Out of the 6 Summerwind houses we have stayed in over the years this was the best on.

Stayed here for a wedding. Golf was great and very easy to get to from property. Property has plenty of space for family and very well laid out. Definitely plan to bring your own essentials as any Vrbo. Off season doesn’t have as much to do and would make sure you get the details on the amenity card too and whether your fee is included in the rental as many places don’t take anything but the amenity card. The island itself is very limiting on what you can and can’t do as a member as well. Otherwise, a great spot and would certainly come back to visit with family/friends for longer than an extended weekend.

This property was absolutely outstanding for 3 elderly couples.. Golf at Kiawah, Seabrook and Stono Ferry. Freshfields, especially LaTella. Getting together with old friends from our days as property owners is always great. A detailed guide to the televisions would greatly be appreciated. This property will be our first choice when visiting Seabrook with 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay at 1220 Creekwatch Villa and will definitely be back! We loved the charming decor, comfortable spaces for reading and relaxation, outdoor porches, and large windows with a beautiful view of the marsh and ocean at the horizon. The bed was very comfortable and updated bathrooms were great. Everything we could need we found in the well-appointed kitchen. And all a short walk to the beach. A lovely and relaxing getaway on lovely Seabrook Island.

It was very nice, comfortable, and clean and we appreciated the LPV flooring which is a huge improvement over carpeting - especially in the pet friendly properties. We like the golf side location of the Spinnakers with the better view. We had families rent 3 properties in close proximity which worked out well. We enjoy the beach - walks, bike rides, bon fires, horseback riding, sand games and swimming. We also often visit the equestrian center, restaurants, golf course and pools. We love visiting Freshfields almost daily and had fantastic meals at 48, La Tella and Cantina 76.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our time, getting to know Seabrook. The Rental was perfect for a getaway and we can't wait to come back.We loved our stay on Seabrook and the convience of the property to everything the island and community had to offer.The property was perfect for our needs. A great spot to unwind and rest so we could enjoy the beaches, pools, etc. The house was perfect!

I loved being on the beach--reading, walking, napping--with my mom and sisters. Sitting on the back porch at the hightop table any time of day was another favorite. So peaceful! The villa was beautiful. Very updated in every way, in every room. Loved the open layout and the master bath shower. I have stayed at other units at Pelican Watch, but not on the second floor. The view was spectacular, and the unit was spacious, clean, and perfect for my mom and me. (My sisters rented another unit at Pelican Watch.) We hosted breakfast each morning; the huge island and kitchen were perfect for that morning meal together as we planned our day.Two things we wish we had in the unit: 1. We recommend a small table with 4 chairs maybe placed in the alcove of windows in the den area for card or game playing, even puzzle working. We had to go to my sisters' villa to play cards at night because we literally did not have a table in this unit. 2. We highly recommend a few lamps, i.e. floor lamps in the den, a desk lamp on the desk--something of course in keeping with the beautiful decor. But we had no place to read at night unless we turned on the overhead lights, which aren't very warm and cozy when you want to curl up with a book. We really enjoyed this unit and another wonderful mini-vacation at Seabrook. It has been a favorite of mine for years. I will rent this unit again and maybe others, definitely from Coastal Getaways. Thank you for an easy, informative reservation process from start to finish.

We loved everything about our stay at 548 Tarpon Pond cottage; a long weekend just wasn’t long enough! The house is so bright and spacious with so many areas to relax and unwind. Everyone slept soundly in the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling new with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. One of our favorite things was sitting on the back deck in the morning being surrounded by the most amazing trees while listening to the birds sing. There is so much to do here including bike riding to the beach and seeing the dolphins, multiple nature walks, golf or just hanging out at Pelicans with good friends and taking in the view. We truly cannot wait to return.

Everything was nice. We sailed during the day, and only came to the house to sleep. Two comments: 1) It would have been nice to have a remote garage door opener, but maybe I missed finding it 2) Almost our entire group complained of the 'oversoft' mattresses. Enjoyed our stay!

What an awesome weekend.. Didn't want it to end.. This was our second time at Seabrook and enjoyed our stay. This unit is beautifully decorated and clean and had all the necessities. Loved the little extras like expresso machine with pods. Coastal Getaways Rental were on it.. This was our 26th anniversary trip they were sweet enough to send us a bottle of wine. And kept in contact though email.Though we never need to call.. I will so come back. The area is well maintained.. It was also wonderful to see wild life right in front of you.. Deer where standing in the path to the beach. Sunsets were just beautiful. I can't wait til the next time..

This unit in Pelicans Watch is a perfect location for easy access to the beach, the club, and getting on and off the island. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at 2017 Marshwalk. The villa is completely renovated with up to date comfortable furnishings. Bed was amazing! Loved the view out to the marsh. The property manager HR was very helpful and accommodating. We were very thankful to rent this villa for over two months due to a flood back at our Greenville home. Thank you again for accommodating us.

We really enjoyed our stay...the surroundings were beautiful and so green. The beach was easy to get to.The location was exactly as advertised and just seeing abundant nature all around was a real treat. We were so delighted to see a family of deer just hanging out in the backyard, that was really cool. We felt very safe and isolated, yet just a short drive outside the gates and you had the Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina as well as restaurants in Johns and Kiawah Island. Wish we could have stayed longer and so glad we had an opportunity to visit Seabrook Island. What a beautiful piece of paradise! We look forward to returning for another visit so we can catch the dolphins and the sea turtles next time! Thank you for making our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We come to Seabrook often…. 5 to 6 times per year. It is our absolute favorite place. This property was in the top two places we have ever stayed. The layout was ideal. We honestly have no complaints. The only thing I would say it was missing was some oven mitts. That is a very small in minute detail but that would have been helpful. Otherwise it was an absolutely fabulous day. We actually booked another stay with Coastal Getaways at a different property for Thanksgiving with our extended family. We look forward to that as well. We will be back at this property in the future, though. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrook. My wife and I have been traveling to the island for many years, but this may be our favorite property so far. Very nice updates to the condo and the view is unbeatable. The weather didn’t cooperate with us for a few days but we could still sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future.

We loved our first visit to Seabrook Island and 548 Tarpon Pond Cottage! This fully renovated and beautifully decorated rental was the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation! The kitchen is airy, bright and open to the rest of the living area. The bathrooms are brand new with updated, sparkling clean fixtures. We really enjoyed starting our day with coffee and the warm September morning sun on the back deck. The sunroom was perfect for reading and catching up after a fun filled day. One of the highlights for me was biking to the beach in the morning and watching the dolphins strand feed. I even got to see a few dolphins jump out of the water! Such an amazing sight! My husband loved getting in two rounds of golf on the beautiful Ocean Winds course. We spent a sunny afternoon enjoying drinks by the pool and also got to take a dip in the warm ocean. Wish we had time to play a few games of pickleball, but all the more reason to return!! 548 Tarpon Pond Cottage was a perfect home base for a much needed vacation time away!!

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Seabrook. Although it wasn’t really beach weather I really enjoyed walking on the beach with my wife. 903 Sealoft Villa was great. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were first rate. We look forward to staying there again.

Super location with easy walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants and golf. Property was clean with great amenities. We loved starting each day on the extra large deck with morning coffee and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

We loved this very private island and beautiful area. The villas are wonderfully located right in the heart of everything. We were a little surprised to find the closest boardwalk was only accessible during low tide since high tide came halfway up the stairs, so we did have to drive the next boardwalk to use the beach. The pool area was nice, though only accessible if you got an amenity card and purchased daily towels. The only things that were not great were the public stairs right by the bedrooms so people could look straight into the rooms when the curtains were opened. And also made sleeping at night more difficult with the hallway lights glaring into both rooms, despite the blackout curtains. Breeze from the sliding doors blew the curtains open, so blocking out the light wasn't possible. The insulation from the upstairs neighbors was shockingly poor. We've lived in lower apartments and never heard that level of noise. We were unable to sleep the two nights guests were upstairs from them walking around until 3am. I hate to leave a poor review, because overall, it was a wonderful location and clean, nice home. But the inability to walk to the beach, the sleeping issues and the cost associated with staying at Seabrook in particular were enough to deter us from coming back and I really depend on these reviews to know where to invest for a trip like this. It sadly felt overpriced for what we got.

We loved staying at Atrium Villas. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating meals, drinking wine and watching the ocean. We liked the fact the Amenity cards were included with our rental. We enjoyed the club pool area and being able to walk to restaurants. The villa was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The hairdryer in the bathroom with queen beds did not work; however we brought our own hairdryers. We would stay at this villa again. We were very pleased!

Unit was in a lovely location. It had a nice view, short walk to a beach area, also drove to a much nicer beach area but I can’t remember the walkway number. The wildlife was so nice to watch as well. The staff at Coastal Getaways was courteous, helpful and kind.

We had an amazing time here at Seabrook Island! The accommodations were as advertised; close to the beach and overlooking a golf course. The island is also very lush with a lot of green space and abundant wildlife. As one resident put it, it is like a page out of National Geographic where people live harmoniously with nature. One evening, we were treated to a family of deer just resting in our backyard which seems to be a conduit for many passing deer as we often see them going in and out. We also saw a few alligators and a variety of birds! Our place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had such a relaxing time and even though our villa was private and relatively isolated, you were not too far away from Freshfields Village if you wanted to go for a bit of shopping or if you decided you wanted to go to a restaurant instead of staying in for dinner. We had everything we needed and even our dog had supplies waiting for her! Wish we stayed longer!

The checkin and arrival process was great and very straightforward. The rental was open early as well which was fantastic. The property had a great view and close to so many amenities.
