The property was well maintained . The garage space made it very convenient for bicycle storage. Kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfy. Definitely a great choice and we will be back.

Was perfectly located for the wedding we attended . Once we got there , was pretty smooth . Property manager was very responsive .
Place was clean , perfect for a family. Very nicely appointed . Only complaint was Amenity card. Little cumbersome and confusing to get , and frankly kind of expensive for what you get .
Other than that ( which is NOT the property fault ) highly recommend

I can't say enough great things about this condo! Nancy and her team were so communicative and helpful answering any questions we had prior to the trip (though we didn't have many because they were so detailed and thorough in their messages).
The condo itself is absolutely stunning, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was also absolutely incredible. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet, but very convenient to all of Seabrook's amenities. The boardwalk to the beach is pretty much right outside the door and it's a short walk (or even shorter bike) ride to the pool area & club house.
The condo also came with a complimentary activities package, which was so easy to utilize. We got a free bike rental and a paddle board rental. They have so many other activities that we didn't have time to try, but sounded like so much fun.
Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more if you're looking to enjoy everything Seabrook has to offer!

We were on the island primarily for our wedding at the Seabrook Island Club, so I'd have to say that was the best part =). We also LOVED the activities package and made use of the bike and paddle board rentals - it was a very thoughtful touch and one we've never experienced at another rental property. The property was beautiful, the view was incredible, it was well appointed, well maintained, very quiet, and extremely comfortable.

What we enjoyed the most.. The beach, scenery, wildlife and sunset views from our balcony, and so much more. The interior of the unit was immaculate and well appointed. We lacked for nothing! The exterior front stairwell was wanting, and perhaps it's because of the end of the season but a little more HOA oversight and cleaning of common areas would help. We were well prepared with the information that Coastal Getaways of S.C. provided us. You're my go-to Coastal Getaways of S.C. for personal use and also who I refer my real estate clients and peers when they have a rental need.

Seabrook Island is a real hidden gem. This was our first visit, we were in town for a B18 and under junior tennis tournament in Kiawah Island and Kiawah was sold out. We were not familiar with Seabrook and stayed their because it was so close. We loved it and will be back. My morning back ride was tranquil. The Pool and Beach was great. The Osprey Cafe for lunch was outstanding. Nearby Freshfields Village was loaded with dining options and great coffee. Our accommodations were located near the beach and perfect for a long weekend. Coastal Getaways of SC did a great job and made the process easy and were always accessible by phone to answer any questions. We look forward to returning for next year’s annual junior tennis event.

Beautiful weather; a quite private cottage to relax and enjoy. Beautiful setting and view; well appointed; clean; and comfortable. This was a great property and experience overall. We loved the cottage and the location Coastal Getaways was extremely responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We will be back! Thank you!

The house was great! Everything was there that we needed, except for the little bars of soap or other hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. Not sure if that is a standard for all of your properties. The only other glitch was that we turned off all of the light switches in the living room the first night and in the morning we thought the internet was out, however, it was just that one of the switches turned off the router which is sitting on the credenza with a table lamp. Thanks for a great weekend. We hope to be back to Seabrook soon!

I wanted to leave a review. This was an excellent vacation rental and it was the perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was just beautiful. This was a very spacious place and it was fabulous to have a garage since I brought bikes. I will definitely be back.

Had a great time staying at 1353 Pelican WatchVilla for the Labor Day weekend. It’s the perfect place for a stay with a pup. We put the crab crackers to use!

This villa was very close to the beach and a very short drive to the beach club (pool, sand, restaurant, etc.). The villa was well-decorated with beachy decor and was a perfect layout for our family of 4. The area was quiet too and we didn’t hear any neighbors while in the unit. The view was nice out onto the golf course as well! I would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Great dog friendly villa close to beach. All the little things supplied along with beach toys/boogie boards/grill etc. Parking might be a little tight for multiple vehicles but fine for a large SUV. Overall very nice and enjoyable stay. Amenity card access is a nice perk and was able to use the various pools/restaurants on the island.

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely place! The location is perfect and the view is unmatched. It was just the right size for my wife and I and our 25 year old son to spend a wonderful Labor Day holiday. We hope to come again soon!

This property is an absolute gem! The location is incredible, being a short walk from the beach and main clubhouse. It is immaculate and very comfortably furnished and equipped. Lynn, the property manager, is such a pleasure to communicate with and is so kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this this spot on beautiful Seabrook Island.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Seabrook. The house was well-appointed and easily accessible to the beach and pool a short bike ride away. Renting bikes, an amenity card (to access the pool), etc were all easy to arrange with the information provided with the reservation.

By far the best long weekend! So happy we chose to be closer to the ocean and very happy we chose the Spinnaker Beach House. Felt like hike in the beach. Definitely will book with them again and highly recommend

We've stayed in many different pelican watch suites and they are still our favorite summer vacation spot. Once you're there, the unit was without issue. Great views and convenient beach access is why we continue to go to Pelican's Watch Villas.

We had a great time at Seabrook , this is our 5th time here on the island what did we enjoy most , is the beauty of the island and well taken care off community , the wild life and the scenery The Condo was super clean when we arrived and recently updated ( maybe a few years ago. ) Everything we needed was there. This was our second stay in this property. Overall the house is nice and comfortable and conveniently located on the island. The house is equipped well. The recent bathroom remodel was well received. The only complaint our crew had during the week, was the chairs on the front porch were uncomfortable the washing machine is loud. Hope to be back next year.

Great location, down a quiet street. Very clean, has been recently updated. The kitchen could also use some newer pots/pans but those are all minor & easy fixes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Loved being so close to the path to the beach. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly,Beauty of the island. The fact that we had the entire beach for the most part to ourselves regardless of the time of day we were there. Felt extremely safe. Loved the pools and Pelicans Nest restaurant.Could not have wanted or needed anything more.Hope to return next year. owners as well as renters.

We absolutely love this unit. The views are unparalleled! Everything is modern, comfortable and up to date. We love the proximity to the marina and our boat. We have several favorite properties on Seabrook Island and flex up or down depending on our family needs. 2105 Bay Pointe will be on the top of our list for future visits. Thank you so much for such a wonderful week.
