Loved the view from this beautiful Salt Marsh villa. Weather was wonderful and met new people in the Salt Marsh community. Lovely setting. Newish building with plenty of space. Handy elevator. Owners are neat and organized.Everything was disclosed nicely. Binder came in handy. TV was terrific and great picture once you got the knack of it. My husband was very impressed with the garage and how neat everything is in there. Very nice first experience with Salt Marsh. Owners have a real gem there. Thank you for another great stay on Seabrook! Have a nice summer!!

Thank you for a wonderful trip to the lovely Island of Seabrook. WE have been vacationing here for over 50 years! We now have our first grandson and that will make 3 generations of vacations in Seabrook. This Villa was absolutely wonderful …. nicely decorated, clean, spacious, easy to maneuver. Especially enjoyed the TV’s and the shower upstairs was wonderful and the view of the ocean from the upstairs was wonderful ….we really loved the upstairs porches. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the fact that you had plenty of storage for the food we brought was GREAT!!! We like to cook and enjoy the markets with fresh food and flowers. We will definitely be requesting to rent this wonderful villa again. The only thing that would improve and save the owner heart ache would be to replace the front door lock, it is starting to slip and if you're not easy with it will become stuck and inoperable. The amenity card would have been nice but nothing was open yet so we didn’t use it. Hope to use it next time. Perfect villa great location! We have stayed at every villa sections in all of Seabrook and even owned a house at KRE subdivision so we will definitely make this villa our number 1 destination.

We had a great month . Villa well appointed. The dining pub style table isn’t great for family dining with the high stools. Deck furniture is similar. All was fine but did want to comment. We would stay there again if it is available in 2025 for month of March. We love Seabrook and thank you for helping us with a wonderful villa. We are set for next March aren’t we? We would like to stay a few extra days if available. Thanks for your help Coastal Getaways of SC with finding us a wonderful vacation spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed 703 Spinnaker. The proximity to the beach afforded great views of the seabirds and sunsets. The accommodations were most comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We rode our bikes and walked on the beach most every day. Our visit to Seabrook was wonderful as always and we look forward to returning in 2024.

We were so sad to leave this morning! Wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely loved the community, location, people were so nice, so dog-friendly!!Can’t wait to come back next February and stay at the Atruim Villas!! My husband thought this picture of our dog, Baxter, summed up our time here. He looks so peaceful. Thank you for your wonderful customer service Coastal Getaways of SC.

We had a delightful stay. The light is fabulous in the whole unit, the living room furniture is comfy and nicely arranged, leaving plenty of room for AM yoga and exercise in front of the TV, which is a great size for watching all kinds of shows on Netflix, etc. The neighborhood is just as friendly as the rest of the island - have never felt so much at home so quickly! We did try to conserve a bit on the many super sunny days by closing the blinds - and the place was still cheery. Someone in the family is an expert photographer; those bird photos are gorgeous and in a perfect spot. Please convey our thanks to the owners for sharing this delightful Sea Loft abode with us! Our daughter and granddaughter loved the loft one weekend when they came to visit College of Charleston and took us out to dinner at The Salty Dog on a lovely evening. We loved Seabrook Island. We didn't use any of the built amenities, but loved the beaches, the birds, the dolphins, and all the friendly dogs. Moreover, we have found the people at Seabrook to be very welcoming and friendly, both owners and visitors alike. This may go down as our best March adventure yet -- we will return, for sure! Thanks again and have a wonderful Spring/Summer!

We have stayed in this house a number of times before, and enjoy many things about it, but particularly the sunroom and the view out of the back. The property is well stocked. The owner replaced the grill which is great!!! We probably will be making a reservation very soon for the week between Christmas and New Years, as we have done the last several years. Thank you !

Just loved the Villa we stayed in. All updated and very, very clean. Would suggest no changes to this villa. So impressed we are staying there in 2024. It was well equipped Villa as well! Have been coming to Seabrook for the month of March for the past 14 years. Love the area & the restaurant choices. We want to thank Coastal Getaways of S.C. for helping us with Villa pricing/cost for next year. It felt as if we were a valued returning renter. I think this goes a long way in encouraging renters to return and utilize Coastal Getaway as their rental agency. Thank you for soliciting our feedback. See you next year!

This was our second year renting on Seabrook for the winter. We enjoyed the beach and the wildlife very much. Jim enjoyed using the fitness center at the Lake house and I enjoyed the outdoor pool. We found it helpful this year to read the Tidelines blog and that is a great resource for renters. We played pickleball once as guests of members and I wish the pickleball on the island was more accessible but I know you don’t have control over that. The house was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the screened porch when the weather was nice. The mattresses and the bedding were great. The bathrooms are beautiful and functional. The kitchen had great storage space for its size and was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. Closet space was very good. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year. We appreciate how incredibly responsive Coastal Getaways was with every little issue. Thank you very much.

This cozy Pelican Watch villa has been very nicely updated. It was spotlessly clean and a great location to walk on the beach and enjoy everything Seabrook Island has to offer.

Our weekend stay at 1211 Creek Watch was perfect in every way: the property was clean, comfortable, and quiet! We immensely enjoyed the sunroom, early morning and early to late evening, and Creek Watch is the ideal location for any Seabrook Island activities - walking, beach combing, idyllic relaxation, and not too far from Freshfields shopping, the Field House, or the Salty Dog Cafe! We highly recommend this property at Creek Watch, and expect that we will return soon.

545 Tarpon Cottage was a comfortable home away from home. The cottage was very clean on our arrival. The beachy decor was appealing and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The view of the golf course as well as wildlife and sun rises from the sun room provided much entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals at home and had everything that we needed. Items mentioned as missing in previous reviews have been provided. Muffin pan and a cheese grater were the only items that could still be added. We really enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island. Daily walks on the beach, bike rides and enjoying views of the golf course and wild life from our cottage made for wonderful weeks during our escape from the winter up north. We frequently walked to Captain Sams inlet on the beach and were able to see the dolphins strand feeding several times. What an amazing sight! I enjoyed having a good selection of books available from the library at the lake house. The island is so beautiful, clean and safe. Everything you could want is close by at Fresh Fields. I can’t wait to return. The Coastal Getaways staff were very responsive and accommodating when finding and booking the cottage. They remained responsive during our stay to assist with any needs we had.

We had a lovely one month stay at 1715 Shelter Cove on Seabrook Island. The home has a beautiful view of the marsh and we loved seeing the sun set each evening. It also was very well stocked with everything we needed, which we definitely appreciated. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the Lakehouse to take advantage of fitness classes and workout facilities, using our SIPOA Lakehouse Amenity Cards. The fitness classes are great! (We did not use any other amenities.) We really enjoyed riding our bikes and walking around the island, and eating at good restaurants within 20-30 minutes drive of Seabrook. Note: The house has four levels, with the kitchen being on the top level, so there a lot of stairs and the stairs are somewhat steep, so we would definitely not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues.

We are winding up our wonderful stay on Seabrook Island at 947 Sealoft. We had a fabulous time on our second visit here. We have met several neighbors as well as many very friendly beach walkers. Last January was terrific, but we wish we didn't have to leave! March is a fantastic time to be here, on this gorgeous island. We would certainly consider renting here again on another visit. We've also been very pleased to rent through Coastal Getaways of SC and plan to again, although our plans are a little up in the air for next year. We will be in touch when we know when we might be able to come.

We loved our first visit to Seabrook Island. The location of the condo was Perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Everything was in working order. The view of the golf course from the great room was breathtaking after a long winter. Other guests around us were very friendly. We definitely want to stay again in the future!

Seabrook Island is a beautiful, oceanfront, gated community with stunning beaches and gorgeous houses. We rented bikes (really good value from Seaside Rentals) and rode the beaches of Seabrook and Kiawah Islands for miles, plus discovered a whole network of shaded and sheltered bike paths for the warmer days. The condo was spacious, large outdoor verandas, impeccably clean, well stocked and very quiet, right across from the ocean and beach access. We were there off-season, so many of the amenities were not yet open - worth checking before you buy an amenity card. Even with a card, there are some extra charges (US$15 per swim, for example). The Salty Dog Cafe nearby at Bohicket Marina was our favourite restaurant with excellent seafood (huge portions provided lunch for the following day) and stunning sunset views. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

We loved the location! We were right across the street from the beach where you can see amazing sunsets! The villa was great inside too! Wonderful bedrooms and living space! We watched as an alligator swam by as we drank out morning coffee. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers on the 18th hole of Crooked Oaks. I rode horses on the beach with the Seabrook Equestrian Center, which I highly recommend! I also walked down to Captain Sam’s Inlet 1 and 1/2 before low tide and got to see the dolphins strand feeding! Park at Boardwalk 1 and walk. Or ride bikes!

The property was clean and well maintained. The pictures capture exactly what you get. The space was just right for my partner, mother-in-law, our pup and myself. There was plenty of entertainment in the home with cable TV in each room, the living room and a few puzzles and a board game. The kitchen was comfortable for one person, two folks tops. There were good pots, oven dishes and knives if you want to cook a few meals. There were also plenty of cups, plates and utensils for a larger group. This was a very comfy and cozy place, we were bummed when it was time to leave. The community was very quiet and well kept. There's a little area about 10 minutes away with little shops, restaurants and supermarket in case you dont want to drive out too far. The Coastal Getaway team was amazing as well with all of the information they provide leading up to your trip. This was our first time at the island and renting this property, we would highly recommend.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had staying at 777 Spinnaker Beachhouse. The beach house was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The Decor was beautiful and the house look like it had recently been totally renovated. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the fact that it was on a single cul-de-sac all by itself added to the atmosphere being perfect. We certainly will consider trying to rent this property again . We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Seabrook in the near future . Thank you so much for your help and excellent service

As always, Coastal Getaways provided GREAT service from Lisa’s expert advice on how to use the television remote to Nancy coming to our rescue after losing our house key! We have rented quite a few Spinnakers over the years and 725 is our favorite: It is light and bright, the kitchen is well supplied and the location is perfect. The bottle of wine left by the owners is a really nice touch. The only suggestion would be a broom and dustpan!

We thought the amenities at this rental were very good. We are in between having sold our place in Charleston and the finishing up of a house we are having built. It was great not to have to go out and buy shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The villa was well decorated and cared for. Two things that would make it even better. One - please provide face towels. Second, the owners should replace the toilet. It is okay for a child but very difficult for us older folks. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had a great time on Seabrook Island! The house was wonderful and comfortable for our whole family which came for one week during our stay. We loved the Lakehouse when we were here because we could take our grandchildren swimming and our adult children could workout.

This is a beautifully updated condo with all the amenities you could ask for. If you are into cooking, the kitchen is completely stocked with cooking utensils and pots & pans. There is also a gas grill and patio set on the back deck. However, if you are not into cooking or need a break, no fear, there are restaurants on the property, such as the club house for Happy Hour and eats plus the outside wood fired pizza oven at the golf club. There are also additional restaurants at Fresh Fields Market place just outside the property, along with local restaurants you can find in your exploration of the Charleston area. Activities at Seabrook can be endless. The condo comes with bikes, and you can literally pedal for miles through the quaint neighborhoods or Bike Paths of Seabrook. The beach is a 3–4-minute walk from the condo with beautiful hard packed sand that at low tide you can walk for miles not to mention the occasional dolphin sightings. At night the sunsets are just breath taking! There is the fitness center and pool with related activities and classes at The Lake House. Two golf courses On Johns Island you also have access to jet ski and kayak rentals and sailing excursions. We are definitely coming back to 774 Spinnaker...
