, so you are blessed with big corner windows, plus the seclusion of being on the end in blissful quiet. The condo is very open with the kitchen into the living/family area. Loved the decor, and not over crowded with furniture and clutter. Truly peaceful in every way. The views are amazing, everything you need is at your fingertips. Owner has reaaly thought of everything. Also loved the washer and dryer (top of the line!) in the bedroom. Coastal Getaways and owners were very helpful from the first inquiry to check out. Can’t wait to come back!

The villa was exactly as listed. It was beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We spent many hours in the sun room enjoying the wildlife in the marsh.

Overall it was just as billed. The kitchen was a tad small for the size of the property, and we couldn't find a remote for the DVD player (no instructions for any electronics except WiFi). Seabrook Island Road desperately needs sidewalks, but you can't do anything about that. Overall, I would definitly recommend the area. We had a terrific time.

Stayed 5 nights at this property. A good time was had by all. Nicely equipped kitchen.
Arrangement of bedrooms provided adequate privacy for 6 adults.
This property is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We saw dolphins on several occasions!
Outstanding and comprehensive "visitor's book" located in this home. (best I've ever seen)

This was our second stay at tarpon pond and we were thrilled to be back. The house has all the comforts of home and the screened porch is so perfect. The weather was warm and even in winter we sat outside and enjoyed watching all the different birds in the lagoon. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to the beach and look forward to coming back in summer.
Our favorite place on Seabrook after coming here for 15 years,

The property was roomy and comfortable. The location is perfect, one end of the road puts you close to the entrance to Seabrook, the Lake House and Equestrian center and the other end of the toad puts you close to beach access. The property is well equipped with high quality towels and the kitchen has everything you could need. There is plenty of room to spread out in the open layout. We did not use the grill or fireplace but definitely see those as great perks. We had bikes rented and storage, drop off and pick up at the property was convenient.

It was a fine rental experience. We got a citation from the HOA for parking in the driveway but other than that it was a fine rental. Unit was clean and experience was fine.
