Lovely home. We came in to be greeted by a complementary bottle of wine. We love Seabrook anyway, but were blown away by the house. It’s nestled under beautiful trees and back off of the road. All updated home, beautifully decorated. Super comfortable beds. My favorite was the screened in porch where I could watch the deer and listen to the birds. We will be back!

The kitchen was well outfitted with cookware. Have a 2nd refrigerator was a plus. It became our water/drink refrigerator. Grill worked well. There were detailed instructions on how to use the TV. Internet worked well. The porches were great. There are two porches and one sun deck. One of the porches has skylights. It was so relaxing on our rainy day.
We were looking for a house for our family to grow into as grandkids come along. This is that house for us.

We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island at this Sealoft Villa. The villa was clean, close to the beach boardwalk, and had everything needed to ensure a positive experience. The only feedback for the owner of the home would be to soundproof the home a bit better, as the bathroom doors/walls are paperthin etc. But otherwise we would recommend using this rental agency and unit again.

Very nice property, with great views. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice covered deck to sit on and enjoy the nature. Hope to return someday!

Everyone involved with the rental of this property worked as a TEAM! The vendors referred to us were just as amazing as the property managers. The house had a floorplan that was functional for vacation living right down to the hose in the car bay to rinse your vehicles(or your dog or children!). Multiple outdoor living areas and I mean living areas not just spaces. The decorating was thoughtful as in you were comfortable but did not worry about a family member being thoughtless and ruining the surfaces as they were chosen for durability. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and easy with a refrigerator that could hold enough for a family for a week. The dishware was enough for a large family and you could easily set a matching table even if kitchen dwellers used glasses or silverware all day. The W/D were commercial grade Maytag and a blessing for anyone. All the bedrooms/living areas(even porch) had ceiling fans to keep the air circulating for those who like to live with the windows open...and the windows DO actually open! The owner leaves you access to ample extra bedding and towels...and the towels actually absorb. There are TVs in all the bedrooms as well as family room which allow logging into streaming services if you want a more personal experience. There is a wonderful quiet in the location despite being on the golf course as the breeze moves the sound away from you. If you love wildlife there is plenty to view-even from the back porch. There are a few beach chairs and toys in the ground storage. If you want to experience a place that is like putting on your favorite warm sweater than this is the place for you.

This was a fantastic rental. It had everything under the sun that you would need to make a great vacation. The sunroom was wonderful; like the other reviews, we spent most of our time in there.

Sealoft Villas is a lovely place to stay in Seabrook. The Coastal Getaways staff was super friendly and responsive. All of the infort on the property and area they sent in advance helped make our vacation wonderful. Seabrook is a great property and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

Seabrook is a wonderful island for rest & relaxation. The Location of the Spinnakers is perfect for easy access to the beach and pool. We will definitely return next year.

I’ve been to Sea Brooke Island a few times and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Plenty if space for 4 people, comfy beds and great location. Do note it’s dog friendly and needed a bit of extra vacuuming but besides that it was great! I’d definitely rent it again.

This property is wonderful. It is quiet and well thought out. Convenient to all of SeaBrook Island.
The panty is so well stocked. We have rented homes for a decade and never experienced such a lovely and well provided home. We plan on returning.

Loved the house
. We couldn’t sit out on either outside front or back porches because they were covered in pollen and leaves very dirty

This was a great place for a family to relax, cook, gather and of course, go the the beach. We've enjoyed Seabrook for decades, but having a boardwalk across the street was great when kids needed a nap or lunch break.
The house is not too fancy, but fun and equipped plenty of dishes and utensils and a few extra toys like bikes, wagon, bacci ball and a charcoal grill.. We had a great time with kids and grandparents sharing some special time together.
The only suggestions I have are to perhaps update some of the mattresses - go for foam like Casper, Leesa or Purple - it'll last forever. And address a couple doors that don't close quietly or lock. Only a challenge with the toddler.

This property and the island setting far exceeded my expectations. Seabrook Island is so very beautiful with the massive live oaks, palm trees and meticulous landscaping.. The private beach and the dunes were amazing, even had a deer pay an early morning visit.

Nancy was an amazing communicator and very helpful in getting our family set-up and settled at the property. The location was idyllic for our tribe (which includes small children), with access to lots of family friendly activities in the community and nearby. We'd highly recommend Nancy and her team for anyone looking for a relaxing few days in and around the Charleston area. We'll be back!

Enjoyable stay! The only negative for our family was the lack of sidewalks in the neighborhood. We are avid runners, we wish we had known the area didn't have sidewalks or walking paths. The streets do get busy; it was challenging sometimes when cars were passing by in both directions.

Great location and ease of what our family enjoys on the island, our family of 5 for the week loves Seabrook and what the island has to offer. Atrium villas is convenient and close to what we enjoy doing on a daily basis. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable week at the beach!

We had a great stay. The location is absolutely perfect with a water view and a short walk down the boardwalk to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped with the cooking supplies needed. We would return here again. Thanks!

Great property for a family vacation! The beach is wide and beautiful. The house is well equipped with a very nice porch for enjoying the view. We loved the Lake House pool and playground. Renting bikes and biking around the island is a must.

Overall a great property. Located outside the Seabrook gates allows for easy access to Kiawah and John’s Island. House was exactly as shown in the pictures and all amenities were provided as per the listing. We would definitely consider coming back another time!

While there are some updates that this house needs it was a wonderful place for our group of 10! We enjoyed the space this house provided us and that all rooms had king beds! Can’t wait to come back!
