We loved it! My Husband so enjoyed the back yard sitting by the golf course. Had everything we needed. It’s such a pretty house. We have stayed at Seabrook before this was our favorite! Thank You

We all loved the place. Updated unit with very nice tasteful decore. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the beach and beach club. It was our first time at Seabrook island and we lived it. Definitely will return.

Our trip to Seabrook was so positive. This condo was perfect for my family with a well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms and a lovely screened in porch looking over a beautiful marsh-gorgeous sunsets! Everything was sparkling clean and nicely appointed. There was nothing we needed. The owners had thought of everything guests would want. My family loved the location with pools, shopping and dining close by. This was my second time staying in this condo and I look forward to staying there when we visit Seabrook in the future. Five stars!!!

We stayed for a long weekend in September. We were a 3 minute walk from the beach and a quick ride to the pool, golf course, and restaurant. This was an ideal property for our family and we loved our visit.

We've stayed in this property for 6 or 7 years. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The walk to the boardwalk is short and the sunsets are amazing! We love the beautiful beaches and quietness. Thank you for your hard work keeping the unit clean and well stocked.

Relaxing and energizing at the same time. The condo at 929 Sealoft Villa Dr. cannot be beat.The kitchen is better stocked than my own. We love the private community pool, as well as having the option of the Beach Club.This was our second time renting this condo. Thank you for making the reservation process so easy.

Beautiful rental, neat, tidy, up to date decor and furniture, clean lines, no clutter, super clean bathrooms, lots of kitchen utensils, clean fluffy towels, comfortable seating and bed and quiet. The bedroom closet although not needed this time around, was fabulous and well thought out. Just love the outdoor deck and the fan and retractable awning are great features. The beach being so accessible. Dog friendly units. The grounds are clean, quiet & peaceful. The island has plenty of options to dine out nearby. The amenities are good options as well.

Our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable and was the absolute best location at Seabrook. Being the far corner condo facing the ocean was perfect for relaxing out on the high end deck furniture. Everything was easy, so we were able to make it our home for the week. We will be coming back!

This location was perfect. It is very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans utensils. The two outdoor areas were a joy to use. We enjoyed watching the small alligator in the river behind the property every morning, it was sun bathing. Great location to beach access and clubhouse. We will definitely be back

This villa was beautiful, clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout optimized views of the beach. The balcony was perfect for enjoying dinner and watching the sunset. The bedroom was very comfortable. This was a very special vacation, and I’m grateful for such a lovely stay.

We found the vacation to be the most relaxing in many years. The property was beautiful and amenities perfect for our week long stay. I also experienced the best sleep I remember for quite awhile. I forgot and would appreciate knowing the mattress in 1353. The serenity and quiet were the most enjoyable part of our stay. You ladies at Coastal Getaways thought of everything needed except the traffic in and out of metro Charleston which of course is beyond your control! We definitely look to return again!

Was perfectly located for the wedding we attended . Once we got there , was pretty smooth . Coastal Getaways was very responsive . Place was clean , perfect for a family. Very nicely appointed . Only complaint was Amenity card. Little cumbersome and confusing to get , and frankly kind of expensive for what you get . Other than that ( which is NOT the property fault ) highly recommend

I can't say enough great things about this condo! Nancy and her team at Coastal Getaways were so communicative and helpful answering any questions we had prior to the trip (though we didn't have many because they were so detailed and thorough in their messages). The condo itself is absolutely stunning, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was also absolutely incredible. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet, but very convenient to all of Seabrook's amenities. The boardwalk to the beach is pretty much right outside the door and it's a short walk (or even shorter bike) ride to the pool area & club house. The condo also came with a complimentary activities package, which was so easy to utilize. We got a free bike rental and a paddle board rental. They have so many other activities that we didn't have time to try, but sounded like so much fun. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more if you're looking to enjoy everything Seabrook has to offer!

What a beautiful space for a week of beach fun! The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and provided all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the beach boardwalk #5 daily. Lunch at the Pelican's Nest was delicious with a beautiful ocean view. Dinner in Freshfield's Village was convenient and mostly good. A gorgeous sunset and live music from the Salty Dog at Bohicket Marina Village was memorable. Seabrook Island itself is dreamy and well maintained. Coastal Getaways check-in and out was seamless as well. Will definitely return to Seabrook and 162 High Hammock. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great dog friendly villa close to beach. All the little things supplied along with beach toys/boogie boards. Parking might be a little tight for multiple vehicles but fine for a large SUV. Overall very nice and enjoyable stay. Amenity card access is a nice perk and was able to use the various pools/restaurants on the island.

My first stay at Seabrook but it will not be the last. This place was super nice and the views are wonderful. Great place for a vacation and directly next to the pool and ocean.

On this property you get to experience amazing sunrises and sunsets on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh! Drive a few short miles around the island and you get the pool and the beach! Such a picturesque place to stay and we can’t wait to come back!!

I lived on the island years ago. I know where the beautiful marsh views are and this was selected for that and did not disappoint. The condo not only had the best views from inside, but there were also 2 porches to enjoy the incredible views. The home had all the kitchen supplies we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit! Loved everything

Not only is Seabrook the perfect place for our nature-loving family to vacation--this villa is the perfect place to stay. It is super clean, very comfortable, and, most importantly, dog-friendly! The views of the water and the wildlife are incredible and it is a great location to access everything Seabrook has to offer. This was our second stay and we hope to stay here the next time we come to Seabrook.

The unit is very clean and has everything we need. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and dining. The beds are comfy. The furniture is all comfortable and just right--we really cannot think of any negatives. We so enjoyed our stay at Seabrook and really think the Pelican Watch Villa 13108 is a wonderful spot--especially because our water-loving dog can be a part of family vacation, too!

The property was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Our party consisted of three women from ages 62 to 76. The website did not accurately describe the three sets of narrow, steep exterior stairs in order to access the property. We had 3 large suitcases to get up those stairs. Fortunately, there was a worker nearby who very kindly helped with our luggage. We were able to set up help for our departure through the property manager but never were able to get it finalized until the day before our departure. It made for a few days of worry about how we were going to manage the luggage down the stairs. Other than that, the property and stay was wonderful.

The location is excellent and we enjoyed the amenities. The beds are VERY comfortable. The condo was well supplied. Not sure why there has to be a differentiation between a member and a guest when the owner is a member. The guests have to pay for things like pool towels, inside pool, gym and can’t use the Pelican Nest restaurant on certain days.

We stayed over a long weekend and loved every minute of it. Well appointed, comfortable, great views and great island location. We enjoyed bike rides, walks on the beach, and the Seabrook amenities which are included. The Pelican’s Nest was especially nice in the late afternoon, evenings. We brought our dog which was a great bonus as well. An amazing Seabrook getaway.
