We loved staying in 1303, perfect access to the beach making it easier with having our dog with us! The kitchen is well equipped and very clean villa! We’ve been to Pelican Watch 4 times and this is one of our favorites, I highly recommend it!!!😃😃

My husband and I booked a week at this lovely condo to escape the bone-chilling cold of Wisconsin! The property was spacious and well-appointed. It was very convenient to grab ingredients at the local market to cook meals in. The view of the marsh from the sunroom was incredibly relaxing. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and to the beach with our dog. Seabrook Island is conveniently located to make day trips to Charleston and Savannah. I would highly recommend Seabrook Island and Creekside Villas for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful visit with family in the area and had time to roam the beaches and relax on the open porch and patio. Teens loved the lofted upstairs. Easy and chill. Liked the no fuss approach to the furnishings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located at the "back" of the community which ensures that the area is more secluded and peaceful. The direct access to the beach was wonderful and enjoyed walking with our dog every day. If I had to give one negative~ it is that the property while clean~ had a lot of dust around the doors and the baseboards. Is just a general "Spring cleaning" that needs to be done. But otherwise the property was clean. I googled if Uber ran on the island and my search (flawed) said yes but upon arrival realized this isn't accurate. Thus, anyone wanting to go to Charleston or Kiawah for dinner/drinks need to look into other transportation options if do not want to drive. This was the perfect, relaxing vacation that we needed after the craziness of the year. The property management staff were EXCELLENT and responded to several of my inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely stay again- and are already looking into potential dates.

This was a lovely property for a get-away and relaxation .. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the sunsets were out of this world- even on the few cloudy days.
Although neighbors were all around us, it was quiet and private. The Condo was clean, an efficient and well equipped kitchen ,, The decor is updated , classic and comfy. The checking -in process was smooth and a welcomed breeze . We just can’t say enough good things about our stay and the property -especially after bad experiences with other properties and management companies in the past , but this was great overall and we will definitely visit again.

Had a wonderful time. Location was excellent. Short 8 min walk to the beach. A lot of privacy. Close enough to Charleston that we were able to go 3 times the week we were there. Anything we needed was delivered right to the house. House was very clean & well stocked. Towels were plentiful & big & fluffy. Will definitely stay there again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! The house was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.

The house was great! We found it exceptionally clean and well equipped. If you plan to cook, this house is perfect as the kitchen is outstanding. We had a terrific time during our stay. One thing to be aware of: The Seabrook Island POA strictly enforces speed limits and the changes from 25 mph to 15 mph are not clearly marked. They run radar and seem to use the operation as a revenue enhancing opportunity.

It was perfection - nice, quiet restful getaway spot without crowds, making it easy to avoid COVID-19 during the thanksgiving holiday period. Great for cycling. It’s amenities and proximity to Kiawah Island and Charleston afforded us many options for having fun.

Nancy was so helpful and professional in booking our reservations. She was also very accommodating with an early check in. The condo was recently redecorated and had all the comforts of home. It was also immaculately clean. We enjoyed our stay here and will return again.

Location of this home is perfect! Oceanfront with amazing views and a short walk to ocean on boardwalk. Kitchen was well stocked and home furnishings were nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving at this property. The condo was spacious for our family of 8. The sunsets from the deck were beautiful. Our young grandchildren seeing the wildlife on the beach and from the deck (white deer) was a highlight.

This property was extremely clean and as described. The area was beautiful, however the beach right outside this condo is smaller than typical in other parts of Seabrook/Kiawah and the water is very calm (good for small children). The sunsets from the porch were beautiful !

After quarantining for the required time period we were able to have a small gathering for Thanksgiving dinner at 743 Spinnaker. We arrived to a very clean and well appointed kitchen that allowed us to pull off a great meal. The location was great - only a short walk to the beach where we got our holiday card picture. The rest of the visit was just relaxation and the home worked well for our group. First visit to Seabrook and now considering the island as our future home!

The house was great for our stay with our 3 year old and close family. Perfect for 2 couples and up to 2 kids. Open layout with enough space. The outdoor screened in porch was amazing! Grill was great as well. Right on the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time and would return to the same house.

Well, if I was to say “my wife wants me to buy it” that would sum up our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we spent Thanksgiving and we were surprised at all the supplies the kitchen had to offer. I had no problem with preparing our feast.
Being pet friendly was a plus, especially the beach area. There were about a dozen dogs having a blast!. We have a hypoallergenic dogt because I am allergic to dogs so I am a little worried when I travelling staying in pet friendly rooms, but I had no repercussions from other pets, so I know it was clean.
We both felt the Condo was decorated very nicely and the complex was quiet. Having beach chairs for us to use was great for sitting on the beach watching the sunsets. It is a unique location because you can actually almost get the sunrise and you get a perfect sunset.
Suggestions from Nancy as to where to eat and get fresh seafood was great, we even brought some home with us. On Saturday afternoon 40’ from the porch a huge 10 point buck appeared out of nowhere and jumped over the walkway which leads to the beach, he disappeared into the brush, just not something you expect to see at 3pm…
We had a very relaxing time and look forward to returning.

It was our first time vacationing at Seabrook Island and although the gate pass and check in process seemed a little complex, it turned out to be very simple and we LOVED our stay. The whole island was just what we had hoped it would be, BEAUTIFUL!!!! Everything was gorgeous and peaceful. The condo was perfect. The only item I would disclose is the mattress is very firm.

Excellent house, fabulous location. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay here and the house was perfect. Well equipped kitchen and well appointed furniture. The view on the back porch is gorgeous. I hope to stay here again.

My wife and rented a one bedroom condo that had an organized and efficient floor plan with an open deck with access to boardwalk to the beach. We were on the very southern part of the island on the Sound that leads to Edisto River but the beach was great. Very private and few people on the beach if that’s your thing. It is ours. Getting in was easy with the instructions provided. Did not have to bother the staff with picking up a key or instructions as they were thorough as mentioned above.

Great house and spectacular view. Very nicely appointed.
Convenient location - walk to tennis, fitness center, horse stables, a bike ride to the beach. We will stay there again. But it is not appropriate for the disabled.

Oh my goodness!! This was our first time staying at Seabrook! It was perfect! The island is beautiful, the beaches are amazing & this particular villa had everything you could dream of! Nancy & her team were super helpful!! Can’t wait to go again next year!
