We loved the villa and it is located in the perfect spot. We were able to walk out on the balcony and watch the deer, listen to the tree frogs and watch the beautiful sunset. It was the perfect peaceful getaway.

We have enjoyed Seabrook for a number of years. This property is in a great location with beautiful views. Only issue was house was not adequately cleaned prior to arrival but this was addressed by Property Manager

My wife and I had a glorious time relaxing in this location. We both love Seabrook Island and have been coming here for many years and this was by far our favorite. The views and walk to the beach was spectacular! Sitting on the covered deck, with a fan, was great to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Management were fantastic and were quick to reply and fix any issues that may be encountered. We will most definitely be returning in the future!
Thank you for providing a much needed vacation and allowing us to be part of this location.
If there is one thing to mention, it does get extremely warm in the bedroom, so keep the door open during the night.

This was a perfect villa for our family. The pool was across the street and our family rode bikes to the beach access points. The villa was clean and well stocked.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! It was a great location! It was near beach accesses and pool. The place itself was comfortable. The cleanliness was the only four star. There were some stains on the carpet upstairs (probably from pets). Besides that very clean!

This is a very well cared for and comfortable home. Finishes are up to date, kitchen is well stocked, location can't be beat, and the home is perfect for a family or two.

This property was fabulous! The Views of ocean were great. The villa was so well stocked with both gadgets/appliances it made it so easy to have a nice breakfast and lunch there. We would love to stay in this unit again.

House is gorgeous with recent reno. Has everything you need for an amazing beach vaca. Super close to beach and pool. Private and felt safe (COVID) the entire time. Property manager was fast and responsive when I needed a new tank for the grill. Absolutely perfect. Lots of dolphins and we even got to see baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean!!

We rented a terrific house in Seabrook through Coastal Getaways for a week in July. I could not have been happier with their service every step of the way. They provided me with great options that were tailored to our priorities and budget. The communication was fantastic. They were even helpful when our son's car AC broke, and we needed a recco for a local mechanic. We travel a great deal and rent many houses. My experience with Coastal Getaways stood in sharp contrast to my disappointing dealings with Vacasa, a national company, who rented us a house in Kiawah the previous week. Thank you Nancy and crew for making our family trip easy.

Overall great experience with this rental home. Layout worked well for one adult couple and 3 teenagers. We love the Summerwind location and enjoyed biking everywhere. Kitchen was well-equipped and home was nicely furnished. Only wish that the ceiling fans on the porch had a higher speed.

We had a great time. It is a beautiful community and the best time we have had on a beach in years. We have been used to overcrowded beaches where it is hard to play and have fun. We had a great time and the shore fishing was awesome.

We love this beach house. We are close to everything. Quick walk straight to the beach makes it easy to take chairs, tent, etc. without loading up a car. We can see the ocean from the bedroom. Saw dolphins everyday, saw sea turtles and a manatee!

If you have to stay in, why not at the beach? This place is a stand alone. Entrance 3 to the beach is at the end of the street. It was very easy to beat the summer heat in this comfortable cottage.

This condo was a really excellent home base for our Seabrook Island vacation! Beautiful views of the ocean - really gorgeous through two sets of windows and the deck. Access to the club pools and amenities made the vacation even better. I would wholeheartedly recommend this unit - just as beautiful as the pictures :)

This home was superbly equipped especially with regard to the kitchen. It was the best equipped kitchen of any rental property in which we have stayed. Everything was very clean and well organized upon our arrival. The three adult bikes and available children’s bikes were a special plus that we enjoyed. Advice to the owners: childproof the electrical outlets. Advice to renters going to Seabrook Island: plan on a 45-60min car lineup at the entrance gate to obtain your car pass to the island.

A great property for a couple! We stayed 5 nights. Perfect location and access to Seabrook Island beach - a very quiet uncrowded beach during the week. Important to us given the virus situation. Well stocked kitchen -- and the king bed was very comfortable!

This is what I sent to Coastal Properties:
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1306 Pelican Watch July 4 - July 11 2020.
The location and views from the condo were perfect for our first time visiting the island.the place was set up to make us feel very private while the other adjacent properties were all respectful of each one’s privacy and quiet. We truly felt as if we were away!
The property unit was good and met all of our needs, however the a few updates may be considered in the near future (mattress, bath fixtures - the master bath shower/tub faucet was difficult to pull and start) but it did not effect our enjoyment of Seabrook. The grounds were kept in very good shape and were very clean.
The information provided was all we needed.
The amenity cards were a must! We enjoyed several activities and dining on the island. It was nice to have a pool available as a break from the beach.
All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you!

Great spot for the family. I wouldn't put more than 4-5 people in the condo, but it is perfect for a small family. Proximity to pool/beach is fantastic. The patio is beautiful and a good spot for adults to escape children at night.

We always enjoy our visit at this Pelican Watch villa! It is the perfect arrangement for our family. We love the proximity to the beach and the evening sunsets are spectacular! We will be back ☺️

The property was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was lovely and clean. Though the house is a distance from the sea club, it was really nice to have the neighborhood pool. We would absolutely stay here again

Great villa and great location near the club pool and beach.
The owner and managers were super helpful when we were not able to find toilet paper and paper towels in the grocery stores because of COVID. They dropped off a few rescue items. I do recommend bringing your own paper goods and extras during these COVID times.
