Great location with easy access to beach and pool. Property was as described. Very comfortable. The porch as a great place to eat, relax and spend time.

Costal Getaways was great, very smooth and excellent service and value. The villa was perfect for us. There was nothing more we could have asked for, everything was perfect. The villa was clean and very well prepared for our stay, we enjoyed it immensely.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Rolling Dune location. It is a beautiful ocean cottage and accommodated our family for a week of fun and relaxation. When we arrived, Joe and Holly were doing their final inspection and they were most helpful in making us feel welcome and in making sure we had everything we needed. At one point, I had to call Joe to ask about the grill and he immediately took my call. I was so impressed with his quick answer and helpful response. We were sad to have to leave on Saturday and I miss it already. Thank you Cosatal Getaways for a wonderful stay and for your help and professionalism during the entire process.

We love coming to Seabrook every summer to spend time with my college sorority sisters. Big Chill. We take advantage of all the ammenities available, pools, club/ lake house, golfing, horseback riding. We also love the Xplorie activities and have participated in the dolphin tour, golfing and use of bicycles. Next year we'll do the kayaking. Our unit was great again this year. It was beautifully decorated, modern with all the updates. Kitchen well supplied, even with Keurig! Only complaint was the standard toilet. With all upgrades would have liked to have had a taller, comfort height toilet. Unfortunately stairs were also issue for us older folks with knee issues. Lol

The house at 3068 Seabrook Village Drive was lovely and suitable for our family. Love the outdoor porch, twin bunk room (we had 2 etc of twins with us!). Furnishings were neat, clean and updated. We had an issue with the outdoor grill but I called the Property Mgr. and it was fixed the day I called, the same with the shower door in the master bedroom. We missed beach towels and had to wait to go to the beach until my daughter arrived with towels. We always love Seabrook! Thank you

We loved our stay at 953 Sealoft Villas. The house is great for a family getaway. It is comfortable, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook meals. The beach access is very close by which is a huge plus. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We look forward to renting again in the future.

We used to stay in Bohicket Marina for years for family vacations. Coastal Getaways gave us the opportunity to go back after 27 years. Everything was just like we remembered and we had a tremendous time showing our kids where we used to stay when we were their age.

This place is even more updated, clean and spacious than it looks in the pictures online. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The furniture is comfortable and also seems to be all new. The aesthetic is beautifully coastal.
If you love sitting on a breezy, peaceful deck looking out at water, this is the place for you. I wanted a little get away but also needed work from home—the wifi was strong and I could work out on the deck. I also ate all my meals out there too. One evening a beautiful rainstorm moved in across the water and I could watch it all safely from the deck. It was gorgeous.
If you will be using the club amenities and pool, it is easily walkable. There are multiple accesses to the river side beach which loops around to the Atlantic side too if you like to take long beach walks.
I highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Great location alright on the ocean. View from the porch was fabulous!!! All the amenities and furnishings were top notch. We will stay there again!!!!

Our favorite was walking on the beach, the pool and riding bikes. The property was great. Everything was nicely updated and clean. The location was centrally located and made getting on the beach easy. There was a short drive to the pool. The pool is about 1 mile from the unit and can certainly be biked or walked if needed.No. The unit was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (bowls, pans, utensils, etc)

We had a nice stay. The email communication with Coastal was very helpful….. Being right across from the beach was convenient with 4 children! We had fun riding bikes! Honestly we either stayed on the beach, rode bikes, or relaxed on screened porch. Amenities in house were dated yet served their purpose! A few repairs were reported early in the week to Coastal Getaways and taken care of. Seabrook Island’s North Beach was gorgeous! We were glad we only purchased Amenities card for one day. The Beach Club pool was too crowded to attend every day and our group liked the beach and bike riding best! We will certainly used Coastal Getaways again for rentals!

Very clean villa 10 minute walk to the beach short drive to the pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, kids, toys, and beach cart to haul it all to the beach. There were a bikes there, but we did not, use them. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island, and at Spinnaker 774.

The house worked well for us primarily because of the location. It also has good family space with the bedrooms and living areas. I do think it is a bit tired and could use some sprucing up. it was, however, very clean and everything we needed was there.

y. The house is well appointed and you all provided plenty of information prior to our arrival. We loved the beaches at Seabrook and riding bikes around the area. The only issue was some ants in the kitchen. We reported it to the property manager and they quickly brought some ant baits which solved the problem. We will rent from you all in the future!

The relaxed pace of life was my favorite while on Seabrook. The property was clean and maintenance taken care of. Perfect fit for our family. Plenty of room to spread out without being seperated from each other.

It was a perfect place to take your fur babies. There was an outside door on the patio for easy access to the grass or beach. We most definitely will be staying here again. It was the perfect gateway!

Can we leave more than 5Stars?? This place is perfect. Very clean, stocked with everything we needed, spacious and plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and most importantly the beds were so comfy! We had an amazing week, and that was definitely in part to having such a nice place to stay - so close to the beach and to the pool! The owners definitely care about comfort and convenience, and Coastal Getaways is always an amazing team to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

This property is gorgeous (obviously newly renovated). This is our third trip to Seabrook Island and each trip has been completely different for us. This time we traveled with our almost 2 year old. We picked this property due to the location of being walking distance to the playground and Lakehouse pool as we knew we would spend more time at the pool this trip than the beach. We enjoyed being a closer drive to the restaurants at Fresh Fields Village. The only big con for us was (again we traveled with a toddler) we had all intentions of using the sitting area off the master for our daughter to sleep in her pack and play and although bright and beautiful views with lots of windows, there was not a blind or curtain anywhere in the house. We struggled very much to get her to nap or sleep at night because there was nothing to make the room dark. This property is a split level with 2 sets of stairs (we knew this when booking), but really wish I would’ve brought a baby gate and was so hopeful I would’ve found one tucked in a closet. Just something to keep in mind for any families that travel with littles. Overall, beautiful, clean home with a convenient location. Loved the decor and the living room sofa! We will return as Seabrook is one of our favorite little go to islands.

House was comfortable and clean. House was perfect location to our usual boardwalk and loved the space. The house felt clean as you walked in. As with most Spinnakers the walls are all paper thin. We could hear every moment upstairs. House was great and comfortable. We would rent again.

This was our first time to Seabrook and using VRBO. From start to finish this was an amazing time. The home is clean, upgraded and stocked with everything you could ever want, down to the Smoothie Maker! The home was sooo pretty and peaceful. We hope to come back a few times a year! Five Stars all the way!! Thank you to all!!

We love Seabrook. It is our go-to beach vacation. We had a great time. We love Tarpon Pond and stay there always if we can. It's always quiet, not crowded, and a true vacation. The house was clean and had plenty of room.

This home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. My family of four enjoyed our week-long stay here. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and relaxing on the screened-in porch. The kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances. We would love to stay here again.

Super location, just be aware that the patio will be unusable due to noise from the building a/c. Honestly sounded like it was about to break any moment, but not very loud from inside the property. Do check tide info so you can access the beach across the street. Otherwise the entrance is covered at high tide, and it’s a decent walk down to the next boardwalk, or a very short drive. Amenity cards for the clubhouse and restaurant are available for a fee- these facilities are not included. You can get an amenity card for just the Lakehouse pool with a deposit. Rental company provides some tour coupons with the booking, which we did not take advantage of.
Property needs some updating and repairs- master shower in particular, but overall a pleasant stay and one of the best locations for the price point.

It was a great stay, the place was really nice and clean. We were able to enjoy our time there. We wish the weather was nicer, but we we still able to have some fun at the beach and the pool. We will definitely return when we get another chance to getaway.

We so enjoyed staying here for a few days. The location is the BEST! It is directly across from the pool and ocean and we totally enjoyed sitting on the patio at night.
