We loved staying here with our dogs. It was a perfect place to take your fur babies. There was an outside door on the patio for easy access to the grass or beach. We most definitely will be staying here again. It was the perfect gateway!

This was our third visit to Seabrook Island and our third stay at Pelican Watch. It just doesn't get any better. This was a very nicely updated villa, well stocked and clean, and the mattress was very comfortable.

Overall impression of the property is that it’s as advertised and lives up to the pictures (often not the case). Most everything was easy. Amenities pass was great/key to having. Kids loved the pools. Well appointed/stocked. Kitchen was very usable for actual cooking. Just a great house, location, and community. Had an issue or two that the property management firm was very quick/gracious to resolve. Small issues: there were some some personal items left from previous guests and small sugar ants that come with the territory this time of year. All had a great time and would love to visit again.

Five stars! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful beach cottage, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a short walk to the beach. It was such a joy to start my mornings with a refreshing stroll along the boardwalk to the beach with my dogs. The cottage itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. The living area provided a cozy space to relax and unwind, while the beds were super comfortable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the cottage's proximity to the Golf Club and Pool. As a golf enthusiast, being able to easily access the golf course was a definite plus. The convenience of having these amenities nearby added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this beach cottage to anyone seeking a perfect beach getaway. Comfortable, convenient, treasured family time in a beautiful house with quality furnishings. We also appreciated being able to schedule some activities and take advantage of the free pass for each one - especially the bicycles! It was a beautiful house, nicely decorated and the perfect size for our family. Out of the four houses we have rented on the island in the last few years, it was definitely our favorite. It was in the best condition and the best stocked kitchen. We loved the covered, screen-in patio.

It’s perfect. The house has everything we need and the a/c was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. There is also another screened in porch that has 2 rockers and a small table. It’s great to sit in it when it’s raining/storming. Highly recommend! We will be back next year! Coastal Getaways is great to work with and answers emails promptly.

We love staying at 2228 Rolling Dune. I'm sure I've told you that my family owned this property for many years. My children came to "the beach house" throughout their childhoods. We love seeing the wildlife. We even saw 4 armadillos that seemed like a little family. They were always together. My four year old granddaughter enjoyed a pony ride at the equestrian center. The beach has always been so beautiful and accessible. The owners have done a really nice job upgrading the house. Please note that the grill ran out of propane pretty quickly and the middle burner of the grill did not light. We feel right at home at 2228 Rolling Dune and hope to stay there again and again. We’ve been to seabrook before and again had a great time. The place was fantastic and we’d definitely stay there again. It was perfectly set up. The only thing I’d suggest and this reaching is I think a limited supply of laundry pods would be helpful and I’m not sure if I missed it in the instructions but I think a couple of beach towels would be great.All in all a fantastic time!

The drive from Fort Mill, SC was quick and easy, and thanks to the clear and concise instructions provided we were able to enter the island effortlessly and settle into our rental without any hassle.During our time at Seabrook Island, we created unforgettable memories that will stay with us forever. Our mornings were filled with leisurely walks to the beach, allowing our pup to run freely while we marveled at the horse rides passing by. Countless afternoon hours were spent splashing at the stunning beach club pool, enjoying frosty beverages, and soaking in the sun and our evening activities included crabbing at the crab dock or heading back to the beach, where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets and playful dolphins. These experiences will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Seabrook Island truly exceeded our expectations as a serene and picturesque oasis. Its' natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect destination for a memorable family vacation. We found ourselves completely enchanted by the stunning surroundings and the variety of activities available. We absolutely loved our stay at 804 Treeloft Cottage! As a family of four, it was the perfect accommodation for us. The cottage was well-stocked, providing us with everything we needed for cooking. The upstairs bunk room was a hit with our girls, who enjoyed playing the provided games and making the space their own. Not only was the cottage immaculately clean, but the appliances also appeared brand new. It made excellent use of the available space and truly felt like a great fit for our family.We can't speak highly enough of both the hosts and the Coastal Getaways team. We have been visiting Seabrook Island since 1976. We have always loved it and it feels like home to us. We love the scenery, the wildlife and the beach. The property was very well situated for the beach and the pools at the Beach Club. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved giving our grandkids showers in the outside shower. In our opinion the bathrooms need to be remodeled. We were disappointed in the master shower especially. Neither my husband nor I are large people and I could not even bend over to shave my legs in the shower. We were very happy that amenity cards were included in this rental. We were well informed about rules and procedures ahead of time.

We enjoyed staying at 550 Tarpon Pond. It was a great location, nicely decorated, clean, and well-organized, and we would stay there again.

We most enjoyed the proximity to the club and the beach. In the house, the abundant windows made the house feel very comfortable and inviting.

We have been coming to Seabrook for years and love the tranquility of the beaches and the friendliness of the staff, residents and other travelers.Beautiful residence. Clean and free of insects!Loved having an available grill! .

1. We enjoyed the house location and that beach access was across the street. There was an abundance of nature. We were lucky to witness two fawns chasing each other in the morning with the “zoomies” behind the house. 2. The house was beautiful and roomy. The deck off of Master bedroom was perfect for drinking your coffee in the morning while listening to the waves of the ocean. 3. The binder left on the kitchen counter was extremely helpful. 4. We found the home provided more than we needed. 5. The only thing we noticed is the front deck umbrella did not go up and we didn’t see any tools to clean the grill that looked a bit dirty inside. We opted to not cook out. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

We had the best time! A perfect weekend surrounded by nature…beautiful marshes, beaches, and wooded areas…we biked along the islands, tried amazing food, and had a great time at the beach. We saw dolphins, deer, turtles, and rabbits making it a perfect experience. The house was perfect. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed, the rooms were super comfortable and the living and dining area was open and spacious making it easier to hang out with the family. There is a easy, short walk to access the beach from the house. The hosts were responsive and helpful making this experience absolutely wonderful. This is definitely a magical place to make memories. We will definitely book this house again.

Everything was great! The house was super clean and had all the starter things needed. We had the best time. The only thing I would recommend is more washcloths and towels. We had to do laundry everyday to have clean washcloths. Towels I don’t mind reusing, but not washcloths.

We've stayed at Pelican Watch 3 other times in other units and love the location. This unit was the best we've experienced-- both beautifully and comfortably furnished, and not a single thing lacking for comfort or convenience. Can't say enough good things about this property!

We enjoyed our stay at Hammock Villa. The condo is beautiful. It met our needs for a long weekend in Charleston. We were unable to use the amenities at Seabrook because of a coastal storm but the area looked amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay here. We would love to come back.

Location of property to beach was extremely ideal along with the accessible pool near by. Property was well maintained and was very suitable for a family of 5. Would definitely like to return in the near future.

Our family stayed in this house for a week and it was great! We had a small issue upon arrival in that one of the beds for my adult son fell apart. Nancy and the team at Coastal Getaways were very quick to respond and got it fixed within hours! Overall things were just as advertised and this is a great location with a great host. We've already booked our next vacation with Coastal Getaways for just my wife and I at a smaller place.

My husband and I stayed at 1345 Pelican Watch recently for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property overall is updated, comfortable, and clean. Pelican watch is very quiet , boardwalk to the beach is directly in front and just a short walk to the Beach Club for the pool and dining. Highly recommend.

Our stay at 2944 Atrium Villa was great. The property was clean and nicely appointed. It was rainy on and off, the villa had lots of games to keep everyone busy. The location directly across from the Beach Club was a plus.

We had a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the house. We actually own a house on Seabrook Island that is under construction. We found all the pre vacation helpful. The house was very well stocked. We did not need anything that wasn't there. It was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you

This property was perfect! It is updated and comfortable. It is always nice to bring along our pup. The view is one of the best we have had at SI - we have been visiting for more than 20 years! We plan on renting it again in the future. Coastal Getaways is always great to work with.

Stayed at the Atrium Villas before love the location, great place for children and family.

We used to be homeowners on the island so was already aware of how wonderful the area is and it did not disappoint. In regards to the home, it was also wonderful. It was perfect for our group in regards to rooms, bathrooms, comfort of the beds. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in porch which was delightful and where we ate the majority of our meals plus where we did our work (because we can never completely be on vacation, sadly). We rented bikes which was great and we loved the location, riding to the beach as well as Bohicket and Fresh Fields. Our only recommendation: for the number of people the home allows, there should be more glasses and coffee cups, otherwise the kitchen was very user friendly. We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for us and Coastal Getaways of SC were great to work with in regards to communication , info provided. Thank you!

This was a beautiful condo and very clean.

Pictures don't do the view any justice. Breathtaking at anytime during the day. The community was beautiful and safe. We enjoyed our stay!
