We were so pleased with our pick of this home on Seabrook Village. It's perfect for active adults or families. A short walk or bike ride to shopping, tennis, fitness center or family pool. The beaches are beautiful with several options of uncrowded access.
The home was very clean and private. The screened in porch was my oasis for morning coffee, and afternoon book or a glass of wine with my husband.

A comfortable, well-equipped, and nicely appointed villa close to one of Seabrook's uncrowded beaches. Recommended by a frequent visitor to Seabrook.

Property was as listed. Clean and well stocked, ample outside places to sit, short walk to beach, quiet neighborhood! We would love to stay again.

Condo was nicely renovated, appointed and very clean. It’s in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, deer and many birds from the deck. Our stay was too brief to enjoy all the property had to offer and unfortunately weather was also chilly so hope to return. Only suggestion would be some sand chairs so could really relax by water. We would recommend this property to others.

We love Seabrook Island. We came here a few years ago and were so excited to come back. The beach, pool, and the grounds are just beautiful. The condo was just as expected and being by the ocean was an added benefit.

We loved our stay at Seabrook. The house was so cute and perfectly decorated, and the beach was only about a five minute walk. I loved waking up early to watch the sunrise, and seeing all the wildlife.
The check in and check out process was easy. Everything was described and the house was spotless. We took advantage of the bikes, and the Lake House. The market was a short drive, and the Beach Club was a nice walk. My favorite things about the house were the three balconies with such nice views, and the comfy beds. We stayed in the sea turtle decorated room, and loved it.
Charleston was about a 40 minute drive, so we enjoyed all the typical tourist activities. This was a gift to my parents for their 70th birthdays, and they could not have been happier (especially after having to wait a whole year when Covid forced us to reschedule.)
This was our second time with Coastal Getaways, and I highly recommend staying at any of their properties. We hope to be back soon!

Me, my husband, my 6 month old daughter, and my immediate family members stayed in this cottage for 4 nights. It was the perfect amount of space for the price, so everyone was comfortable. The check-in process is very detailed and tedious since it's a private island, but they gave us all the information beforehand that we needed to do everything successfully. The island was beautiful- my biggest complaint was that most of the places to eat lunch and buy drinks by the pool were shut down (which I didn't think to ask about beforehand) but it was still a nice visit and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I wish we had booked a longer visit!

The Salt Marsh house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! It was an easy bike ride to stores, restaurants and all club amenities. The Salt Marsh neighbors were all friendly and welcoming.

We had such a wonderful stay at this little villa! It was clean and comfortable, with great light, high ceilings, and lots of pleasant outdoor patio spaces. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool just down the street and walking our dog to the beach each morning. We would love to stay here again in the future!

928 Sealoft Villa was exactly as described! We were thrilled with our choice. Property was spotless, great location, great amenities with the card provided. We are already planning to return!
Specifics - plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. Great internet, cable tv. We brought extra paper products - not needed. Only thing we added was to folding chairs for the beach and we just left them for the next guests.
Walk to the pools might be too far for some; we took the car.
We had debated between Kiawah Island and Seabrook - so glad we made the decision for Seabrook!

Four days before our departure my fiancé had an accident and fractured four vertebrae and his sternum.
Nancy and her team were so sympathetic and wonderful. I cannot wait to book another stay on Seabrook Island!

We absolutely loved it. The place was very clean, spacious and really close to the beach (no problem walking with a a two year old and two month old). The front deck and the back deck were really big and had nice options for seating and eating. We had a family member join at the last minute and the property manager was incredibly responsive to get the vehicle pass. Totally awesome.

This property is well managed. There's starter paper towels, dish detergent, etc. and having a washer and dryer available is definitely a plus. The view from the balcony is great and quick responses from the management team, make this rental easy to book and if you run into a problem, it's easy to have that resolved.

The house was clean, spacious and attractively decorated. It is located near a walkway to the beach and to the Lake House pool. There was a minor infestation of ants in one room, but the management company was very responsive and I’m sure that will not be a problem going forward. We would return.

The property was perfect for our adult family to get away after being cooped up with quarantine. Secluded, quiet, peaceful, roomy. I would say, we didn’t t realize our sons would have to walk through our bedroom to get to theirs. The bunk beds are more suitable for children. I really enjoyed the location and the decor. Sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and deck was great for sunsets and family board games. Thank you for having us. I hope to return soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atrium villas. The condo was immaculate and well furnished and equipped with everything you need. We loved sitting out on the patio with the beautiful view of the ocean. Very close to beach and pool and golf.

The house is even prettier in person. We loved the layout, the views, the comfortable rooms, and the kitchen. The walk to the beach is gorgeous and the beach was awesome. We definitely will come back again! Thank you for opening your home for our quick getaway!

I have often come to Seabrook for vacation. Condo was updated, well equipped and stocked. Would come to this condo again. Perfect condo for a dog as no carpeting to worry about...updated laminate flooring.

We had a lovely trip. The rental was very nice. Most of the Seabrook restaurants were closed, so I would recommend bringing groceries. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of consumable materials (trash bags etc) were provided.

Lovely home. We came in to be greeted by a complementary bottle of wine. We love Seabrook anyway, but were blown away by the house. It’s nestled under beautiful trees and back off of the road. All updated home, beautifully decorated. Super comfortable beds. My favorite was the screened in porch where I could watch the deer and listen to the birds. We will be back!
