The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The location to the beach and pool was very convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. The view of the lagoon was great! We saw alligators, birds, and turtles which were fun to watch from the dinning room. The amenities in the resort were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We didn’t want to leave.

We Absolutely loved the location, looking over the marsh and sitting on the screened in porch frequently.
The Villa was decorated really cute and had all the necessities we needed to cook some meals and just to relax and spend quality time together as a family.
One suggestion would be to have the property managers inspect the Villa for anything that needed replacing or cleaning following the winter season. There were a couple of lights out and on the back screened in porch a couple of the cushions had mold spots on them ; also a lampshade was coming a part due to the wind and weather. But the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out.
PS we really enjoyed the unique and beautiful pottery Items throughout the Villa!
P.s.s. It would be an added bonus if the amenity cards were included in the rental fee.

We were very happy to find the property exactly as described. It was perfect for our family - the first floor was a perfect gathering space AND everyone had their own space to which they could retreat and recharge. Everything we needed was there, including bikes for the beach!

Very nice, clean condo near the beach. It was a 2 minute walk across the sand dunes, no busy streets. Awesome experience.

This is our second visit to your lovely condo. Love the new furniture. Everything was very nice...great location, directly across the breezeway from our friends who own a condo in your development. The rental and check-in process went smoothly. No complaints in that department....no complaints at all!!

This cottage was cute and set up well for friends traveling together or families with the trundle beds in the loft. It had a lot of good spaces for WFH setups. It’s about a 4 mile walk from the cottage to do the beach loop using beach accesses 9 and 3a. I did this pretty much everyday with my pup to tire her out. We had rented a LSV (golf cart) which made accessing the beach club and other parts of seabrook really easy! Biking the island also was pretty convenient. It was a great week gathering with friends and celebrating in a beautiful location!!

My family got together for the first time in 2 years at this this condo. We all really enjoy the peaceful and serene spot. The unit was fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Beautiful sunsets every night. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so no arguing over bathrooms. We look forward to next time already It was hard to leave this morning.

We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

This home is a real gem. Beautiful golf course views and very tastefully decorated. We did have to request a move, however, as there was deck reconstruction going on next door. Just something you don't know until you get there, and driving around, it seems the time of year a lot of folks are doing repairs. (We visited 5/06-5/13/2022). However, Nancy of Coastal Getaways was VERY prompt and accommodating in getting us relocated to another property that we loved! This is one big advantage of renting through a company that handles multiple properties. We highly recommend Coastal Getaways of SC!

Mom and I so enjoyed this property. Clean and roomy. Easy access to the beach. Which was great for my 82 year old Mom. Convenient to dinning and shopping. Hope to go back soon!

This was our second visit to Astrium Villas. We love the patio and beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. The beach club/pool is right across the street but we did not use it. Seabrook island is lovely and perfect for bike riding.

Very clean property on the golf course with an open concept design that is within a short walk to the beach and beach club. This property comfortably sleeps 8 with 3.5 baths and ample room to host others indoors or on one of the many outdoor patios. I would definitely recommend staying here and will reach out when I visit Seabrook again!

Great light, amazing view of the golf course, spacious, and a perfect, tucked-back location. The bathrooms were fantastic, and so is the kitchen! Really top notch. The bedrooms were a good size, and comfortable too which doesn’t always happen on vacation. The only thing that really fell short was the carpet. It is really stained and kind of gross-looking. The place is very clean, which we appreciate, but please replace the floor…especially with pets being allowed. A better floor would go a long way and match the quality of the home. Everything else was spectacular and we will definitely be back!

Perfect for one couple or two. Great location, comfortable amenities, clean and tidy, and a place to work remotely if you need to. We didn't cook, but kitchen has everything you need and laundry with washer/dryer would come in handy if we were staying longer.
Beds a little firm and en suite bath attaches to smaller bed/bedroom. What would be the powder room has stall shower. Manageable for us as just one couple, and would do for two friendly couples or family whose kids are willing to share a bed as well.

The property has very recently been painted, new flooring, updated kitchen and new furniture in the Living Room.
The unit gives you a beach feeling and has a wonderful view.
So peaceful and fresh!

We enjoyed spectacular view from the sunroom , greenhouse impression. Super clean place!
My grandson William viewed wild life from those huge windows . Contemporary , super comfortable cosy seating area , convenient location . The bikes were delivered promptly and the check out was a breeze. We already discussed plans to return. Thank you.

The property has a great location in a peaceful neighborhood/setting. The sunroom is incredible throughout the day (great sunrises and a steady breeze from across the golf course if you open the windows). Kitchen and baths were well stocked (better-than-expected!). We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo! Well appointed and very comfortable. View are Amazing. I would defiantly recommend this property to family and friends. We did have a minor issue with the cable that was quickly resolved by property management "Nancy " very friendly and quick to respond resolve an issues and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property . It is a really gem!

Seabrook Island has everything you need for rest and relaxation! The sunsets are picturesque and the landscape stunning. Shopping area and grocery store is nearby .

My husband and I stayed at the property with our dog for a nice, relaxing getaway. The unit was very clean, well-appointed and the perfect size for us. It was also in a convenient location on the island. Having the amenity cards included was very nice so that we could access the beach club (wonderful) and other services. All of the communications about arrival/departure and activities were clear and the staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property and hope to make a return trip ourselves!

Can’t beat the location and lovely condo. It was fantastic to just walk across the street to the pool or beach. And just a short drive to the store or restaurants. Management team was great answering questions.

The home is spacious and comfortable. And, it's convenient to the beach and Club. Also, you have easy access to groceries, restaurants, ice cream via car or bike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property and Island.
