The stay was enjoyable and pleasant. In the pond backing up to the property, the fish jumped repeatedly out of the water every day like they were playing. It was an interesting spectacle.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Loved that it's an end unit with lots of windows and privacy. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and seeing deer in the dunes. Villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Manager was great with the one question we had about the TV remotes. And getting to bring our dog was an added plus!

This beach house was exactly what my family needed! My children had plenty of room to spread out between the two bedrooms upstairs. We loved the big master bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we loved watching for the alligators to swim by in the lagoon below. We so appreciated being able to have our elderly dog travel with us. As far as location, Beach Walk #9 is just outside of the Spinnaker complex and is the best sunset-watching beach. Also don't miss seeing dolphins swim toward the river inlet in the mornings! This beach house was fully equipped with everything you would ever need to cook a full meal - or even grill. We appreciated that! The one thing that was disappointing was that we had hoped to spend time on the screened porch. We knew from the listing that it would be small but we didn't realize that, with the chairs that are there, the view of the golf course would be completely blocked by the solid wood railing of the porch. We ended up never sitting out there - plus it is really dark at night due to lights out for sea turtles - so that was a little disappointing. Not a reason not to choose this house - just don't count on it being a fabulous porch because it is not. As for communication with the property managers - it was great and we knew just what to do for check-in and check-out. We would absolutely rent this house again! Thank you so much!

- perfect location to food and beach. Although, the closest beach access #8 is still closed.
- responsive management: very helpful in preparing for the trip and were responsive when we had problems with the thermostat (resolved quickly).
- loved the xplorie options for activities. We appreciated the free bike for the week.
- lots of light in the home and lots to watch from the front porch.
- do bring bug spray!!!!!!!!! Those critters are relentless.
Thanks for making your home available to rent. It was a fantastic experience!

We LOVE staying in the Pelican Villas. You can watch magnificent sunsets from your condo and see dolphins swimming by. There’s great biking, golf, horseback riding on the beach and so much more. The condo we stayed in was renovated beautifully. We were sorry to leave.

Great location and property was as described. Comfortable furniture. With a short walk or drive you can see the sunrise and see the sunset from your patio. Plenty of sand and water to enjoy, Daily dolphin sittings, shells, butterflies, fish and sun. Will return next year. Read all the reviews for packing, they are accurate. Shopping nearby and great places to tour. Peaceful condo and location.

We have spent a week at Kiawah each year for the past 25 years. Over that time, we have decided we enjoy the rivers around Kiawah more than the ocean. The views and wildlife are spectacular. Dog-friendly places are getting harder to locate on Kiawah, so we decided to try this villa in Pelican Watch on Seabrook. It had all of the ambience of Kiawah, except for the lack of bike trails. The villa was the perfect fit for the two of us and our dog. It is right on the beach and overlooks the Edisto River where it meets the ocean. It is also right next to the Seabrook Club and golf courses. This unit was very clean and well supplied. We would definitely come back.

Large Valance was propped up in corner of wall next to Master bedroom. Recliner upstairs would not close.
Overall wonderful place and location. Would definitely stay again.

Seabrook Island was enchanting. The location of this property (929) was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The view of the golf course and marsh were very nice. Nancy and the team were awesome! If we had any issues or questions or concerns, they were taken care of promptly. They really came through where they needed to. Most importantly, we felt that the property and home were clean.

first time in Seabrook and really enjoyed it. location of property was superb. great access to the river and ocean. awesome views! we brought our road bikes and cycled thru seabrook into Kiawah everyday.

We had a wonderful time staying at Spinnaker. The condo was so convenient to the beach and pool. It was fun exploring the island and seeing all the wildlife.
The condo was lovely and it was great being able to have our dog with us.
The Coastal Getaway team was so friendly and helpful.

The villa was a great place for our family of 4! It was clean and had all the pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. that we needed for our 5-day stay. It was close to the beach and to the Club pool, and we were able to ride bikes all around the island. We did have air conditioner issues, but Nancy and her team were very helpful and had it fixed very quickly.

Spacious, super clean (essential during the pandemic), well stocked (kitchen, rooms, basic supplies), good location, quiet & well-maintained neighborhood. It feels just like home!
Suggestion: 1. Would be great if a couple of USB ports could be installed throughout the house. 2. Wonder if WIFI speed could go faster; was extremely slow (basically unusable) during our stay.

We love Pelican Watch! Loved this villa being set back that adds a bit more privacy. We stayed in June at another Villa, you cannot go wrong with any of them. Actually saw the same deer I saw in June in our yard, she’s a 2 toned beauty, have never seen one like that . Great response back whenever I had questions, definitely going back !😊😊

This condo was very clean and nice. It is well stocked with everything you need. The view is fantastic. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to come back.

plenty of seating
beds were very comfortable and so were blankets. comforters usually gross me out but these had washable blankets on top which seemed to be washed each time.
view was amazing
cross the street and there is the beach after you cross through pelican watch condos- 5 minute walk to beach, we walked the path through the villas and cut across the beach club so we never had to be on the main road when walking just for crossing over.

they had dog bowls for the dog
under the carport there was a beach wagon with boogie boards (5-6), plenty of sandcastle toys, shovels,
there is a hose under the deck which was very helpful
internet worked great for all our devices and work laptops

plenty of beach towels and a beach cooler
plenty of bath towels
tons and tons of pillows (the king upstairs must have had 10 pillows)
personal fan for noisemaker in upstairs bedroom

we had a 5 and 4 year old (5 year old got the queen and the 4 year old had the twin)

if you are going to add anything maybe a bike with a cart? or 2 bikes? and that is stretching- unit really had everything. we really enjoyed our stay. we visit twice per year and will stay here each time if available.

This was an amazing home to stay in!! Just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed views of the marsh from the back deck. Located in beautiful Seabrook, this area was fun to explore and experience.
The home had plenty of space for us all to spread out and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering in one spot. Lots of wonderful personal touches that made us feel welcomed.
Will for sure stay here again.

The rental was clean and had plenty of space for us. We had a small problem with the air, but they got someone out right away to resolve the problem. It wasn’t too bad of a walk to the beach. The grocery store was near by. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful home

We loved the location of this unit being so close to the Beach Club and Golf facilities. Great golf course views are great, and there was plenty of space in the condo for us to feel like we weren't on top of each other when relaxing in the evenings. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever been in, which is especially impressive for a pet friendly property. The condo has clearly been updated, and the furnishings are beautiful. We will be back soon!
