We loved how quiet and private the area was. We had everything we needed. Can not wait to return. We just wish we knew how quickly the restaurants at the club book up. We were not able to eat any meals there, which was disappointing. We were at the Pelican's Nest less than 10 min after they opened on Sunday, and there was already an hour wait.

What did you enjoy most about your Seabrook vacation? We enjoyed the home's close proximity to the beach and the Beach Club amenities! The beach was pristine and quiet and the Beach Club pool was clean and a lot of fun for our children! Everyone we encountered on the island was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Please tell us your impressions of the property you stayed in? The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had a nice, relaxing vibe! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed (we love to cook). All of the cookware, cutlery and glassware were in great shape. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough room to accommodate our blended family (5 adults and 2 kids). We especially loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time relaxing on the comfortable furniture, surrounded by those beautiful live oaks. We found the shower under the house very convenient for rinsing our feet and swimsuits before going inside. We loved staying here and will definitely rent again!!

Just as described! We enjoyed the view of the water from the villa, the attractive decor, comfortable seating and king sized bed. We love the beach area by the villa and the ocean area at the Beach Club. When our daughter visited us for a few days we took her to Sunday Brunch at Seabrook Island Clubhouse. We has a delightful stay and hope to return soon!

Second visit to Seabrook this month and I the location is perfect with the beautiful marsh behind the unit. The condo was very well equipped with great patios on both levels.
The master bedroom was so comfortable and loved the back screened on porch for coffee in the mornings
It is very convenient to Freshfields and anything else on the island!
I would return to this unit any time and the folks at Coastal Getaways always make it easy to rent. They’re available to answer any questions and are very helpful!

This was such a great place. Cozy and clean and the balcony is an awesome perk. Proximity to the pool and beach were ideal and it made it easy to do both with our young children.

We loved everything about this property and plan to come back in the future. It was clean, well maintained, and very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the location and the beach is fabulous. We saw quite a few dolphins at the inlet and witnessed strand feeding. Also, the property management company is a well run organization and communicates frequently. Definitely recommended!

We loved this vacation villa. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the balcony immensely. In the morning we would walk the beach and the afternoon we sat on the balcony reading and watching the pelicans and dolphins. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The island was beautiful and we enjoyed looking for deer when we drove to the village for dinner. Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis!

Place was exactly as described! The views were absolutely gorgeous. Check in was as easy as could be!! Loved the easy access to the beach from this home. Just a short walk through the neighborhood got you to boardwalk 3a. One of our absolute favorite things about Seabrook is the privacy on the beach and this trip was no different. Our pup had a blast and the home was very dog friendly. We will be back!!

We went because of a wedding, and stayed the rest of the week for a vacation. It was a beautiful place. We also did some sights in Charleston. The beach was also beautiful!

714 Spinnaker Court is a beautiful townhouse, decorated tastefully with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed using the new grill. It was was a nice surprise that toilet paper (and some soaps) were provided. Thank you! The collection of books was great. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island. The house was great my biggest problem is no privacy when the house beside you is rented and we are trying sit in the den to watch tv. The neighbors were grilling and outside and could see straight into our rental. Definitely need a curtain where the sliding glass door is. Other than that, it was a great vacation

Hi, we were very impressed with the unit, may have been the best one yet. The unit was immaculate cleanliness wise so hats off to the cleaners. Well equipped for most anything you need. The light over the stove is out. It looked like it had been recently painted including the cabinets. Some of the doors need adjusted as they scraped on closing. Hate to see a good paint job get scratched up. Really liked the higher chairs on the deck and in the dining area. The sun screen on the deck is a lifesaver.We would definitely rent this unit again.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seabrook. 545 Tarpon Pond Cottage was nice. The furnishings were comfortable. We very much enjoyed the sunroom. The primary bath was nice - having a tub gave us much more room than the small showers that Tarpon Pond usually has. The downsides were that there were insufficient towel bars. The hall bath had one towel bar and a ring by the sink. The primary bath had no towel bars and 3 hooks (there is plenty of room to mount two standard bars). For a property that sleeps 7 people it was totally insufficient for towels - luckily it was only my husband, myself and a couple of friends for a few days. Even several hooks over the primary bedroom, bath and hall bath doors would be an improvement. Also the primary closet was strange. It was a hobbit hole under the stairs. It is about chest high on me (5'6"). Not good for a tall person like my husband. The kitchen was ok. More coffee mugs would be a great improvement along with a few more placemats (there were 3). We do eat in a lot and cook dinners. The pots and pans were fine. For such a small kitchen the storage was good. We look forward to returning to Seabrook. We had a lovely time at Seabrook. This was the third trip for me and my husband. All times we stayed in Tarpon Pond Cottages. Two couples were first timers. The house had lovely decor, the beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. Grill worked great. I appreciated the list of grocery stores and restaurants you provided. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the cable and we found no information about how to make it work. At the end of the trip we found it did get one streaming channel. Info should be provided about that TV. It would have been good to know that the property had both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Seabrook Island. The condo (1714 Shelter Cove Villa) was nice with neat views of the marsh and renting an LSV allowed us to travel quickly to and from the beach and to restaurants and the grocery. The island is beautiful and the beach was nice and not overly crowded.

This Atrium unit had a beautiful view, was very tidy and had a well-stocked kitchen. We were able to eat all our meals on the patio comfortably and with a wonderful view! Easy bike ride to nature trails and walk across the street to beach. Bountiful games and puzzles provided quality evening family time. Credit toward bikes included was nice bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this property for a week to go to our daughter's college graduation and stay and relax afterwards.
We received a text before our 4pm check in to let us know the property was ready.
When we got to the property, access into the condo was very easy via keypad. The directions the rental company provided were very easy.
The 2br 2ba condo was very clean and they had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine etc.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean.
The patios open up towards the club and the sun rises were amazing.
The condo came with a closet full of items to take with us to use on the beach along with kid sand toys and activities.
The beach is still quiet this time of year and everyone we met was very friendly and courteous.
We will definitely book this property again in the future.

We love this home. The porches are a strong feature of the home. We started every day on the covered porch with coffee. The owners continue to update the home (new flooring, air fryer and new shower this year). The storage area in the car porch is stocked well with beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart to get everything to the surf. Kitchen is well outfitted with cookware and spices.

We had a lovely stay at Seabrook Island. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed and had beautiful views of the Marsh. The condo had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfy. We got a little confused during the check-in process on where to get the gate pass and enter the condo but we were able to communicate with the property manager to get it figured out. You will need to drive to the Beach Club area (about a 10 minute drive) but this wasn't a problem for us. We look forward to returning again soon!
