We had a wonderful time at 3706 Bonita Court. The location was perfect. It was well equipped including all the items in the garage for the pool and beach. The beds were very comfortable which was great!! Overall the house is perfect and we would rent it again. Coastal Getaways was great to rent from. You were always easy to reach and any thing we needed you were right there to assist. Having the filter in the refrig replaced so quickly is one example only. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First and foremost, 2906 is a beautiful and comfortable villa. Our family of four were excited when we opened the door and easily unpacked and moved right in. The views of the golf course are breathtaking and we really enjoyed watching golfers finish up on the 18th green. The kids loved the juicer! So much so they asked for one for Christmas! The kids were thrilled with all of the wildlife. We saw dolphins, alligators, crabs, and deer! Oh my! We also went horseback riding at the equestrian center which we highly recommend! Proximity to the beach and pool were unmatched. It really made transporting kids and beach toys easy. We had a wonderful stay. We were thrilled we found a place to bring our furry family member and will absolutely check with Coastal Getaways first for our next vacation.

This home is extremely clean and comfortable, and everything that’s needed is provided. It is in a super location near the beach and has wonderful views of the golf course and lagoon (loved all of the porches!). I appreciate having a bathroom for every bedroom as well as having a well-stocked , up-to-date kitchen. I will definitely visit again soon!

I can't express enough gratitude to your group of folks at Coastal Getaways. Your courtesy and information provided throughout the process of booking, preparing, arriving, and departing my vacation made the experience seem effortless for me because of the work your group does. I liked the availability of calm and peace and quiet serenity that seemed to surround me throughout my time on Seabrook. I further enjoyed the workout / fitness facility at the Lakehouse (because we experienced an inordinate amount of rain during the week) which was part of the amenity offerings. Additionally I took advantage of one of the Dolphin viewing cruises through St. Johns Kayaks and Tours that is offered as part of your arrangement through Xplorie, greatly enjoyed this. When I experienced small difficulties with the slow / clogged shower drain in the main bathroom on my first day your staff was on top of it upon my initial inquiry. By that afternoon I had a full bottle of Liquid Plummer dropped at the condo door stop. The property was just as advertised and offered everything I was expecting. The only small gripe I can come up with is related to the noise from the upstairs condo unit directly above 1391 -- I could hear every single footstep that took place upstairs every night and every morning. This is unavoidable and the upstairs folks were not overly active so it was just a mild annoyance at night. We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and well stocked. We particularly like renting from Coastal Getaways. They always communicate everything thoroughly and are easy to work with.

We loved our stay at Treeloft Cottage! When you drive up you feel like your mood is immediately improved- it was so peaceful and quiet. It was immaculately clean and so cutely decorated. Every use of space was thoughtful and useful. The villa was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen- also lots of towels and pillows which are always a must for us! The appliances were quiet and everything seemed new. The beach was only a short bike ride away- and the streets were so safe to drive on with kids! The beach was wide with lots of space for bike rides on the beach, frisbee or football toss, and wave jumping! The pool at the beach club was amazing- great food/drinks and super nice staff! Grocery and restaurants were easy to get to- fun beach town! The rental company and owners of the villa were very kind and accessible for all our questions. We will definitely be returning!

The views were breathtaking. I appreciated that the buildings/structures were incorporated into the natural setting so that the environment was the feature. The island is quiet and the amenities were great.The property was clean and comfortable. Perfect for 4 people. The view from the porch was amazing.We had issues connecting to the internet; network name and password was incorrect. However, this was quickly and efficient handled. Pyrex backing dishes would be a bonus for the kitchen. The kids wanted to make brownies on a rainy day. Otherwise we had everything we needed for the kitchen. We had a great stay and plan on coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at 1305 Pelican Watch Villa, in spite of some inclement weather. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and provided a fantastic view of the waterfront from the porch. Only one issue to note: rollers for the screen on the porch sliding doors were broken. The screen was off the track and could not be put back in place. That was not a problem for us because we kept the glass doors closed to preserve air conditioning. In cooler weather, some renters might prefer the option of a screened open door entry. Support and information from Coastal Getaways was, as always, outstanding and much appreciated!

We enjoyed the beach most of all. The property had a very well-appointed kitchen.. We had what we needed in the house. It was nice that laundry and dish detergent were provided. Plenty of towels which was really nice.

What we always love about Seabrook is the ability to relax and be in an environment that is very peaceful. The property was great, the kitchen was well equipped and lots of storage for dry goods/pantry items. The fridge was small, it was difficult to fit everything in, a separate beverage fridge might be useful. Loved the wide variety of DVDs, having plenty of extra blankets for curling up for a movie and the storage provided in the bedrooms. The 8 beach chairs were 5 standard, low sitting and 3 camp style. Not an issue for us but might be for others. We didn't use everything provided but knowing it was there is one of the reasons we chose this rental so thank you to the owners for that! The beds were very comfortable, loved having a W/D available so we could take home almost all clean clothes and towels. Your service was easy to reach and your help when we had the AC issue on Sunday was excellent-it's an unfortunate issue but you handled it very well so thank you for that too. We would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seabrook. Having all three of my kids together was so special. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Loved the screened porch. The kitchen had the right cookware for our needs. Loved the artwork that was throughout the cottage. The decor was welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent this cottage again. The location was perfect for biking to the beach or walking the dogs on shady roads. Thank you for a perfect week.

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook. It was our second time visiting and we were very happy to be back. We particularly enjoyed the Beach Club, North Beach, and walking through the neighborhood. It’s all very beautiful and peaceful. We thought the communication ahead of time was great - very complete and helpful. Thank you Coastal Getaways of SC. We appreciate it. My sister-in-law’s family was staying in a different house and did not get nearly as much information.We had not realized that bikes and beach chairs and a beach umbrella come with the house and it might be helpful to mention that more prominently. The house had plenty of room for our family and was very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the screened porch. It was a great place to relax. The view out the back was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for everything.

This was our first time renting on Seabrook Island. We have always rented on Kiawah Island in the past 10 years. We loved the location which was closer to the beach than our previous rentals on Kiawah Island. We also liked the beach club which was a different experience than our previous vacations on Kiawah Island. We used the fitness facility at the Lake House, played tennis and pickleball, and used the beach club daily. The location was great, and we loved sitting in the screened in porch in the evenings looking out at the ocean waves across the street. It was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped and we used the grill too. It was nice to have plenty of towels available. Coastal Getaways of SC did a great job of communicating everything and it was so nice to get into the house a little early because the cleaning was completed early. We tried to get towels and dishes going when we left so that it would help the next renters. There isn't anything you can do about these issues, but the size of the beach area compared to Kiawah is an issue. Also, we miss the bike trails of Kiawah, and wish Seabrook had the same. It would be safer for all.

We loved it so much we have already booked it for four weeks next year. Very convenient location, very clean unit and WOW what a view. Perfect size for a family of four and a pool within a 90 second walk was also perfect.

We could not have asked for a better location for our villa. The view from the living room and deck was delightful.

This Atrium Villa unit was wonderful!!! The remodeled and upgraded unit was a joy to stay in.

This is a truly lovely home. The property is well-kept, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well-provisioned (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, even beach bags.) The kitchen is well-stocked, and the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. It's also located on the very best stretch of beach on the island, a fair distance from the closest public walkways, so that you have the best area of the entire beach to yourself, basically. I am pretty sure this is the very best rental property on the island, and the island, by the way, is charming, with a far friendlier feel than Kiawah (and there are horses! Also a very nice gym you can access with amenity cards.) One small detail on the listing was not exactly accurate: there is a shower in the garage, but it is not easily accessible from the beach - you have to step through some pine straw, and when we were there there were thrown-away construction materials in the way - so it really wasn't an "outdoor shower." There was a hose on the deck, so it was possible to wash off before heading in. Also, be aware that the walkway to the beach, due to Seabrook regulations, is a sand path, not a boardwalk, meaning you are more exposed to wildlife/mosquitos, etc. It's a short walk - not unpleasant - but can feel a bit long carrying lots of beach equipment. But once you are at the beach, it's SC beach perfection. We even saw dolphins strand-feeding! Amazing.

First time at Seabrook and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely accommodations and view of golf course was like a sanctuary. We will be back.

We stayed at this property with my in-laws and my two sons ( 10 and 13). There is so much to do in such a close proximity. Very convenient location. We rented bikes and rode to the beach each morning and spent the afternoons at the clubhouse pool. We also took a day trip to Charleston. This house was perfect. The extra bathroom upstairs was great. My boys felt like they had their own little living space in the loft. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the pantry staples came in handy when cooking dinners. Definitely recommend this for a family vacation!

Perfect location to do all of our favorite activities on Seabrook Island. No need to rent a car - biked everywhere all week. Stocked with everything you need for a peaceful vacation!

Property location is perfect! Views are incredible! Villa is very well appointed with high end renovations with superb attention to details. Easy bike ride to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields!

We had a great visit to this property. The space was perfect! We were traveling with our small dog and they went out of the way to enhance our stay by setting out a cute dog bowl, mat and basket of dog things we might need and had a dog treat cookie jar and dog coffee table books. It felt like they had curated the space specifically for us! LeRoy our Havenese loved it! The space was well stocked with anything we might need. Thanks for a great vacation!

This house was in the perfect location for us to relax with our multigenerational group. We would definitely stay again!

Our family has been visiting Seabrook for a couple summers, and while we have stayed at the Atrium before, this was our first time at this particular unit. It was PERFECT. Clean, beautifully decorated, and gorgous views. Additionally we absolutely loved the spaciousness of the condo and veranda, the location to the beach/Pelican's Nest/pool, and the ease of check-in/out process. As an added bonus, I can't speak highly enough for Nancy and her team. They were so kind, helpful, and answered right away whenever I had a question. We absolutely loved our vacation!

We had a great time. This residence was large enough and had a great kitchen and view!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seabrook Island. This was our first time and we had a blast. The condo looks exactly like the photos. Super-cute and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. anything you would need to cook. It was a short walk to the beach access and beach club. We drove most days to an access point a bit further down with wider beaches. The rental company gives tons of info and texted us when the condo was ready for check-in. The whole process was very smooth. Amenity cards are included with the rental, so that is also a plus! We fell in love with Seabrook and will definitely be back.

The unit has been recently updated and looks great. Views are fantastic and Ocean Club is very close.

It was our 25th year coming to Seabrook and it never disappoints! Hopefully we will go for the next 25 years…

We’ve been coming to the island for the past 10 years and have stayed in some lovely places but this one is a gem! Just WOW! We almost purchased a villa a few years back (yes, still stings) and this is exactly how I envisioned doing it. The lighting, hardware, bathroom tile, FULLY stocked kitchen, fun glassware, plates, you name it. Perfectly organized and merchandised everywhere you look. Nice furnishings - the lush sofa blanket! Candles, fun napkins, coffee, small cooler, stocked desk…. So many extras, patio furniture (the chair on rollers! The fan that moves some air!), BEACH CHAIRS-3 different styles! Keyless entry on the back door, games, baskets to organize all your randoms, the dining room chairs! The dining room table! Love how they carried the same kitchen counter throughout the bathrooms. I love everything. Every space maximized and done well. The owners nailed it. Please let the owners know we love this place and they did it all perfectly in my book. I appreciated how every seating area had a designated drink landing with plenty of coasters to protect the surface. Easily accessible vacuum cleaner and broom for those of us that like to clean and what a thoughtful design with the curtains covering the outdoor chairs. I wish much success for the owners with good renters that take care of this place. We are loving our stay this year and I just booked our bike rentals. Was a beautiful villa and time spent on Seabrook Island. Close proximity to the beach and the fireworks were spectacular. Property was clean and felt like home for the few days I was there. Would definitely like to stay here again.
