We very much enjoyed our rental. It was what we expected in terms of size, was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. The location was quite close to the beach, which was great. Communication with the property managers was superb and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a very positive experience.

My mom and I planned a weekend getaway before I had some work meetings in nearby Charleston, but she had to cancel last minute, so I decided to go ahead on my own and this property was perfection for a solo trip. I felt safe and secure the entire time and the setting was just breathtaking! An idyllic location and accommodations. The property was not only spotless, but thoughtfully decorated. The property exceeded all my expectations based on the listing. I enjoyed the boardwalk and marsh sunset views each night. I cannot recommend this property enough. Hoping to go back soon with my mom and sister.

This is a wonderful place to get away and do nothing except relax and enjoy the beach. Though Charleston is nearby, we rarely left the island. The property is across the street from the ocean with access within an easy walk. We went during off-season over the US Thanksgiving holiday in late November. It was quiet and very relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The dogs had a good time as well since they can frolic on the beach off-lead that time of year.

we loved our stay on Seabrook Island very much. We enjoyed long walks along the beautiful beaches, watched for hours the dolphins going about their business of stranded fishing or simply frolicking in the Edisto River. It was an amazing week and we truly did not want to leave. We loved the breathtaking ocean views, long beautiful beaches, very nice and friendly people, adorable dolphins and, of course, the Seabrook Island Christmas Parade 😊Nice and well-maintained apartment that is furnished and decorated with good taste. Superb location with fantastic vistas. It would have been nice to be reminded that some activities might require booking well in advance, e.g., horse-back riding. I think we will be coming back, if you don’t mind of course. Thank you very much for sharing your island with us.

Location is perfect for us. Beach walks and golf. Hope to return in Apr and Nov every year.We love the house! Comfy bed and plenty of room for the two of us. Well maintained for a rental house. This was a wonderful property! Well equipped kitchen and everything needed was available. We felt very welcomed. There was not an HDMI cord for the DVD player on the main TV. This may have been intentional, but this is just an FYI.We love everything about Seabrook. Riding bikes everywhere is always a highlight. This year some of our group was able to see dolphins strand feeding at North Beach. We played a ton of pickleball this trip too! I think the check in process for guests at the Lake House could be easier. With amenity cards, wouldn't it be possible to swip the cards electronically instead of having to write your names on a paper with check in time every visit? Check in is so easy with Coastal Getaways of SC- the gate passes are ready when you show up at the gate and the keys are right at the house. We are so often delayed on flights and frazzled when we arrive that the ease of your process is a lifesaver every time! Thank you for a great villa and home for us to stay over the holiday! We will definitely be returing to 779 in the future!

Our stay at 542 Tarpon Pond was terrific. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property for a long Thanksgiving weekend and the property suits our needs well. Communication leading up to our visit is always excellent, even assisting in getting additional gate passes for some visiting family members. The property was clean when we arrived, the property well stocked and there were no issues requiring any assistance. There is plenty of information about available amenities and things to do in the area. We look forward to staying at Seabrook Island again in the near future.

The freshness and lightness of 933 Sealoft was lovely. The gel mattress topper in the main bedroom is not comfortable. I realize the owners may love it. You may want to consider removing it for renters. Our dog Teddy loved his visit. We ate our Thanksgiving dinner out on the deck. And our grandson slept in the loft and enjoyed what he felt was his own private deck.

We had a wonderful holiday week at Seabrook and the house worked well for our multigenerational family. The “across the street” location to the boardwalk was perfect for our daily beach walk and shelling expedition. As this house is in our favored north beach, it is perfect to experience the unique features Seabrook Island has to offer. The grandchildren loved playing outside near the marsh edge and exploring the habitat. We often would see deer in the marsh and many tracks in the yard. Inside the game table was a hit for the children. The kitchen was well equipped for food preparation. A corkscrew was not located upon arrival, but Nancy and crew responded quickly to save the evening! The bonus Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting events were the perfect conclusion to our holiday stay. Thank you Seabrook and CGofSC for sharing your special island with us once again.

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room in the common area to be together comfortably. I especially enjoyed the covered deck. The big table on the deck has seen better days, but it's a nice place to just hang out even when the weather is dreary. The location is great if you're using any of the facilities and it was only a short walk to the beach. Having the laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, a clean sponge and dish towels was great. And the supplies for the puppy dogs were thoughtful. What we enjoyed most was the ocean. Given that it was off-season it was very quiet, which was nice. The amenities are better than average but they are limited and we didn't really use them. I understand the speed limit, but it means you have to plan extra time when going off-island for anything. The best part was being able to walk on the beach with the dog off lead this time of year. Our senior dog loves that part.

We loved our stay at Pelican Watch! This is the second year we’ve celebrated Thanksgiving at Seabrook. We’re hoping to make it a tradition! We loved the Christmas trees!

Second time staying at this Spinnaker. Perfect size for two adults and two kids (7 and 10), if the kids are willing to share the second bedroom (two queen beds). Very well equipped - more than enough to make a full Thanksgiving dinner.
A short walk across the road to the beach via boardwalks. Dolphins are a regular feature and come close to shore. Other beaches well within reach via short bicycle rides (roads are relatively quiet and drivers generally very considerate).
The house was very clean and decor is tasteful, modern and bright. A very nice place to stay - so much so, we booked another visit before we left.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. I love how many bathrooms there were for the 7 of us! Everything was nearby that we needed and we love the fact that the beach was so close. My boys loved the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, which worked out perfectly for a Thanksgiving dinner. I would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful, quiet location. House was clean, lots of space, and privacy. Great views from the balconies. Beautiful kitchen, all appliances working well, well supplied with plates, and utensils. Area great for relaxation, and quiet walks. Very close to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach. Most of the stores, and beaches are dog friendly. Steep stairs to get into the apartment, not a great place for people with disabilities.

Great layout, pleased to see the extra refrigerator in the garage, loved the couch iin living room, well equipped kitchen, Alexa concierge service., porches and sunroom, Loved walking everyday and fire rring on the beach at might for s'mores. So peaceful and slower pace. Can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay in the Atrium Villas. We were there to attend a wedding and found it to be very convenient due to its central location. The only complaint I have with the unit I stayed in is that the floors are extremely cold. I’m sure this is due to the location of the unit being right on top of the garage and not well insulated. The Seabrook community is lovely but could definitely benefit from a breakfast place other than the pastry shop. It wouldn’t have to be fancy, but just servicable to a captive "bacon and eggs" crowd. Hopefully this helps.

Location of this particular residence made me happy because I bike to stores all the way on the sidewalk. I loved the wild-life viewing fom my balcony. Super clean , tastefully decorated and comfortable Home away from Home.

We just returned from an enjoyable, relaxing visit to Seabrook Island. It was our second time at 757 Spinnaker Court and we are already talking about next time. The house is spacious and comfortable. The owners have thoughtfully equipped the house with all the amenities we have at home. Six people could stay there with plenty of space to stretch out. The house is thoughtfully decorated and a clear reminder that you are on vacation. The Seabrook community is well organized. The staff are pleasant and helpful. With the Amenity Card, you have access to restaurants and exercise facilities. The beach is two blocks away. A short drive from the community, there is a supermarket along with plenty of shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed taking long walks on the beach and exploring the walking trails. Not to miss are the exquisite sunsets and watching the dolphins at low tide. No matter the time of year, there is much to do or not at all. We are coming back.

I loved my stay at #739 Spinnaker ! It was a bright , clean home and had everything I needed . When an issue arose , coastal Getaways was quick to respond and solve the problem . The location is wonderful , as it was close to the beach , the Club, and golf . It worked out very well for a family visit , with great accommodations . I look forward to returning ! Many thanks !

We loved staying at Seabrook Island. We especially liked the close proximity to the beach and being able to bring our dog with us on vacation. The property we stayed in was comfortable. It was just enough for my husband and I. The lock on the back deck to the outside did not lock. We liked the beach access that had the boardwalk all the way down to the beach. It would be nice if all of the accesses were like that.

We absolutely love Seabrook and enjoy going back with our family and also taking short trips for my husband and me. I would suggest more pans for the kitchen. There was only one. We love having a pet-friendly option to bring our fur baby. The weather was wonderful and a bit chilly. We loved going in the off season! Thank you for working with us to rearrange the dates of our vacation due to the weather.

My ston stayed at 741 Spinnaker and told me: "The place was great! The views were beautiful and the beds were comfortable . Definitely ideal for dog owners, although for someone with allergies, it was noticeable , but manageable. Would stay again . “ I enjoyed the fact that it was close to 739 Spinnaker , where I am staying . It made it super convenient to see each other and have family time .
