This is our 3rd year of staying at 1391 Pelican's Watch.....we love the location and the property. We look forward to visiting again in the future if possible!! We have figured out that if there's people staying above us, then there's lots of noise (my husband calls the sounds Elephant Like!!)---but we def understand there's little that can be done about that. We def appreciated the fan we found in the closet. Truly, the place is just perfect for us (other than for the noise from above). We appreciate the fact that we can bring our girl Skye (a labradoodle) and that Seabrook is welcoming to her/so dog friendly!! :)

Cottage is very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, gas grill worked just fine, the sun room was very inviting, no squeaky floors or squeaky doors. It was nice to have a free bike, and we rented the second one.
Practical notes:
To guests: 1) if you loosing internet connection every 30 seconds, press and hold a small button on the back on the router to reboot it. We did it just once and it worked.
2) If you are used to sleep on a soft mattress, beware that master bedroom mattress is very firm.
To owners: it would have been nice to have at least two beach chairs available.
Overall, we liked the property.

We’ve stayed here twice now and will rent again. It’s perfect for our family of six: four adults, two kids and of course our furry child. I did not go upstairs, but I was told the shower head needs to be replaced and the drain was very slow. I know this would have been fixed had I mentioned it to the staff. The can opener didn’t work and was replaced the next morning. Other than the shower upstairs, we have no other issues and will stay again!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is amazing with most any item needed if you love to cook.
The owner was very understanding of our situation and worked with us on some last minute details to enable all of us to be together. This is definitely a home I would visit again. Thank you!!

This property is extremely clean, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The views of the marsh are fantastic, especially sunset. Our kids loved the property. Seabrook Island is beautiful. Great beach, great pools, and the Pelican's Nest restaurant has good food, drinks, and views. Highly recommend.

Overall a good place to stay for one couple being close to the beach. We stay in the pelican watch often and this was one of the more put together places. It could use a deep clean, but overall was nice to stay in

It was a wonderful property. We loved eating breakfast on the covered porch, while we watched the golfers and the wild life on the beautiful greens. We, also, enjoyed the short walk to the club pool, restaurant, and beach area.

Perfect place to unwind and to enjoy the gifts of nature that is abundant at this rental.
Pristine beaches, immaculate landscapes, and the wildlife that quietly inhabits the property is awe inspiring.
The unit was well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your stay and most importantly your pet is welcome.

Just came back to CLT from 5, I wish it was 25 days Instead of 6 days at 169 High Hammock condo. Place is fabulous I’ll be back. I go to Seabrook at least three times a year. My regular condo sold. Took a chance in this one. Do it. I will be back as often as possible! It’s a perfect, quiet, reminds me of home but I want to live there place! Thanks Owners!

We rented this unit with 3 other couples. It was perfect for our group. The club was a wonderful bonus. Seabrook’s location was great since there were so many places to see that were close by.

Our overall experience was terrific. Close to the beach, lovely area, everyone was friendly, unit was spacious & the bed was was comfy. We discovered many great restaurants & the Village had great shopping. Word of caution- don’t go to Harris Teeter Saturday afternoon. Everyone shops then & the check out lines were extremely long. I think I must have waited 20+ minutes to checkout.
Overall, I would return & rent this unit again.

From the moment we walked up steps and looked out the sitting room window over the marsh, My first thought was that this place was worth every penny of what we paid for our vacation. The pic of the view from that room is 100% dead-on from what you see on this page. This property and location were so fantastic that we are coming back. We thought we were living in some alternate reality when we had deer walk across the boardwalk in front us, and we saw deer roaming freely the rest of the time we were there. Coastal does a wonderful and thorough job communicating from the moment you book right through check-out day. My advice is even though you are close to Charleston with any number of things you can do, you won't even want to leave the island. We forgot about all our other plans and the furthest we got off the island was the Harris Teeter a mile up the road and The Salty Dog Cafe right outside the gate.

Had such a grand time in this gorgeous water front condo!! It felt so homey, was very clean and decorated beautifully!! The beds were extra comfy and the ocean view was the best I've seen on the island so far!!
I.wouls definitely recommend this condo and the management company to others.
The management company was so kind and responsive and I just appreciated their special touches and professionalism!!

Absolutely the best! Met all of our expectations. We were a little lost at first but figured put where to access the beach at, on boardwalk 2. Definitely worth the drive and walk down, beautiful path I might add. Loved the secluded feel of the area. Food was great as well! So thankful we chose to stay here, Definitely will be back!

We loved our stay at Tarpon Pond! The screen porch was perfect with a breeze. We had all we needed and it was super clean - which is not easy to do when everything is white ;) LOVED the pillows and comfy livibn room chairs. We didn’t rent a golf cart (we were late to that party) so we rented bikes and had even more fun! No spiders and no bugs! Ammenities card was great; bike to the beach was easy; freshfields was our favorite spot :) Legit can’t get better than this!

We loved our stay at Seabrook! The house itself was lovely - spacious, nicely appointed (lots of extras like extra blankets, spices in the cabinets - the kitchen truly had everything we needed!), gorgeous view from the back deck, beach chairs and bikes in the garage, and decorated so tastefully. The island and amenities offered us many options for exploration and fun. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, the trails for walking and biking, and the beach accesses. We also appreciated having information and resources available for dining in the area - we tried out restaurants within the Seabrook community, at Bohicket Marina, and in Freshfield Village. The gate pass, parking pass, and amenity card systems were all easy to use and we appreciate the details shared with us ahead of time to help us feel secure in taking care of all of that smoothly. FYI for families - the indoor pool is really a fitness pool only; I wish we had understood that before we spent $15 per person and were confined to one middle lane without ladder/egress with young children. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, we wish we had stayed longer, and we will definitely return!!

This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters. The location was great and we used our Amenity card daily to have access to the Beach club and pools. I definitely recommend renting bicycles for the week to navigate the island. The house was clean and well furnished and in a great location.

Everything was great! Absolutely loved the location with the boardwalk to the beach in the backyard! Perfect house for my family and great that it was pet friendly too. Lots of room, quiet, and clean - who could ask for more. We hope to have many future vacations here!

Our stay at Creekwatch on Seabrook Island was fabulous. Coastal served as a super host with strong communication. The place overlooked the marsh and the location was wonderful. Easy to get to the Beach Club and the Village. We hope to stay here again!
