I prefer locations closer to the beach club but this was one of the best equipped rentals we’ve stayed in - I understand it’s new to the rental market and I would recommend!

Our stay has been absolutely wonderful. We have been coming to Seabrook for many years. 3017 Ocean Winds is a great condo. Perfect for our family. The place was very clean and updated. Great location.

Such an awesome place! Quiet, peaceful, & a beautiful retreat. I loved the privacy on the porch even though you are right next to a unit. Beach is right off boardwalk from patio. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is your place. Loved it & will be back! ☺️

My wife and I along with our small dog had a great stay in Seabrook. The condo was as advertised. The location was well maintained and very convenient to the beach. So nice to be able to enjoy our vacation with our dog. We want to come back soon.

This is our second stay on Seabrook Island and first at this property. The house was fabulous and had all we needed - big kitchen, nice appliances, comfy beds, etc. We loved the location with the trail behind it that led to the Lakehouse with fitness center (we went daily for an additional cost) and smaller community pool even closer. We saw many deer, bunnies, water birds and a giant alligator (don’t let dogs near the lake!) just in our daily walks. Were super happy we could bring our dogs! Beach access was an easy drive (parking sometimes hard to find) and we researched to know how to see the dolphins strand feed and it was a highlight of our trip again and worth the walk! We also love the shopping/restaurant area nearby at the Freshfields Village (easy bike ride - I even walked to it one day).
The only negatives are that the restaurant hours on Seabrook are very limited. Hardly anything is open on Sundays and Mondays, and things seem to close early. With the limited options, restaurants are super busy with long waits. Even our favorite ice cream shop at the pharmacy (a must try!) is closed on part of the weekends, afternoons/evenings, and Sundays and Mondays. Also, there was no privacy in the main floor of the house in the kitchen, dining, and living area - the shades were see-through so helped block the sun but everyone can see in. There was also a lot of construction noise from nearby building, but not the fault of the owners and will end with time. We will return !

Beautiful place to stay, home was clean and well stocked. They were quick to respond to questions I had. There are lots of rules and fees associated with the island so be sure to read all about that.

The convenience of everything. Our room location was perfect! This was a wonderful experience. Our second year at Seabrook and by far, it was the best! Your whole check-in/check-out process is very easy and informative. We will definately rent through your company again! :) OH, and my husband and son thought the golf at Stono Ferry was outstanding!

Enjoyed every minute. Beautiful beach! Amenity card important for pool access/restaurant and tennis. Although there are certain hours blocked off for residents. Understandable!

Staying at 507 tarpon pond cottage was excellent. Place was beautiful and they had all the necessary items for beach which was a definite plus!! Weather was awesome the entire week. Thank you Coastal Getaways of SC.

Thanks to the Team at Coastal Getaways, we had a wonderful family vacation week together at 326 Beach Club! The location of the property is perfect! Our morning view overlooking the water was beautiful and the property definitely met or exceeded our expectations. We had very few questions or issues during our stay but if we did everything was answered very promptly. We have rented many times before but this was our first trip to Seabrook Island. It is a beautiful place for all ages. The beaches are gorgeous and the pool complex is wonderful. The property has everything you will need. The Fresh Fields Village has a great grocery store (Harris Teeter)and there are cute boutiques, great restaurants and sporting goods shops too. You can park your car and rent a LSV (6 person golf cart like vehicle)for the week and easily get to all of this. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back and plan to rent in the same spot again.

This place was really nice for my family of 4. Our friends couldn't make it, but would have been comfortable for 8, as well. The place was very clean and seems brand new. The location is great as there's a short bike ride to the beach and beach club and shorter drive to marina/ off the island. Essentially located in the middle of the island. The property management group is great and responded quickly to all questions I had. We took advantage of the free bike through xplorie which was so easy to book. There are about 10 stairs to walk up to access the property. The only downside was the tenants below us smoked on their porch so if you were sitting on our screened porch you could smell it. They were renters, also. I didnt deduct stars because it really didnt detract from our stay. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and the villa was well stocked with the amenities we needed. It was very clean and well kept. My only concern was how close the bunk bed is to the stairs in the loft. Other than that, it was perfect for our family of 5! Thanks to everyone at costal getaways for great communication on our rental. We referenced the email a few times throughout the week.

Seabrook is our go to spot every year for the beach. The property was great. It had plenty of room for the number of people we brought with us. And it would have held more if they could have come. The furniture under the house was great. Everything we needed was provided. Coastal Getaways of SC communicated with everything we needed to know. The bathroom between the two bedrooms had a clogged sink. My son unclogged it. The light and ceiling fan above the dining table was a mystery. We didn't need the fan on but we couldn't find a way to turn the fan off. More cookware would have been good. We cooked several meals and needed bigger skillets.

Enjoyed the house. Great location and amenities. House was very clean and well maintained. Only issue was the two large alligators in the pond behind the house. With two small dogs, not comfortable staying again. Too bad because we love this house.

We really enjoyed this property. The villa was very clean and we even were allowed in a bit before check in time. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed having the big kitchen table for meals and to work on a puzzle! The view on to the golf course was nice and the pond allowed for viewing alligators and turtles from the picture window in the living room. The location is close enough to walk to the club and pool and to the beach by pelican watch. We enjoyed walking our dog each morning and catching great scenery along the way. Communication with the property manager was responsive leading up to the trip to answer questions and provide necessary information around gate passes and amenity cards to make the trip very easy. Would stay here again!

This condo was very nice and wished more vacation rentals would adhere to your standards. I also wanted you to know that there was no key to the back door. As far as the front door is concerned I followed the directions to open but locking it to come and go was very difficult. While the condo was excellent the inability to access the beach from anywhere but your condo was not optimal. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and such with the stairs is difficult. If there had been access outside I would have stored them in my car. That's not your fault, but would not choose to return. Thank you for all your proficiency as a business and hope your day is great.

My wife and I took our three young children "to the beach" for the first time. We're from upstate South Carolina, and don't get a chance to get away much. This property was excellent for our family's needs, from space, location and amenities. We were able to take advantage of so many things on the island, and were close enough to Charleston to make for easy day trips. Our children loved being able to walk to the beach, swim in the pools and go on nature walks. The location near the Pelican beach was terrific, and event at its busiest, the beach area was quiet and we had plenty of space.
We made significant use of the kitchen and grill, and the great dining room table gave us plenty of room to be able to have a lot of home-cooked meals, which is a big deal for a family of five. Overall, extremely pleased with the value that this property provided and our stay, and with Coastal Getaways.

We had a wonderful stay with our family in this lovely house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was great for preparing meals together. The screened porch was perfect for reading and spending time together. The communication from the property managers was top-notch.

Seabrook Island will be a staple for our family from now on. This unit is great for anyone hoping to make the most of the community and it’s offerings. Bikes were a huge plus!
