We really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that it had a regular coffee pot not just a Keureg. They had little extra things like games, nightlights and phone chargers that we had not seen at other rentals.

My wife, daughter, friend and children all enjoyed greatly our stay at Seabrook. The facilities at Seabrook are superb and the accommodations were outstanding. The staff at Seabrook were very helpful with a wealth of information prior to our arrival and quick response on site. We WILL go back and I hope the same home is available.

Our stay was excellent at this seaside cottage. Not only was the location great but it was also well appointed with everything we needed. We also appreciated that some inside lights were turned on since we were arriving at dusk! Highly recommend!

We loved the house and how close it was to the beach. The house is beautiful. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. We loved it!

Our mission this time was to spend time in the Charleston areas again. And this tome of year is low season for tourists here. It worked in our benefit. About 40 minutes from downtown Charleston, Seabrook Island is an oasis of tree lined streets and secluded homes. This house met all our expectations for a quiet sanctuary for us. Very quiet area, not a lot of residents here this time of year. The home is open, airy and a beach house to tee,( no pun intended, but it is on a golf course) large primary bedroom with an ensuite was comfortable to enjoy. The kitchen is a bit of a tight squeeze for two people but it had all the needed parts for preparing meals. A large comfortable living/dining area with a large tv served us in the evenings. The rear of the house has a bright sunny sitting area that we used for morning coffee. The deck is a wonderful sitting area to view the golfers out on the course. We would definitely stay here again

Our family of four enjoyed a relaxing vacation here during the Christmas holiday season. The communication was great from the management. The villa was spotless, spacious and had stylish furnishings. The location was minutes from the beach, marina, Salty Dog restaurant and Fresh Fields shopping center. Charleston was about forty minutes away which made day trips easy. It was nice to come back to a tranquil setting after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Our condo had all of the most important things on my list: very clean, beautiful view, great outdoor seating, and comfortable simple furnishings. I loved sitting on the patio with coffee each morning. And every evening we sat on the beach with snacks and wine. Some days were chilly in late December, but some layering and socks did the trick. We had lovely walks on the beach. We rented bicycles that were delivered to our condo and really enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood and the trails that took us into Kiawah. Those miss covered trees! We would definitely return.

Seabrook Island is a special place. The condo was very quiet, peaceful, and serene. It's thoughtfully updated and provided everything we needed and more. We loved our walks on the beach and couldn't believe we watched the dolphins strand feeding. A very special place with special experiences. We look forward to visiting again.

Salt Marsh community is just outside the Seabrook main gates but has its own private gate and is really exclusive and convenient. Love the easy access to the lake house, tennis, Bohickets and fresh fields. Very nice home with high end finish and great layout. We love Seabrook and coastal getaways are always very accommodating !!

The pictures of the view do not lie! You are literally as close to the beach as you can get. Just walk down the back steps and over the small dunes and you're there. I sat on the deck with my coffee every morning, watching the dolphins and pelicans feed and trawlers and sailboats sail past the perfect sunsets.
As a woman traveling alone with my dog, this place was perfect for me. There is only one entry/exit gate to the Island with a security gate. We went during the time of year when dogs are allowed off-leash and my girl had a BLAST meeting other dogs, running in the sand and dipping her toes in the mild surf.
The unit itself was clean and comfy. There wasn't anyone around, so I don't know how noisy it would be in the high season, but I could get work done. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and I wanted to watch Netflix, so this isn't the place to have a full working vacation. It's a nice place to get away, disconnect and enjoy the island, which is exactly what I needed!
Freshfields is only five minutes away and there are two farmer's markets on Betsy Kerrison Road on the way in with amazing local food (tomato and key lime pie, fresh pasta, local meat, etc.) and a FANTASTIC fried chicken joint called KinFolk within ten minutes from the property.
I spent most of my time walking on the beach with my dog collecting shells and sand dollars, going to the nearby spas, cooking, reading, and relaxing. If that's what you're looking for, then this place is great!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Our family of 4 visited Seabrook during the week after Christmas and had a wonderful visit. The villa was beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. The view from the deck was amazing. The best place on Seabrook to watch the sunset. We will be back!

What a great place to ring in the New Year! On top of the weather being perfect, the condo was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We spent lots of time on the corner patio listening to the waves crash and watching beautiful sunsets!
Highly recommend this condo, and will definitely be back!

We loved the location, the setting, the nearness to the beach, the views of the golf course from the balcony and living rooms windows, the well furnished deck for outdoor enjoyment, the abundance of natural light, the cheerful and cozy furnishings, and comfortable beds.
A highlight was seeing the dolphins feeding near the inlet and watching a gator walk across the golf course and go into the small pond behind the condo.

Our family loved the spaciousness, location and modern updates of this villa. The dining room table was large and spacious, there was plenty of seating in the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well decorated. We were thrilled with the location - just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

Come together for the holiday! We loved the house, had wonderful family dinners, and finally got to see a sunrise over the Atlantic. A wonderful base for our family vacay. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything you need just a short walk from the beach. House is fully stocked with every kitchen item you'd need. Perfect place for a beach or golf trip, especially if you travel with a dog. Sparkling clean. Bright & cheery!

Very lovely and clean. Beautiful marsh view. Main floor has a lovely glass porch seating area and downstairs a nice size deck. Only issue was an odor in the refrigerator. It was very strong. Maintenance did bring soda and wiped out the refrigerator as soon as we called.

Came in on Thursday evening, very smooth process at security gate and access to the property with step by step directions. Once inside we were super happy with the layout, decor, and all the amenities. Peaceful and beautiful view to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets! I only have one thing I wished was different and that would be the check out time, but that was a minor thing. The trip was amazing and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

I thought the place was very neat and clean. There was a dog that stayed there previously so my son had an allergic reaction to this but otherwise it was a great trip!
