Wonderful stay in a fun house with a beautiful view of the marsh. Close to lake house and easy bike ride to fresh fields and beach! We loved it!

1345 Pelican Watch was a great place to call home for the time we wanted to get away. This is definitely a favorite. Shh- the best kept secret are the sunsets from the condo. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The showers were the best, easy step in and out. All around great place to stay and your service @ Coastal Getaways was white glove.

We have stayed at this house a number of times before and have booked it again this coming spring; we love it and it feels like a home away from home. It is a very comfortable house with plenty of room for privacy and great gathering spaces. There are lots of nice touches that make it seem like a home and not simply a rental.

Perfect location overlooking the golf course and the canal. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful, gated neighborhood! Both, Coastal Getaways of South Carolina and the team at the Amenities office were gracious and responsive. When the Amenities office found out it was our first visit to Charleston, they personally wrote down a ton of restaurants for us to visit.

We loved staying at Tarpon Pond. Perfect location for bike rides! My kids loved the loft. Unit has so many necessities. Management company was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great – very well appointed and stocked! I think it’s nice to stock the kitchen with salt and pepper. We made a dinner for 6 people and wished for a large saute pan, but we made due.We didn’t use any island amenities – mostly visited friends/family and walked on the beach!

House was fabulous. We ended up with a few more people than expected and it held us all quite comfortably. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and very user friendly. Other than the blind in the master bath which needed, we did realize yesterday that the dryer wasn’t working well at all. Might have a clogged lint vent but it just wasn’t drying. Thanks so much for letting us stay in this beautiful home for the week!

We enjoyed our stay and are very familiar with Seabrook because family lives on the island. We have stayed in many houses in Seabrook and this was one of the nicest houses. It was nice, clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed the family bike rides. The house had everything provided that was needed. This was our first time coming during the winter! I enjoyed tennis, and my husband played golf. Ate at the club once - usually we live at the Beach Club so this was a change of pace! Loved it!

There were 10 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and enough room for all of us. We were not crowded. Kitchen well stocked.
Access to the beach was easy and close.
We had a great Christmas there.

We have rented houses at Kiawah, Edisto, and Fripp Islands and this house has been our favorite.
There are two bedrooms with king size beds, and mattresses are very comfortable.
The living area is on the top floor so the view of the water is beautiful.
The kitchen needs full sets of measuring spoons/ cups but everything else we needed was available.

Wonderful! The villa was lovely: so beautifully decorated, well-stocked, with magnificent views, immaculately clean, and (lucky for us) pet friendly. This oceanfront villa was on an incredibly beautiful and uncrowded beach, with breathtaking sunsets. We and our little pup loved our long beach walks, especially those leading to the untouched, natural scenery in the direction of the North Edisto River. We also enjoyed seeing the deer walk by the villa most mornings.We were able to completely relax and enjoy every day. The closeness to Freshfields shops, Charleston, and Edisto Beach for short excursions was also very much a plus.Many thanks to Coastal Getaways and the property owners for such a lovely experience. To the owners, thank you also for making your villa pet friendly.

Thank you;t the trip was great! All enjoyable in spite of the record low temps over the Christmas weekend. We didn't get to do some activities that we hoped -- golf, tennis. However, the beach, views, wildlife were spectacular! The unit, 1305 Pelican Watch was well appointed with everything expected and needed in place. The toilet in the bedroom had a tendency to run and might need to be checked. Otherwise all was in good working order. Would definitely recommend Seabrook and 1305 Pelican Watch as a short term rental.

This 3BR/3BR is a rare find-ideal for 3 adult couples! We loved the large kitchen which was well stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils and glassware as most VRBO’s have a lot of plastic which is unappealing. Just need more dish towels as the two that were provided were always wet. The 6 barstools were a real plus as well-perfect for our bourbon tasting! We utilized both decks to take in the gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and watch the fog roll in.
Just a couple of suggestions: need more lighting in the living room as it was difficult to read by such small lamps and perhaps get the kitchen faucet looked at-the water flow/pressure is extremely low.
All in all we were very happy to ring in the New Year in this lovely home on Seabrook Island!

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing getaway at Seabrook Island's Pelican Watch Villas. The location being on the North Edisto River, which could be seen from the condo, allowed views of pectacular sunsets and even deer on the dunes, which was certainly unexpected.

This rental property had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday visit to Seabrook. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was CLEAN (which is a priority for our family!), it was close to everything. We rode bikes, walked the dogs on the beach, hung out at Fresh Fields, cooked in most nights -- just had the best time. The property manager was helpful and communicative for a slight "lock out" situation that we had -- our fault entirely. Would most definitely rent here again and again.

The condo was exceptional. It was well stocked and very nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. It was close to all the great attractions of Seabrook Island. And the view was sublime. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! The views of the ocean and waving palm trees was spectacular. The location is great, close to the beach, the golf course, the club house and the pool! The unit is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. We only wish the weather was not so cold as we were there during a polar vortex. However, the condo stayed toasty warm and the furniture was very comfortable so we did not mind gathering inside by the fire and enjoying Christmas with family!

Beautiful, clean home, with a gorgeous view. We loved our stay! The home was well stocked and so comfortable. We stay on Seabrook quite a bit, and this was one of our favorite places. We would love to come back for another stay.

We had a fabulous time during our visit at this enchanting island and the Atriums. We felt like "in paradise" once we got past the Seabrook Island gate. The almost mystic ambiance of the native live oaks with their suspended Spanish Moss gave us a wonderful, fuzzy feeling. Despite the coolish weather we took early morning strolls along which were quite enjoyable and envigurating in the southern wintery breeze. Loved also watching the entertaining daily golfing activity and amazing panorama from the condo patio. Had fun today at the end-of-season Pelicans Nest luncheon. Quite a turnout. Will definitely come back!

The bed in the master was very comfortable. Very nicely decorated and well set up. Serving spoons in the kitchen would have been helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa for the past week and had a very relaxing vacation on the island. Our first impression was the smell of cleanliness when we first walked in. The villa was very cozy and comfortable. It was nicely updated and aesthetically was one of the nicer properties we stayed in this year. The street was also very quiet and nicely manicured. . We also loved seeing the wildlife throughout the island. Although we were there during off-season, we enjoyed the quietness of the island and felt like we had it to ourselves sometimes. We thoroughly did enjoy our time and we look forward to coming back in the future!
