s. Here's feedback as requested on 2228 Rolling Dunes: We think it is a great property - it has 3 bedrooms and baths and good sized rooms we use all of. The location is great - walk to the beach. We have come to Seabrook for lots of years, so nothing new to say there - except that we are glad that Freshfields has successfully survived Covid and has new stores as well as some of the original ones. (I'm still surprised that no restaurant has moved into the old Rosebanks at Bohicket) The 4th celebrations are something we always enjoy - our kids on bicycles in the parade, etc. We have come to this house for several years so obviously we are happy with it. Everything always works. It has all the necessary kitchen ware we need as a family. One thing I would comment on is the master bath area - the bathtub. We only use showers.. The tub was designed years ago as a jacuzzi - it has a decided slope at one end of the tub, as well as a high side to step over. We manage it but always hold a towel rack or something when getting in or out. The hold bars are too low to use because they are designed for a person who is getting up from a bath. Getting in or out could almost be considered dangerous for an older person. ( We are in our mid 70's and healthy and active ). I realize if a person has a real problem with it, he/she could use one of the other tubs. It's just something to be aware of. The sofas are a perfect choice for a beach house, sturdy fabric, sturdy frame, and very comfortable; the seats are getting lower but that is an owner's opinion of at what point they need attention. Furniture matters if you don't spend all day at the beach and evenings out. The porch is a great element, and its fans are essential, especially in the heat of last week when every day seemed 90+ degrees. The outdoor shower is a plus, also. The new doors are great. So that's my feedback as a renter and past owner - we are very happy with the house and Seabrook - and especially Coastal Getaways folks!:)

Wonderfully updated and convenient location. Well-stocked with everything you could need and immaculately clean. Love the furnishings and screened in back porch. Great marsh view from the master!

This was our first time on Seabrook Island. The condo was conveniently located and enjoyed the pool and restaurant. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will look at visiting again.

We loved this property for our stay at Seabrook. Beautiful views of the marina! Only issue we had was a broken window in the master bedroom, which made it a bit hot during our stay. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This property was one of the best we have rented at Seabrook. The management company provided excellent communication through the booking and pre-arrival check-in process. The property was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a great location. We rented bikes and it's an easy ride for adults and kids to North Beach and to the Beach Club. This place was even more impressive than the pictures and we would definitely recommend it.

It was more stocked than we expected it to be having all we needed and then some. It was immaculately cleaned and absolutely the perfect space for our family of 5.

We loved how spacious the home was and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!

23 friends and I stayed at this property while on a golf vacation. We played 5 times on Kiawah Island courses during the week. The Seabrook location was perfect for our stay. Close, yet secluded. Enjoyed just being steps from the community pool. Not sure I'd get an amenity card if I returned - we were not there for the beach and there are plenty of other dining options available

The property was even more beautiful in person!! Our entire family enjoyed staying there and will definitely be back!

The home was clean , beautifully decorated and well stocked . We weren’t sure if there would be beach chairs (there weren’t any) but we brought our own since we were driving there anyway . Would rent again! The rental process was very efficient .

We loved 937 Sealoft! Everything was perfect, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. The views from the decks were great, we were even able to watch the fireworks from the loft deck!

The location was convenient, the condo was clean and well appointed, it was quiet, the pool was conveniently located just steps away. It was easy to communicate with Coastal Getaways, and they were very accommodating.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, well supplied kitchen and plenty of space inside and out to spread out. Good location to both the beaches and the pool club. Not happy w the pool club and excess fees but those concerns are not related to the rental unit. Would stay again.

The villa was everything and more, it was even more than we hoped for. We will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. It was spacious, perfectly located, and had a wonderful treehouse-like quality. We were sad to leave and look forward to a return visit!

Exceeded expectations but I will tell you the following: there is a moisture issue with your vent fans in the bathrooms. Also some loose tiles under the hall bathroom rug. The outdoor spaces (back deck and porch) could be cleaner —the rug on the deck is wet and green.

Easy walk to the beach with kids!

Our stay our on Seabrook was fantastic! The Villa has everything you could need. A great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

It was perfect! We loved the golf course view and the short bike ride to the beach. The property is nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. Enjoying coffee and dinner out in the screened in porch every morning and evening was one of my favorite things to do. This was one of our favorite beach vacations and we will definitely book again!

Loved our time here-it was the perfect place for our girls get away! The house was very clean had everything we needed; linens, bath towels, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, grill. Beautiful screened porch with a view of the lagoon that we enjoyed our morning coffee and night time drinks in. Very relaxing beautiful scenery. The 3 full baths give everyone plenty of room to get ready. The amenity cards are great as we had access to the pools. The house's proximity to beautiful Charleston is great, too.

Everything was fantastic!

We loved our stay! We used the dock multiple times and the sunset views from the house were gorgeous. Within close bike/drive distance to marina and other restaurants.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was super clean and in addition to the kayak, there were also a number of beach items to use as well. Kids loved the elevator and it was extremely convenient to bring in the luggage and then groceries. As you can see in the pictures, the best view is out the master window, but the second best is on the screened in porch. You could sit there for a couple hours every night seeing the bird life as the sun slowly sinks and the tide comes in. Plenty of room in every bedroom and each having their own bathroom is a huge plus. Highly recommend this property, no notes.

Perfect stay for our weekend getaway!

Beautiful place to stay, home was clean and well stocked. Coastal Getaways of SC was quick to respond to questions I had. There are lots of rules and fees associated with the island so be sure to read all about that.

Lovely, spacious home with everything we needed for a perfect week on Seabrook with our family. Beautiful decor and a great location for access to amenities, Bohicket Marina, quick access to Freshfields and getting on the way to Charleston with the beach less than a five minute drive away!

We thoroughly enjoyed beach walking, relaxing, meeting other guests on the beach and the overall friendly atmosphere on Seabrook.  Most accommodating; we'd difintely rent this property again. Moreover, when we entered, the unit smelled clean, looked clean and was clean. Everything we needed was there.  Thank you for having common sense pet policy for this unit, and simplistic checkout procedures.

Of course we enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding and all the activities associated with it. The outdoor setting was incredible. The Pelican Watch facility was great. The location of our 1325 condo was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck from which we observed some beautiful sunsets. The views from the living room were spectacular. We had some difficulty getting into the island as the gate guards didn’t recognize our QR code as being sufficient for entry and asked for a verbal password. It took some talking from someone else to get us in. The property provided everything anybody would want.Thanks for your help in making our granddaughter’s wedding and our vacation come together so beautifully.

My wife and I along with two other couples thoroughly enjoyed a recent week at Seabrook. Our rental house at 3068 Seabrook Village Dr was everything we could have asked for and more. Terri was there when we arrived, inspecting the cleaning from the prior renters. Everything in the house was impeccable. Access to two swimming pools within a very short walking distance was a plus. Several afternoons were spent there having a relaxing swim. Of course, the big draw are the pristine beaches...the prettiest in South Carolina in my opinion. All in all it was a wonderful vacation.

We really loved the Villa. All the beds very comfortable. Villa was very bright and inviting. Kitchen wise - everything we needed. We will plan to stay there again next summer if its available the week we want.

Great location, and a well furnished condo.

This villa is just as gorgeous and well-furnished as pictured and described. It is extremely comfortable, pup-friendly, and just steps from the beach. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying breakfasts and picture-perfect sunsets on the lovely porch. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.
