The location is excellent, the view of the 18th hole and course is phenomenal. The kids loved looking out the back patio and searching for alligators in the water ! The screened in porch on the front of the house is quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the week. It was a great week and the communication with Coastal Getaways was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable, quiet and most of all dog friendly. Would recommend new mattresses in MB and 2BR as they were worn out.

We enjoyed our stay with a very clean and comfortable villa. The island was beautifully landscaped and had a short boardwalk to the beach.
The charcoal grill was a nice bonus for grilling out instead of gas.
We were close to several restaurants and Charleston was only about 45 minutes away.
The shopping area was a delight with unique shops and restaurants. There is a nice grocery store with well stocked deli/seafood/meat departments. It provided everything we needed for our stay with a friendly staff.
I look forward to staying here again!

Seabrook properties are able to charge a premium these days, but not all properties are of premium quality. This unit was fine for our needs, good size, nice living space and nicely furnished. Was able to set up my laptop and monitor on the desk and work from there. Great to have good quality washer & dryer on site.
I suspect the owners know the unit's shortcomings, the bathrooms and kitchen are in need of refresh. The master shower is very small, fortunately we are not big people so it was fine. The kitchen needs more immediate attention. Little things like the blender, it must be 30 years old. The Mr Coffee maker doesn't work, the pots, pans were ok, but the baking pans are awful. I covered them in foil when baking dinners. The water dispenser on the fridge needs a new filter, water just trickles out and I was not sure how clean the water really was. The overhead kitchen light is ancient and is tempermental, high hats would be much nicer. There was a smell coming from the sink so we bought some baking soda and dumped it down regulalrly, seemed to help.
Some of these items are a bit nit-picky, but I though the owners should know anyway.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property very much. Great location - my daughter and grandson loved being able to bike to the pool. The unit is well equipped and communication was easy. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed that this was a clean, well-thought-out, safe and family friendly environment for our family, and that it was very dog-friendly! The staff was always polite and professional, and the grounds are immaculate. t was lovely! It is so nice to have a rental that includes bedding and towels. The slipcovers and pet covers for the couches were a thoughtful touch, as we felt we could make ourselves at home without worrying about someone’s furniture. We felt well-informed. The emails were timely, organized, and thorough from Coastal Getaways. I loved the informative binder that was in our home.

I have been going to Seabrook for over 35 years. Seabrook is the perfect place to bring family and children. The property was the best location. We were happy with everything but wished there was more than a closet for the entire place. Other than that, it was wonderful!

This was our fifth time traveling to Seabrook. The home was spacious and clean. Living area had a lot of seating for our group of five. We enjoyed the location being close to beach areas. The beds were comfortable and towels plentiful and soft. We could have used some large baking sheets for cooking.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was a very nice getaway. There was a pillow in a chair at the cottage that read "what happens at Grandma's stays at Grandma's" and that's how it felt ... like we were at a grandmother's place, filled with all the good things.

What we enjoyed the most was getting the family together under one roof for spring break. Perfect layout for our family. Direct acces to the boardwalk was a dream as years past we have stayed in homes where we would need to drive to the beach. Overall the house and the stay was a 10/10.

First of all, we were grateful to be able to stay an extra night when our flight back to NYC was cancelled. Thanks, Nancy! We loved the condo—and my husband, an architect, is a tough critic. So that’s huge. We appreciated too getting the free bike rental through the other service. We didn’t have amenity cards or use Seabrook facilities (mainly we were there to relax & walk on the beach) so that was nice. Things that would be appreciated: Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services….We couldn’t figure out how to use the awning on the deck & then figured it’s probably not for renters to use. But that would have been nice. Thanks again for a great place!

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony and screened in porch was absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent-we could walk right down to our boat and also enjoyed all of the nearby amenities. We would definitely love a return stay some time in the near future.

714 Spinnaker is beautiful and nicely laid outl. A keypad on the door would have been great. We did lock ourselves out once but your team was amazing at getting us right back in. A small thing that would be so helpful would be a nice big welcome mat inside the front door that could catch the sand before you drag it in. We loved being able to rent the low speed vehicle and ride around. We also loved the fresh village shops. We had a great vacation!

Overall, the cottage was pleasant and cheerful. Having the music on when we entered was welcoming. The main living area and bedrooms were clean and pleasant.Household supplies were perfect! Found anything we needed. The bikes were a plus!The island life - something for everyone - golf, horseback riding, boat rides, bike riding, pools & beach & ocean.The cottage was spacious enough allowing space for everyone.Island Amenities are perfect! Again, something for everyone, plenty ofwonderful dining and definitely used! All activities are so convenient! Information from Coastal Getaways was perfect - felt we were well informed. When the power went out-Coastal was very responsive.

This property was awesome! We love everything about Seabrook. I wish the Pelicans Nest had been open and at least one pool heated. Thank you to Coastal Getaways for being so responsive and communicating all that we needed. You guys are awesome!

The property was lovely overall. The decor is tastefully done and the modern updates that are completed look great! The location on the island is perfect; close to the beach and the beach club. We have always enjoyed Seabrook year after year for its tranquil location, quiet beaches, and family friendly resort amenities. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and your hospitality. My parents are former property owners at Seabrook and were for years. This is our first visit back to Seabrook where we rented a property through an agency. Our experience was great and we really appreciate the thorough communication before and during our stay. We look forward to renting again through Coastal Getaways.

Dear All: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and views could not have been better. The condo was quite comfortable and well equipped with everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Specifics that we really appreciated were the beach chairs, free access to an amenity card and the complementary bike and kayak rentals. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is to use king sized sheets (really the top sheet) and update the bed coverings. Thanks for sharing this enjoyable home with us.

We had a beautiful relaxing vacation visiting Seabrook Island for the first time. We are in love with coastal South Carolina and have vacationed at many islands and areas over the years but Seabrook is at the top of that list. The vibe is calm and relaxing and the area is beautifully maintained. Our villa at 1345 Pelican Watch was everything we thought it would be and more. Most importantly for us, it was sparkling clean and looked exactly like the pictures shown online. Anything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Although the kitchen was small in size it definitely felt large as the appliances were full-sized and everything had it's place. We have rented 4-5 bedrooms homes in the past and the kitchen at Pelican Watch provided the same amenities as any other large home we've stayed in. Mostly, the view from our large back deck was just spectacular. Waking up to that landscape and having our morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail was something we will never forget. The beach is right behind the villa and the easy access (2 minute walk!) made our vacation that much more enjoyable. The staff throughout the island were kind and helpful as well. We will absolutely be coming back to Seabrook Island!

What we enjoyed the most. Our house location was perfect and we loved the proximity to the pool, Beach etc. The house itself was very pretty, love the shiplap & decorating. It was cozy and comfortable for our family of 5. The access to tennis, golf, Horseback riding all was extremely Convenient and easy to schedule. We really liked our rental property. It was updates, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We would love to rent here again. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t clearly communicated -CG is better than most companies we have worked with. The house was perfectly stocked.

Seabrook is one of our favorite summer spots and Spring did not disappoint. The house was clean and we'll stocked with everything you need. Right in the middle of the island so about an 8 min bike to the beach pool and 10 to tennis and the lake pool. Nice front and back porches. Small but we'll stocked kitchen, both types of coffee machines which is nice. Only complaint is bed was a little uncomfy.

Enjoyed our stay in Seabrook Island and this property that includes amenity cards is key. Great space for family and friends, games, cooking. A short bike or golf cart ride to the beach and pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of four and our small dog. We could walk to the beach and access all of the neighborhood amenities. The host was great to communicate with and check in and out was easy.
