We stayed here for a family vacation and it was even better than listed. We would come back here in a heart beat.

Our family has vacationed at Seabrook Island every Spring Break since my daughter was born… she is 18 now. This house on the island is on par with other Tarpon Pond cottages. We enjoy staying in a house with a sunroom since it’s still cool often . This house had a lovely one on the gulf course. We enjoyed the bikes provided by the owners and rented two from Seaside Cycles (saving the cost of one from the deal from the property manager). We loved Captain Brad from Sonny Boys Charters. He was friendly and helpful with fishing the waterway. We never leave Seabrook ever wanting to go. We will be back to enjoy the white beaches, knarly oak trees and …oh… the delightful aromas of Seabrook’s natural environment!

The unit was perfect for our little group of three, though my 16 year old wished there was a tv in the second bedroom. The view from our screened porch was wonderful and the space was large and relaxing. I loved the sound of the marsh in the morning. Our only hiccup was getting in contact with someone the first night to get the code to the key box. Nancy got that to me and we were able to get in and take a load off without worrying about a thing. We will definitely be staying again and maybe for a bit longer of a break next time.

Beautiful, well equipped rental home just 350 steps to the beach! Everything you could want is provided in the well stocked kitchen and guest supply closet for the beach. Even had a bowl for our dog! 4 bed plus loft easily sleeps 3 couples plus kids. We plan to go back!

Beautiful home, two level town house with wonderful views and plenty of windows that provided welcomed daylight all day. Our family visited Seabrook to attend a good friends wedding,, the home was wonderfully kept and in an ideal location. Easy walking distance to the nearby beaches, Club and golf courses. Very nice stay, will definitely be returning in the next year and hope to stay here again.

Overall this was a very positive experience. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier, and communication from the property management was excellent.
The location is fantastic and everything was accurately represented in the listing. The rental was clean and well stocked, and all appliances were in perfect working condition.
Very happy with the stay. Traveled as a family with our 5 year old and small dog.

We rented this condo for a family vacation. We always go to the Gulf, so we decided to try Seabrook Island for something different. It did not disappoint. This unit is in the perfect location for beach access. It is one of the closest units to the walkover. The unit had everything you would need and more. It is set up perfectly for families and/or multiple couples and families. It has a huge covered patio that my teens loved. It is an easy drive to Charleston and it is really close to the famous Angel Oak tree, which is a must see. Nancy and her team are great to work with. They are highly recommended!!

"The Beach House" was a fantastic get-a-way for my family of 3. This home was well-furnished and has a spectacular view of the salt marsh from the back deck and master bedroom. Just off the porch steps is a dock that takes you to a beautiful deck further out in the salt marsh. We enjoyed many sunsets there. Excellent opportunity for kayaking here as well. Perhaps the home's best feature is your own private elevator. After parking in the garage below, you can load your gear and take it to the main level and upper level. The kitchen is also very well appointed and has everything one needs to cook a fantastic meal. One bit of advice when booking, call Coastal Getaways of SC directly and save yourself the VRBO booking fee. We definitely hope to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Very clean and cute property. Great sunset views from Salty Dog restaurant. Wonderful public beach on Kiawah Island. A good 35 minute drive to Charleston - avoid rush hour on your return drive.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Tarpon Pond cottage! It's spacious, well appointed and decorated, lots of new updates, and in an absolutely great location on the island. We would definitely love to stay here again! And Seabrook Island is a dream. Our favorite place in the world! Beaches, tennis, bike-riding, horse-back riding, golf, relaxing...everything we love to do on vacation.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was well equipped and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the island and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location to attend a training event at the tennis club over the weekend. The location was near the gate and close by was the Marina and Freshfields. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The screen porches were a big plus to have dinner and to relax. It was very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend and hope to get back there for a longer stay!

The condo was that rare place that exceeded the ad. The view is spectacular and the location, which is adjacent to the golf club and across the street from the beach club and beach, is perfect. We also loved Seabrook Island and the nearby Kiawah Island, which are very different different but equally beautiful. The condo itself is typical rental neutral, with adequate furnishings and decor. My wife complained that it lacked some cooking utensils, etc., so you might want to bring some of your own.
Nancy and her team were very communicative and welcoming. The check in process couldn’t have been easier as there is a keypad on the door. My wife left her AirPods behind and they found them and are returning them to her at their cost, which they certainly didn’t need to do. It shows how far they go to make it a pleasant experience. We talked with some owners while we were there and they spoke very highly of the Nancy and her team. My wife had a great experience with Renee.
We will definitely be coming back and hope to get this condo again.

I thoroughly enjoyed a week of escape to Seabrook, and this villa was perfect. Beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course, and just a few blocks to the ocean—could hear the waves at high tide. It’s near other villas, but it was extremely quiet (low season is perfect for that). There was a beach access point right across the street from the villa “neighborhood” entrance, making it very easy to visit…and far closer than I realized when reading the VRBO description. A big plus. I would definitely return.

We love Seabrook Island and the location of the villa is wonderful. Looking out on the lagoon we saw birds and turtles everyday. It’s a very short walk across the street to the beach. The villa is very comfortable and well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in this being a home away from home. We won’t hesitate to stay again. The rental agency was so friendly and helpful as well.

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 plus our au pair. The kids slept in the loft which was super cute. We had friends staying a few condos away which made it easy for gathering.

We had a great month, exceptional weather. Our Spinnaker Beach House was very easy to make home on for a month and proximity to the beach was wonderful. People and surrounding pets were very kind and dogs well behaved. Lots of renovations are happening so we did have plenty of trucks and workmen but would surely go back.

Great place for a relaxing break. Comfortable apartment with a well stocked kitchen and a smart TV in every room. Short walk to beach and golf clubhouse and pool.
