We had a wonderful stay at 3634 Pompano Ct. We loved the house and everything about Seabrook.Great space for 2 small families or for a larger family. It wasn't our first time on the island, but we would definitely return to the same rental.The beach, pool, we did a seashell/dolphin boating excursion, went to the farmers market, etc. So peaceful and beautiful on the island and its surroundings. While it is on the boardwalk, there are still stairs to reach the beach (tricky for those with accessibility constraints, strollers, and wagons) The only thing we couldn't find that we needed was a cutting board. It was so great to have an air fryer at the house! Thank you for a great stay!

This propertyy was great, specifically for someone with a dog. Having floors that were easily cleaned up was a huge stress relief. Seeing the ocean from the balcony and having the pool across the street was perfect. As silly as this sounds, the Cigna travel mugs were amazzing for keeping drinks hot or cold!

The property we stayed in (1345 Pelican Watch) was a great property. All instructions were conveyed properly- It was wonderful that this property included amenity card and a complementary bike. We truly loved the island. The property itself was very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It felt new and clean upon arrival. Thank you for the helpful service provided for our stay.

Rental was nice and clean with good cookware to make some eat in meals. Air conditioner unit upstairs kept it comfortable in the hot weather. Nice view from upstairs deck. We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook.

Dear CGOFSC- Yet again we had a wonderful week at Seabrook- this will be our 30th year visiting. A little toasty but the ocean breezes helped us cope. New arrival procedure went flawlessly but someone needs to tell the ladies at the Amenity card office the new procedure for gate passes. Thank you for the early arrival notice- my grandsons took full advantage of the extra time. Also, thank the owners for the blackout drapes in the front living room. This was our second time staying at 3681 Seabrook Island Rd. We also have it booked for next year at this time.

Thank you for another great Seabrook vacation!! This is the second time we have stayed at 1135 Summerwind and it is always wonderful. Clean and stocked with the basics!! We will be trying for 1135 every year!!

The house was great. My wife and I took our three kids (and their spouses) and our two infant grandchildren. My wife and I have been coming to seabrook every year for more than 10 years now (even since our youngest attended Charleston Southern). This was our first time in this particular house, but we are planning to rent this same unit again next year. The house was great. We particularly like the second family/tv area, and the oceanfront view.

940 Sealoft Villas is very nice. We were completely comfortable even if our week was the hottest of the year -- every day the heat index was over 100 degrees F. Coastal Getaways explained everything just fine. The new gate pass process was easy and worked just fine.We had a wonderful, special family vacation!!! Thanks for everything!

Clean and functional.Nice house and provided everything we needed for the stay. I felt like the Ring doorbell was a way to monitor the occupants activity and took away some of the perceived privacy. Understood itās a private residence and that the owners can do whatever they want with their property but just felt like big brother watching when entering and leaving the property. Iām not suggesting we were being watched but just the feeling of it with that type of device on the front door. A dust pan and broom would be nice to offer.

My wife & our pups loved our time at this condo! The moment we walked in, it felt like home. It was a well-appointed unit with plenty of room to spread out and relax. As an avid golfer, it was nice to stay right on the 8th hole of the Ocean Winds course and watch golfers come through during the day. The location of the condo was perfect to easily reach all that Seabrook Island has to offer and we will certainly look to stay at this location on future island visits!

We really enjoyed the house and everything about the island. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. but could use more of the staples that we have come to expect in rental houses, such as spices, sugar, cooking spray etc. There were also several burnt out light bulbs. The bathtub did not drain well because of sand. Finally, the dryer makes loud noises. On balanc, however, the positives far outweighed the minor problems and we would happily return.

532 Tarpon Pond was very clean and well done. We would rent again, it was perfect for us. We love Seabrook it is quiet and love the beaches. Again, loved it! Thank you for helping us find a place we will be back!

We tried to find reasons for this property to not be our new favorite. No matter what we thought of, the property brought new positive surprises. This Atrium Villa has the views, the comfort, and the perks you need for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend renting a Low Speed Vehicle (golf cart) from Golfcart.fun when you stay here. Also, make sure to check out Charleston. This property is within 30 minutes of the great food and history hidden in Charleston. There are many ammenities on Seabrook Island, but make sure you ask many questions and read all information the property managers provide or you may miss important needs or restrictions limited by the Home Owners Associations of Seabrook Island. Above all, this is a new favorite for our annual beach vacation. This is an absolute gem and a must visit when visiting the east coast. South Carolina is a beautiful state and honestly this is a much more relaxing location and more low key than the upscale Hilton Head area. Enjoy your stay! I promise you will.

We love the property. It is our second year staying there. We love the master bedroom, bathroom and closet with hangers! The mattress was replaced in the master bedroom. I have constant neck pain and had none the entire week. I loved the bed!!We love the beach and how it is not very crowded.

We had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration for my spouse. The house was very clean. All of the appliances worked. Also, we cooked two evenings and found kitchen utensils/pans in abundance and a mixture of pieces. A stock pot would have been handy. Minor comments as we had a wonderful stay.

This property was one of the best we have rented at Seabrook. Coastal Getaways of SC provided excellent communication through the booking and pre-arrival check-in process. The property was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a great location. We rented bikes and it's an easy ride for adults and kids to North Beach and to the Beach Club. This place was even more impressive than the pictures and we would definitely recommend it.

The house was fully equipped! I brought my own crockpot - but that was for ease of not wanting to cook after a long day at the beach! Our rental had the MOST COMFORTABLE beds! Grateful for that!! There were many things we enjoyed about our Seabrook vacation, but most of all was the family time! We sat together for meals around the kitchen table, card games and lots of laughs. We booked through VRBO this year- but definitely plan to go through Coastal Getaways directly next year!

This is our 2nd year staying on the same property. We think it's a great with a nice view of the golf course. We love the enclosed patio/sunroom and spend quite a bit of time in there. The washer/dryer are really nice and accommodate a lot of clothing. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice, cutely decorated and very clean. We would recommend room darkening blinds in the upstairs bedroom to help cool the room and allow guests to sleep in.The beach club and the equestrian center were very nice. Communication was very clear.The unit was well equipped.

first time visitors and we really enjoyed the feel of the island. Feels like one big neighborhood with no super busy roads. I walked miles and miles each morning and loved seeing it on footā¦.lots of shade too with the old growth oaks and pines. The marsh views are the best part in my opinion. Fantastic views of the marsh and was well appointed and comfortable. We knew the villa was kind of a funky layout with the different levels, but the HVAC did seem to struggle to keep the villa cool. The big ceiling fan in the family room helped A LOTā¦.- We had a great trip and will be back in the future. Great sunsetsā¦ Thanks!

While our stay was short, we definitely enjoyed the Ocean Club amenities and the view from our condo. The property was fresh, clean and modern. The total package for feeling relaxed.The Coastal Getaways team was on it! Great communication. Will definitely go direct next time!

We loved 937 Sealoft! Everything was perfect, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. The views from the decks were great, we were even able to watch the fireworks from the loft deck! We purchased a new can opener for the property (and left it there) because the one they had was broken and we needed it for our stay :)

We absolutely loved our vacation at 1353 Pelican Watch. The unit was clean and offered everything needed for a great time. We would definitely like to book this unit again.
