Our stay was shortened by a broken bone … but the unit is very nicely decorated and spotless. We’ve stayed in the Pelican Watch villas numerous times and they’ve all been exceptional. Can’t miss.

We had a great experience at this property, it was exactly as described. The rental was clean and well-maintained, and a perfect location overlooking the ocean!! Really enjoyed Attrium Villas for our one year anniversary trip to Seabrook Island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Seabrook Island. The house was perfect for us (7 adults). The house was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch right on the lake which we used for every meal. Location of the house is great...walk to the lake house and tennis and easy bike ride to Bohicket marina and Fresh Fields, a little longer bike ride (or easy drive) to the beach, golf or Seabrook Club restaurants.

The condo was perfectly located to all of the amenities and beach. The 2nd floor provided a great view of the ocean. Loved Seabrook and will come back again!

Pelican Watch is the only place we ever stay on Seabrook. We love it here and this condo did not disappoint. Very clean, and nicely decorated. The location cannot be better.

The laundry machine broke and it was waiting for a part that possibly would take 5 days to get. Without reservation the rental company staff offered to do our laundry until it was fixed.

The place was as described and was perfect for our family of 4. We had a bottle of wine to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Cozy, clean and enough space to hangout, cook and be together. I did some work on the back patio and loved how quite and serene it was. Even saw my first armadillo! Everything we needed was here even beach chairs and sand toys. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location and a good value on Seabrook Island with very easy access to the pool and golf club. The large beach side deck a big bonus. Kitchen. etc well maintained and well stocked with needed items. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location right across the street from boardwalk 3! The villa had everything we needed. We love Seabrook and try to visit once or twice per year. We will definitely add 937 Sealoft into our rotation. Nancy and the whole Coastal Getaways of SC team are always great to work with!

As usual, we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. We have no complaints or suggestions! We have stayed at many PW units and we agreed that 13108 was at the top of our list. The kitchen, especially, was well appointed and the entire unit was clean and obviously recently updated. We will be back in November for a week at 13108!

Wonderful place and wonderful time. After we booked it several months ago the owner changed the third bedroom from two twin beds to one queen. The pictures still showed two twin beds which is why we booked this configuration. Coastal Getaways, Nancy and Renee called owner and when we arrived Amazon delivered a brand new twin roll away bed, which was very comfortable. And they sent someone to put it together. Super awesome customer service from Coastal and great response from owners! Super impressed by this customer service! And my dog got to come too! Would book again. Thank you!

This was the easiest trip I have ever booked. Upon initial booking I had easy and quick communication with owner. Owner sent updated emails prior to arrival and notified us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. The condo was an excellent condition. Very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we could ask for. The location was perfect. It was just a short bike ride to the clubhouse and beach. Everyone had an excellent time and we would strongly recommend this condo for a perfect vacation retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beach cottage on Seabrook Island and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Your home is beautiful, well taken care of, stocked with everything one might need and it truly became our home away from home for the week. My 82 year old parents had always dreamed of going to Charleston one day, and they were finally able to do that! Staying at your home was like a vacation in a vacation for all four of us, and we looked forward to coming home every day. We also enjoyed being able to use all of the amenities, especially walking on the beach in the mornings. Thank you for a wonderful week full of many special memories that we will treasure forever!

The house was the perfect place for a beach getaway. It had everything we needed for a long weekend! It was an easy to walk to the beach and the pool with a great view of the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! - Thanks

We loved the laid back easiness of the island. The house was one of the most stocked and furnished houses I have ever been it. It has everything you needed. I would recommend a nice pillow top mattress pad on all the beds. They are a bit hard.

This condo is a great location and has a good view off of the porch. The condo was clean and both the king bed and the sofa bed were comfortable! Communication with the hosts was perfect and answered all of our questions! Having the laundry there was helpful as well. Overall a really great time, I highly recommend this condo!

Our stay at 774 Spinnaker Beach House was great. House was fully stocked with the items we needed. The weather was not great and we were not able to enjoy the beach club pool or beach area. We would consider another stay at 774 in the future.

We loved our stay on Seabrook Island and especially our location at 1336 Pelican Watch. The Villa was a perfect relaxation spot for 2 people. The Villa was equipped with mostly everything we needed - although for those of us who like to stay home and cook from time to time, it would have been good to have some more bowls and mixing bowls and a kettle for tea :-). Other than that, the stay was magical. The house was modern, and the view was indescribable. Direct access to the beach was also a major plus.

This property was absolutely stunning. Beautifully renovated and decorated - not overdone, not underdone. We were in Seabrook to help tend to an ill family member who resides on the island and returning to this property each evening added such a comforting welcome and peaceful place to rest despite the circumstances. The view from the window upstairs might as well have had a picture frame around it - perfect spot to read and watch nature during the rainy weather we encountered. Kitchen had everything needed. Location was convenient. Thank you for sharing such a great place. Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was especially comfortable for families with the awesome loft outfitted with bunk beds! All the beds were so comfy! There was not a detail that wasn’t thought of when preparing this house for renters! The kitchen is ready to be cooked in as it had everything we needed plus more! We definitely enjoyed cooking dinner a few nights while sipping on wine! Freshfields is a quick drive down the road where you can find a coffee shop, a great wine bar that also served food and a ton of other of yummy restaurants/bars! The beach is absolutely beautiful and although the weather was not the best during our stay we enjoyed a long walk on the beach one morning and it was lovely! Don’t sleep on the peel and eat shrimp at Pelicans nest! We loved every second of our stay and look forward to returning to 804 Treeloft very soon!

We had the most amazing time at Seabrook Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage. We stayed the week of May 2nd, 2023. We have done a great deal of traveling and have stayed at Airbnb and VRBO properties. However, your property stands out above any we have stayed in. We loved the cleanliness, simplistic decor, comfort of furnishings and a kitchen stocked for all the at-home cooking we love to do. We have two adult girls who are both health professionals. The island gives them so much peace. We can't wait to return.

We enjoyed the time with our family. This was by far the best house we have rented. Elegant and Chic. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was outstanding.The property had a ton of beach chairs. They also have many board games including battle ship, sorry, trouble, Yahtzee and jigsaw puzzles.

I commend the owner(s) on the beautiful renovation of this condo. They spared no expense. As an architect/interior designer I really appreciate great design and they accomplished just that! Every detail was first class including the art on the walls.Bravo! Mother Nature did a pretty good job on designing what's outside too. Gorgeous views! Screens would have been nice on at least the lower portion of the windows to allow at least an air and sound connection to the outside.
