We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. Everything was exactly as publicized, and you included all necessary amenities for us to enjoy a great week.
The children (and adults) loved the pool, and the restaurants onsite were excellent. It was a glorious opportunity to gather all of our family in two houses and spent quality time together.

This is our third time staying in a Spinnaker beach house and the location is great. Walking to see the sunset every night was highly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful week at this Atrium villa at Seabrook. 4adults and one 4 year old were very comfortable in the villa. The location was perfect with ocean views and a pool and ocean side restaurant a very short walk across the road. The villa was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for our stay. The shaded decks made napping on the deck enjoyable. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying on Seabrook Island! We enjoyed meals on the screened-in patio and daily trips to the beach. This shady villa was quiet and the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation.

We loved this condo , especially the views out the huge window of the golf course and lagoon. Always great views of Alligators swimming around the lagoon which was cool. Also plenty of turtles, blue herons, Egrets, and deer. Just a walk across the street and the beach (pier 9) is right there. Also a short walk (maybe 1/4 mile) to the club with the fantastic pool. Condo was clean and well stocked with amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay and this Spinnaker Beach House! It has been beautifully updated and was very clean and has the most well stocked kitchen I have seen in rental home! The beach access is right across the street and the pool is a quick bike ride up the road. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the island and riding to salty dog for the afternoon. Short drive to explore Charleston. We loved bringing our doodle as well! We will be back!

We had everything we needed at this house, and a short walk to one beach and the beach club, as well as being close to other different beaches. It was clean, a little dated but that’s ok! The ceiling fan upstairs was not working and it did get a little hot in the afternoons/evenings. We liked this place and would stay again!

Comfy and relaxing condo, just as pictured. Well stocked with useful dushes and starter pack. Peaceful beach visible off the deck and quiet neighborhood. Marina and quaint shops down the road, Charleston a short drive. Enjoyed.

The Pelican Nest villa was more than we could have hoped for. Clean, well stocked, and the location to the beach and amenities was awesome! We biked the island, played golf, and swam in the club pool! It was great! That being said, the sunsets, either from the deck or right on the beach were amazing! A slice of heaven! This is the place to be for a coastal vacation!

We absolutely loved the house, the location, Seabrook Island, the Beach Club, the beach, etc. my only complaint is that description read that the house was across the street from the beach and that is very misleading as it is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Getting the lay of the land, the location was great but it should not read across the street from the beach.

I have not been to Pelican Watch in over 30 years. It was so nice to be back and stay in a unit that was so clean, beautiful and well decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. So much space. We had our two kids 12 and 5 with us. Short walks down the boardwalk to the beach every morning to find seashells, many sand castles built, as well as 7 trips to the pool. We saw deer, dolphins and pelicans from the balcony along with sunsets right out of a movie. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This was the perfect sized villa for a family of four. The unit was very clean and the remodeled bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout made the property feel very modern.
The access cards to the neighborhood pool did not work but the amenity cards to access the lake house pool and beach club pool (with fee) is definitely the best option. The amenity office staff was a bit clumsy explaining the difference between the lake house vs beach club pools on our first day. They wanted us to come down daily to the office to even get the included lake house amenity cards because at the same time we purchased the beach club amenity cards ($30 fee) and they said we could not have both cards at one time even though they were different cards. They finally relented and we were able to get both cards one included and the other after paying the fee. We only point this out because it did seem like we were the first people to ever ask about cards. To clarify this had nothing to do with the Coastal Vacation Team or the home itself as both of these items were A++. Just wanted to point out for future renters.
Thanks again! We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely rent again. Have a great summer!!!

Our stay here was amazing. After a year of challenges, this getaway was just what we had in mind. Seabrook Island is such peaceful environment, and the villa we stayed in provided a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and modern. Nice layout and location to pool and beach. Would stay again - FYI I’m a pretty picky person and was impressed by the property as far as cleanliness and amenities.

We had 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11) share this beach house. We rented bikes and the beach access walkways were very close, as well as the beach club where the pool is. There were enough beds in the house for everyone and space for us to enjoy family meals each night. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need if you are preparing meals. If you want to go out, there are plenty of restaurants close by at Fresh Fields to go to. There was also a lot of space under the house to store bikes, beach chairs and toys. There was so much to do in this area, we are already planning our trip for next year!

We loved this property. It is very spacious and has beautiful golf views overlooking the 9th hole and multiple ponds (including alligators). The dining room was very spacious and allowed our family members staying in other condos to join us for dinner on multiple nights of our stay. We would definitely book this condo again next year!

The mattresses were not very comfortable. The master bedroom needs to be changed out as well as the twin beds downstairs the owners need to put a bicycle tire pump somewhere in the house. Also it would be nice if the owners would put out some kind of and sign for what to do with the trash on what days

-New television instructions should be in the info book.
-The house (bedrooms and new sunroom) moves and shakes back and forth like there are earth tremors quite often. We would recommend having a structural engineer evaluate this... at the very least I would imagine putting cross bracing back up on the piliings (looks like maybe it was removed at some point?) would be an improvement (?)
-curtains in the dining area would be good
-some sort of shade in the loft would help. It is very bright up there in the morning

My husband and I spent a few days on Seabrook for our 10th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! The views and sunsets were phenomenal and we loved how close it was to walk to the beach! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and was fine for just the two of us. The bed and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable and the front door was a pain to lock and unlock but other than that, we enjoyed the property.

Loved the home. It was very spacious for our family of 6. Loved the back screen in porch overlooking the lake. The kitchen was well appointed and the home was very clean for a dog friendly home. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was fixed within hours. I definitely recommend this home and location to other family

We had such a relaxing stay! The vacation rental property was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed cooking and having meals there. The master bedroom and bedroom for our kids were comfortable.
One of our favorite features was the balconies. It was nice to sit on them, relax and listen to nature. There is a lot of nature at Seabrook Island. We saw deer, rabbits and even an alligator in a pond. The outdoor pool is just a short walk from the property. The pool is big and our teenage sons had a blast. Finally, the beach was beautiful. It's a little bit of a drive and then a walk to get to the beach, but so worth it. We had a wonderful time in our vacation rental property, the outdoor pool at the beach at Seabrook Island!

Beautiful villa that had everything you need for a perfect getaway Clean, bright and sunny, peaceful. We rented bikes and rode to the beach club nearly everyday. Great golf at Ocean Winds. We enjoyed Bohikets Marina and the Salty Dog and Fischer’s

Very nice condo right on the beach - top (2nd) floor almost on the end of the strip of Pelican Watch Villas - very quiet. Walking distance to restaurants (through neighborhood or down the beach). Close proximity to Bohicket's Marina/shops. Unobstructed water views. Lovely decor. Club access (required for pool/restaurant/amenities) fees not included with rental. We like the fact that Seabrook Island is only accessible through a security gate to renters and owners on the island. Beautiful walkable/bikeable neighborhoods filled with live oak trees covered in Spanish Moss.

We brought our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 15, 13, and 7) along with visiting teenage friends of our oldest two and my in laws. Plenty of room for everyone comfortably. Very well equipped kitchen, deck, and even bikes and beach stuff in the garage. Highly recommend.

It was great to get back to Seabrook, this is our go too vacation spot. This was our first time not staying in pelican watch but we really enjoyed our stay at Spinnaker. It was nice having more living space and we were still right across the street from the beach. The property itself is a little out dated but it is very well maintained and we felt right at home.
