This was the ideal spot to stay on Seabrook. Close to the beach and pool, great views, perfect set up for a family summer vacation. Can't wait to go back!

My family and I just spent a wonderful, restful week in the Seabrook villa. The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach ending with a scenic boardwalk trek over marshy dunes. We rented bikes (highly recommended) and took a few bike rides around the island which was a good way to enjoy the scenery in cooler, shadier areas. We didn’t use the pool or restaurants as we were happy for a more solitary beach experience but those areas looked great when we briefly visited them so we did not regret getting the amenity cards upon arrival. We were really happy with the small beach crowds (we mostly went late in the day) feeling at times that we had most of the beach to ourselves.
The house itself was really well-appointed with a full kitchen with all the needed cookware/utensils; tons of towels; ample space for our 2 teens; 4 comfortable beds; TV & games; excellent air conditioning; and 3 small balcony patios.
The rental company (especially Renee, Nancy, and Lisa who seem to be the ones always answering the phone when I called) was super helpful with all our questions and requests.
For those not familiar with South Carolina beaches, you should consider Seabrook (and this well-priced property in particular) if you want a true beach experience as well as the opportunity to see some beautiful flora and fauna in an unspoiled natural environment while still able to have a quick get-away to Charleston for some great eating/shopping/sightseeing. It was a perfect blend of what each of us in our family was looking for.

We have stayed at this particular listing a few times, and you get a nice play to stay with an incredible view for a great price. The home was overall clean and cool upon arrival, but there was a sewer or mold/water odor in the downstairs master that may need to be looked at. The beds could also use an upgrade, but all in all we had a great stay.

Awesome 1st floor property with quick walk over the dunes on the boardwalk to the beach. Beautiful sunset views over the dunes. Big beach area to relax and enjoy the water. Very few waves so the beach is perfect for young kids. Property is clean and beautiful!

Kitchen and living area were nicely upgraded a d decorated. AC worked well. It was nice to come to a nice cool place from the beach.

2888 Old Drake on Seabrook Island was described perfectly. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough cook ware and utensils and plates for 9 people. 4 adults with 5 children ages from 16-10. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Extra towels for each bathroom. It was nice having laundry accessibility, I pack less and it clean when I arrive home. The home was on a quite street. The home offered several different sized bikes, I took the kids on several bikes rides which was fun. They have several beach chairs on hand which was nice. My sister and I would sit in the sunroom off dining area in the AM drink coffee and read.
Cooking was easy with the Wolf gas stove, 2 ovens, grill and the wine refrigerator.
Lake house was an easy walk— needed some extra steps, Club beach pool and Amenities, ice cream after swimming, the adults ate at the Pelicans Nest as a night.
We would return. This property was excellent.

Three big bedrooms with their own attached baths was a hit with my adult children. We loved the Amenity cards and Xplorie. Rent bikes early and make sure you get your free one with Xplorie. Three pools and beaches to choose from!

Beautiful townhome property. Convenient location to Freshfileds, Bohicket, Lake House and racquet club. It was a 10 minute drive to beach, we rented a golf cart from Lightning Bugz which was great to have. Last night on neighborhood dock the dolphins put on a great show for us.

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.

The condo has been recently updated and ALL areas of the home are beautiful. There is plenty is space foe hanging out with your family and friends. Bedrooms and Bathrooms have plenty of space and storage. Screened in porch is lovely. We will definitely rent this condo again!!

I stayed here with a friend and our combined 3 kids and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean and comfortable and no problems while we were there. Would stay there again.

We loved Seabrook Island. The beaches were easy to access and not crowded. We saw frequent wildlife from the wandering deer, sea birds, raccoons and dolphins. The view from this home is amazing, and the condo is well stocked for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and kitchen gear.

The home on Seabrook Island is a wonderful location and setting. The home was clean and well appointed with a spectacular, well equipped kitchen. The views from every room were drop dead beautiful. Everyone in our end-of-pandemic and birthday celebration wants to return again. We were surprised and delighted to use the Elevator for bringing in luggage and for these old knees getting up the stairs! Having the wine cooler and second refrigerator stocked with wine, beer, water for our use was really nice and unexpected! The wildlife sightings and birds were memories we will all remember.

House was perfect for our family of 5. Very close to beach access…walking distance. Also very close to the pool. Made it easy to do both each day. Home is spacious and had everything we needed. We will come again.

This is our third year at Seabrook Island and this was, by far, our favorite place we have stayed! The location was perfect to access the beach or go to the pool! The covered porch was where we spent much of our mornings and nights, and the unit had everything we needed!

We loved this rental because of the views! We drank coffee on the deck every morning while we watched alligators, turtles, fish jumping, birds, frogs, lizards. So many things to see. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great with the large vanities. Plenty of parking for a LSV and our vehicle. Would definitely stay here again. The house is well cared for and had a cute beachy feel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook at this wonderful unit and would happily return. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The location and easy walk ability to the beach, especially to view the sunset in the evening, was great. Our only issue was that the washer/dryer did not function properly, but the property manager did their best to rectify the situation.

The home has plenty of cookware including knives that aren't dull. HA Home is very clean and the sun room gave us a nice place for the kids to play. The property is very close to the beach club and the golf courses. We would stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay this summer. This is our 4th trip to Seabrook, and have stayed in 4 different properties. This cottage did not disappoint! Only negative is the kitchen isn't well stacked, and one of the bikes was not working. However, other than that, we had no problems!

This condo is perfectly suited for a family of 4 to get away and have room to spread out. Very clean and the owners have thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen cooking essentials. Furnishings are cozy and sturdy without being cluttered. The unit is well maintained and clean upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable and towels were provided plentifully. We stayed a week and, although we'd brought some extra supplies (e.g., dish detergent packets), didn't end up using them. The supplies provided were just enough for our 7-day stay and much appreciated. Located near the Seabrook Island entrance, the Beach Club and beaches are a 5-minute car trip or a leisurely 20/25-minute bike ride away. The Racquet Club Villas has a small community pool that our boys loved ending the day at or taking a post-dinner dip. Also about 1-minute bike ride to the larger Lake House and pool and an easy 10-minute (1-mile) bike ride to the FreshFields Village, where there is a good amount of dining and shopping. We appreciated the Smart TVs in all the rooms so everyone could have their own space when needed. Coastal Getaways was easy to contact and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check-in/check-out experience as well as a few rental perks (e.g., free bicycle) that we took advantage of. Was a wonderful home away from home.

The property was just as advertised - clean, exquisitely decorated and super convenient to the beach (Boardwalks 1 and 2 - the latter is literally across the street). For families with toddlers/infants, there is a separate sunroom/reading room off the master bedroom that would be ideal for a crib or air mattress (it already has a sofa which I think converts to a bed). We had a great stay and Nancy & Co. were responsive and helpful as always!
