We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! This was our third visit but our first stay at this property. It is beautiful! So well stocked and decorated. Thoughtful touches like nightlight’s. It was so easy to take our Yorkie for a walk just a few steps out of the villa. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at 774 Spinnaker Beach House was nothing less than perfect. It was immaculate, and absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and had a lovely deck. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor throughout was bright and updated. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We walked every single day to the beach and enjoyed some relaxation time, long walks, and gorgeous sunsets. After receiving amenity cards, we used the fitness club facility, which was also very clean and offered many options. We enjoyed some outdoor music and a wonderful happy hour and a delicious dinner by the golf course. We took advantage of dining out and shopping at Fresh Fields, right up the road from our stay. It was also a very convenient ride to Folly Beach and to the city of Charleston. We were very pleased with our accommodations. We highly recommend 774 Spinnaker Beach house to others.

Let me start with the punch line. Our stay and our entire experience was spectacular. This was our second time renting at Seabrook through your company. Our first visit was in early 2020 as the pandemic was gathering speed. We loved that visit and planned on coming back in 2021 and again in 2022, but border closures (we are Canadian) made it impossible. After three years of waiting we finally made it back! Your entire process is excellent. Everything was easy, clear, and absolutely trouble free. I would not change a thing. We loved 741 Spinnaker Beach House. We were familiar with the location (we stayed in the Pelican Watch Villas in 2020 and had surveyed the area) but were not disappointed with the proximity to beach access #9 and #6. The view of the golf course was lovely and a welcome change from the snow-covered landscapes we left at home. The House was roomy and well appointed. The furnishings were very comfortable and mattresses were second to none. We would have booked it again for 2024 but our weeks were already taken, so we booked 903 Sealoft Villas instead. We cannot wait to come back! Thanks to the entire team! We are huge fans and plan on making Seabrook our go to winter escape destination for years to come.

The house owners get kudos. The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well fitted out. And the place was 50 feet from the boardwalk to the beach! Well done!

This condo is definitely a 5 star! The feeling was very welcoming as we entered, and the entire condo was spotless. The kitchen is amazing with all the amenities one could ask for. The condo has beautiful furniture in every room, and very tastefully decorated throughout. Plenty of room to get away if one needs time to themselves. Very nice outdoor deck, located off the screened in porch equipped with a nice size grill. Beautiful scenery as we walked to the pool/clubhouse which is located overlooking the ocean. The shopping plaza, Fresh Fields, located right off the island, is full of unique shops, grocery store, and basically anything else you may need for your vacation, or souveniers. This was definitely an amazing stay, and truly is home away from home.

We loved our stay at Pelican Watch Villas! The villa was so well stocked, there were even night lights. The furniture and decor are lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The location with the boardwalk and grassy area were perfect for taking the dog for a walk. We also appreciated the excellent communication from Coastal Getaways.

We had a lovely stay at 735 Spinnaker Beach House. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The house was clean and very comfortable. Having it so close to the boardwalk was a wonderful plus. We cooked a lot and we were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was kitted out- not very common in rental houses. The beach was amazing and our dog thought he was in heaven. The weather was fabulous, for February, and the large pod of dolphins playing off shore on our last night made it even better. We hope to come back next year!

Atrium villla is in a great location near the club and beach. This condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Great balcony with lots of seating that made the sunsets even more enjoyable.

I spent the month of January, 2023 vacationing at 703 Spinnaker, and found the accommodations very pleasing. It is a well decorated unit, well equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, and has a tremendous view with easy access to the beach. The winter weather was invigorating, and provided great opportunities for bird watching, and beach combing in relative isolation. A highlight of my beach experience was the frequent and close encounter with families of dolphins swimming and feeding just off shore. The quiet was a welcome opportunity to read and write, or pursue other personal interests. Although there are local golfing, tennis, and club eating facilities in close proximity to the unit, I did not avail myself of those activities. The weather, however, was mostly warm and dry enough to be able to enjoy both golfing and tennis. I would highly recommend this unit.

This unit was very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It was an end unit so you could see the mountains or the ocean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a beach park across the street.

774 Spinnaker is absolutely perfect! It is fully stocked with the basics and completely, beautifully renovated, as well as close to the beach and golf course. The entire villa is comfortable and welcoming and the hosts have thought of every amenity, including a magazine and book share. It is a definite home away from home. My only regret is that our time there was too short; we left yesterday and I already am missing my daily beach walk (and the interesting “wildlife” including an armadillo and white deer, neither of which I have ever seen before!). I look forward to coming back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We loved our stay, and the view from the balcony is magnificent. The Island Amenities were great. I paid for a 30 day pass to the Lake House, and used the fitness "gym" and pool often. Coastal Getaways of SC did a great job informing us of any information we needed to know and the notebook left at the property was very helpful. Once again, we had a wonderful time on Seabrook and are already looking forward to being back next January.

We absolutely love this property! We stayed here last year with our fur babies and did a super relaxing winter trip and decided to make it tradition. The home is so wonderful, beautiful view and super close to the boardwalk. Lots of deer and neighbors and community are so friendly. So grateful we can bring our fur babies and enjoy this home every year! Thank you and can’t wait until next year!

We recently stayed a long weekend at the Happy Turtle Cottage. We LOVED it. It was our first time on the island. Seabrook Island has all that you could need for a family vacation. We relaxed at the pool and beach for a few days. There are many beach areas so you can definitely find a place and feel like you have the beach to yourself. We biked around the island on the many trails and down to an area where we ate a relaxing lunch by the water. We do not golf but there is a beautiful golf course. As for the Happy Turtle Cottage, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is located very close to many beach areas. The house is immaculate. Everything is new and very clean. It had all we needed to cook in every night if we wanted to. There is a nice screened-in back porch for us to sit outside and enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will definitely be back again!!!

Our stay was great. The house and property were beautiful. The house was immaculately clean, extremely welcoming and comfortable, and had a breathtaking view. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect girls weekend! A wonderful villa with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and welcoming gathering space. We enjoyed our mornings with a beautiful view of the lake, birds and other wildlife out the large picture window and savored the sunsets in the evening with our cocktails from the upper deck right off the kitchen. A perfect spot for riding bikes, accessing the beach, playing some pickle ball or even a day of shopping at the nearby Fresh Fields shopping pavilion. Would highly recommend this villa as the owner has thought of all the touches in stocking this home away from home.

We had such a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island! The property worked very well for five girlfriends celebrating birthdays. We cooked and celebrated at the house, but also enjoyed different stops on the island. We loved going over to Fresh Fields to Christmas shop. Cafe Eugenia is delightful! The whipped feta dip is outstanding. The bar at The Andell Inn is just lovely and a great place to start your evening. We also easily rented bikes that were delivered to the property. We biked to the beach and all around the island. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy what the area has to offer. Can’t wait to go back!

We have been to South Carolina many times, but this was our first time on Seabrook, and we loved it. The house was extremely clean and well appointed, and we felt as if we had everything we needed. Access was easy, the community was amazing, and you provided such great information that we felt like we could find our way around like old pros. We would absolutely book again.

The house was as advertised and in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. Initial check-in was easy.
I had a problem with the internet service, but the response was quick and easily fixed which was much appreciated.
The location is great and close to all facilities. I highly recommend it.

Our first impression was how spacious and clean the property was. It was nice having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We appreciated how there was some pods available for both the dishwasher and the laundry machine to use. It was also nice that there were some board games that our family had fun playing. The house provided everything we needed.It was such a nice, quiet community. The locals were very friendly. It was fun to ride bikes exploring the island. Loved all the dolphins we were able to see. At night you are guaranteed to see deer roaming around. The area is beautiful. It also is not far from Charleston so we spent a few afternoons exploring there also.The shopping area was really nice. The grocery store was very handy. We felt very safe passing through security having them verify we are staying there. This is a great property any family would enjoy. Coastal Getaways of SC was great at providing all of the information that was needed for your stay.

We loved the new villa. Feel like we must of been one of the first to stay in it since it’s renovation. We would definitely rent it again. The only item we noticed it needing was a kettle on the stove. The views were gorgeous, nicely furnished. Very clean. Thanks!!

View from condo was beautiful and it was nicely remodeled. Everything that we needed in condo was there but we never cooked. All info that was provided was good and I liked getting all the follow up reminders from Coastal Getaways of SC.

This is the 4th stay we have had at Seabrook over the past few years and this property was overall our favorite. It is beautifully updated and the views from both the second and third floors were amazing. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the well-layed out kitchen and spending time relaxing with our dog. The steps from the entry to the second-level split floor were a bit steep but wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great family room/den and screened porch. We loved the location and the community. The size of the property was great as well. Everything provided was great. Well equipped. We almost always select Seabrook because it's quiet, not a lot of commercialism, fantastic biking, we play tennis or (this year) pickleball on the courts at the Tennis Center. We also love it's proximity to downtown Charleston as we do a day trip when we are on Seabrook.The grocery store runs out of things. The size of the store doesn't fit the needs it is currently serving. I cannot imagine what it must be in summer! Also, we tried to order take out pizza from La Tela. They, too, cannot handle the people ordering food. They would not answer their phone because they were so busy. We drove there and saw the place was packed and people were standing outside. It would be so nice to have more take out options. Coastal Getaways was great giving us any information that we needed in advance.
