We had a nice 3-night stay here in October for our Fall Break. The pull out sofa was comfortable for my son. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

The home was very comfortable for our group of lady friends all over 50 most from SC driving in and me catching up as well as all working since a few of us are busy professionals. So we also had to use the wifi, printer and be able to work comfortably with a nice view of the golf course and its wildlife. We went to the beach a short drive every day but 1 and I walked in the neighborhood. It was comfortable sleeping all of the 5 friends who joined me 2 couldn't stay over night, because their schedules wouldn't allow, but could comfortably done so. Parking was adequate. We could have used the bikes just didn't get around to it. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and wanted to do. A couple things were fixed quickly and easily while we were there. Everyone was pleasant to talk with. Thank you all.

We had a very nice stay at Pelican Watch villas. The beach and location were amazing! We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the beach. The villa has abundant wildlife in a natural setting! The sunsets are outstanding!

A little feedback, as requested: The flat at 3024 Ocean winds is comfortable and nicely decorated; it was a lovely break for my daughter and me. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying again!

We loved our stay at 2240 Rolling Dune. The screened porch was a winner! We have a toddler, so it was great to sit out on while he was sleeping. Also loved having all 3 bedrooms on one level. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice because many houses dont have those little things like olive oil, ziplock baggies or Tupperware The house is a super short walk to Boardwalk 1 which makes it great for getting out on the beach with bikes or a stroller. As always, the team at Coastal Getaways is wonderful to work with. We will stay here again for sure!

Loved the house. It's right across the street from Boardwalk #5 so you can be at the beach in 5 minutes. Very easy to deal with the Coastal Getaways. The whole trip went off without a hitch. They have my highest recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay at 714 Spinnaker. That unit is in a convenient location for access to the Beach Club and the restaurants in the Golf Club. The upper deck overlooking the golf course is a wonderful place to wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. The Seabrook Island community itself is beautiful - well maintained with lovely landscaping. We spent time at the beach house pool and the lake house pool. We used the gym. We ate at Pelican's Nest, Osprey and Bohicket Lounge. The food was excellent in all places. The house itself was well-maintained and clean. We appreciated the starter supplies. I can't think of anything else we would have needed. All the advance information Coastal Getaways sent really helped us plan our stay, Obtaining the amenity cards and parking pass went very smoothly.

I haven’t been to Seabrook in 20 years, I really enjoyed 903 Sealoft Villa. Seabrook is as nice as I remembered. The villa was very cleaned and maintained. The place was as well equipped as any I’ve ever seen. We look forward to returning again.

This is my second time at this property. I was attending a conference on Kiawah. I love Seabrook so much, I decided to stay here 2 years ago. The villa is lovely and well decorated. Everything worked fine. I will return for my next conference. Thank you!

Liked the screened porch overlooking the marsh, nearness to tennis courts. This property was perfect for the Tennis tournament due to it's convenience to the courts.

We have stayed at multiple places in Seabrook and this cottage was perfect for our family. The new updates to the bathrooms and kitchen were a highlight - this unit has the best kitchen in the community! Kitchen was also very well stocked. Very spacious with the sunroom and enjoyed lounging with great view of pond and golf course. The upstairs loft was better than pictured with a new trundle bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again! It is less than a minute walk across the street to the pool area and to one of the beach access points. We enjoyed the beach bar/restaurant area. The deck is very spacious with comfortable seating - a highlight being able to enjoy the ocean views. The condo was clean - no issues at all! We debated about renting a golf cart (LSV) since the condo is so close to the beach access and pool, and I'm so glad we did! It was so much more enjoyable to hop in the LSV to drive around the island (we were wanting to view alligators), and to the beach access, to Fresh Fields (grocery, shopping, restaurants), and to Bohicket Marina. The only con is that we couldn't always access the beach at higher tide because the water was so high. Not a big deal, we just hopped in our golf cart down to #3 beach access point just a few minutes down. We also came around a super moon, so the tides were higher. Seabrook is a gem of an island (we love the dog friendliness) and respect for nature. Make sure you do the dolphin feeding watching at Cap Sam's Inlet around low tide. We also enjoyed a trail ride at the equestrian center and good food around sunset at Bohicket Marina.

The villa was very well appointed with comfortable furnishings and many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our mornings on the comfortable balcony overlooking the water. It was very spacious for the two of us. The king bed was especially comfortable.

Lovely condo, enjoyed sitting on balcony people watching with a distant ocean view. Location directly across from the pool, coffee shop and restaurant was extremely convenient. Got to see the dolphins “stranding” which was amazing. Food and drinks were a bit pricey when all the resort fees/taxes were added in. Dog friendly, with lots of walking options for the dogs.

We loved staying at 2923 Atrium Villa. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating meals, drinking wine and watching the ocean. We loved the fact the Amenity card was included with our rental. We enjoyed the club pool area and being able to walk to restaurants. The villa was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The hair dryer in the bath with queen beds did not work however we brought our own hair dryers. Would stay at this villa again. We were very pleased.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property on Seabrook Island. Having stayed on Kiawah Island previously, we were curious about how this location would compare in its proximity to Freshfields and access to the beach. We were pleased to discover that the various shops at Freshfields were equally accessible while beach access was even easier (more private). Beach chairs were also provided, which we were grateful for. The property itself is breathtaking when you enter through the front door and ascend the steps into the main living area. The tall windows overlooking the river let in warm natural light from sunrise to sunset. The dining area attached to the kitchen is thoughtful as well, but we particularly enjoyed sunset meals at the table by the tall windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking tools you may require, and there is a Keurig for those who prefer their coffee prepared that way. We greatly appreciated the quality and reliability of the appliances. Given its proximity to the marsh, and the time of year, we were not surprised to encounter a few critters (and a salamander who visited the balcony overlooking the marsh each night, and who we were careful not to disturb). If you are not comfortable encountering wildlife or the occasional "intruder," I would not recommend staying near a river in the South in late summer/early autumn. Bring your bug spray, and your sunscreen, and enjoy a peaceful, private stay at this beautifully designed property.

We had the best time! The house was wonderful. My husband kept saying how nice everything was and he loved being able to sit by the golf course. We had everything we needed. It could not have been easier to get settle in and start enjoying our vacation. Thank you!

We have been to Kiawah island many times but this was our first time staying on Seabrook. It was absolutely our favorite vacation on the island to date. The weather was perfect the island was perfect and all the amenities. Working with the Coastal Getaways Team was seamless and a very pleasant experience. This villa at 2105 Bay Point Villa was exquisite. The layout, the decor and all the amenities were beautiful. It was perfectly located for what we like to do, close bike ride to Bohickett and Fresh Fields and the beach. It checked all of our boxes of needs and wants. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the marsh views were amazing all day everyday. We can't wait to come back and it will be at the top of our list each and every year that we visit. I wish I could call this villa my permanent home, but happy to be able to vacation and rent this beautiful property.Everything was communicated well from Coastal Getaways and when I had questions I was able to call or find them in the information binder.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights as a getaway for just the two of us after a rollercoaster year. We appreciated the beauty of the surroundings, the general peace & quiet, in addition to the clean, well-equipped villa. We chose not to use any of the amenities because we were there to reconnect, refresh, and renew our spirits. We greatly enjoyed the serenity and healing the setting provided.
