Love the island and location.

Our family had a great time taking a break from our routine. We had everything we needed, enjoyed lots of time on the porch reading, and rode our bikes everywhere to have fun on the beach and pools!

Perfect location . Calming decor. Great to have two bathrooms - no waiting ! Enjoyed being close to the beach to walk our dog. - good location for sunset watching and watching the shrimp boats pass by. Have to keep an eye on the tide times as the beach mostly disappears at high tide.

This was a wonderful property. It was a very easy walk to the beach each day. We also loved the convenience to the pool. This place and area had a resort feel. Would definitely plan another stay in the future.

We have stayed at Pelican Watch many times over the years. This double-sized unit is the best! Gorgeous kitchen and living areas and amazing waterfront views and sunsets. Everything we needed for a relaxing special week.

We enjoyed our week stay at this lovely 2888 Old Drake Drive house. The back of the house faces a lagoon, yes there are crocodiles in there! The landscaping is amazing with mature tall trees of every variety, which makes the house feel kind of private too. The entire island landscaping is amazing, very unique if you’re not from a coastal area. Make sure to read over all the Island rules in your welcome packet, there are a few (no hanging towels on deck, no standing at edge of lagoon, dress codes for restaurants, etc). Our family had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4-15. The room divvying lead to single people having their own rooms and families with kids in their own rooms. Two of the rooms (one upstairs, one midlevel) could fit a blow up bed on the floor for kids, the other rooms could not have. Just some info for families who may need it. Some of the bikes were not useable (tires with no tubes or values to blow up) or not safe (twisting handlebars), but we ended up ordering more bikes through Seaside Cycles which brings them right to your house. Swimming and biking were the top activities. We biked to Bohicket Marina to watch sunsets too. Note don’t bike after dark, the island is dark, unless you bring your own headlamp. The house has two beach umbrellas, a sand stake digger, several beach chairs (plenty for our group), two sand carts to haul the items to the beach, some other beach items. The beach was everyone’s favorite activity. The beaches (there is a map for all the boardwalk entry points) were clean, spacious, uncrowded water was so warm for an ocean, easy waves for kids, really lovely! The Lake house pool was an easy biking distance, but the Beach house pool we drove to mainly due to having small kids, the distance, and riding on the road (bike paths are mainly on the northern end). There is an outdoor shower at the house to rinse off the sand and salt water before showering inside. We had a shower draining issue with the main level shower and maintenance was over very quickly to snake the drain. Kitchen was well stocked. All but one meal was prepared at the home! The screened porch fit everyone comfortably, great for nightly ice cream and stories.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, even games for the kids! Check in process went smoothly. Great location, pool at the condo was nice and many times we were the only ones in it. Condo decor was nice!

Fantastic condo, great location! Community pool was so convenient and beach was a short distance away. We had a great week and will definitely book this condo again in the future!

The only thing I would change would be some of the decor is very outdated but extremely clean and great location

This house was very updated, clean and the kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful family reunion in this spacious house and enjoyed every moment there. We did not want to leave! The house is very clean and super comfortable. It is nicely decorated. Kitchen has all sorts of applicants. Reading in the beautiful sunroom is very relaxing. Beach and pool are about10 minutes’ walk away. We saw dolphins there. The neighborhood is very quiet so we all slept well.. Reasonable drive distance to downtown Charleston and Magnolia Planation & Gardens. The village center outside the gated community has a big grocery store Village Market, very well stocked, a few nice restaurants are nearby. St. John’s Dolphin tour starts nearby, also a short drive distance to see the famous Angel Tree. We like riding bike there, it was safe and fun. The Coastal Gateaways rental company provides great service. We highly recommend this lovely house.

We had a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was amazing and the location to the boardwalk was prefect! My family loved the area under the house where we were able to put our beach stuff and rinse off before going inside. I would definitely consider this house again!

My husband and I came to Pelican villas to celebrate a cousins wedding and our one year anniversary. We loved every second! The property led right out to the water and has everything we needed

This was our first time in the area, and Seabrook Island is beautiful! We loved the beach and there were so many things to do. The cottage was so cute - plenty of room for the teenagers, perfect for the dog, and the screened in porch was fantastic! Had everything we needed!

We loved it here! Our only complaint was there wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom shower. It wasn't a big deal to us, as the master bath shower worked great! It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the open common area and 4 bedrooms. Proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beat. Will definitely stay here again

My girls and I had a wonderful time at Seabrook Island and this villa was perfect for us. Beautiful sunsets each night off the back porch. Property was as advertised. Clean, enough showers and bathrooms and space for everyone. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great house and location. Seabrook island is a lovely place to vacation

It is a great location, very clean, and accommodating villa and great for escape. We loved it. The internet connection was slow when it was necessary to connect with and manage business. Would definitely come back for longer stay

We loved staying at this property. Location is just outside Seabrook Island gate, but inside a gated community with a small pool. We rented bikes for our stay which was nice to bike to the Lake House (fitness center-additional $ and outside pool-included), Marina, the Villages and around the island. We drove to the club house and visited that pool and beach several times. We didn't have any problems finding a parking spot, but we always went early. There is a $5 charge for every towel for the day. They provided a started pack of toiletries, which was nice. Also the house was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Back screened in porch was very nice to sit out on early mornings and evenings overlooking a small pond with a 3' alligator and a large osprey nest. Garage was large enough for 2 vehicles. They provided a couple beach items - I think a cooler and cart. We loved this property and this island. We will be back soon! Thank you.

We had a great time at Seabrook staying at 515 Tarpon Pond Cottage. Very quiet and relaxing, good location to the beach club and beach, nicely furnished and comfortable.

Beautiful home and convenient location to all amenities. Inviting screened in back porch was a favorite gathering place for our family. Home has everything you need and the floor plan layout is perfect for families!

My husband and I and our four adult children were fortunate enough to book this wonderful property last minute and could not be happier! We have all been running full speed ahead for a very long time, living and working in different cities and found we could all have the week of Memorial Day off at the last minute. When we found this home on line, we read the reviews and booked right away! The Villa is spacious, very clean, has everything you need and is a comfortable place to relax and be a base for total rest or whatever adventure you wish to have. . There are three lovely pitches to relax on - which were our favorite for coffee, conversation, a few brief periods working remotely- best office ever!-meals, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. Beds were comfortable, water always hot for showers after being outdoors all day and air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us so comfortable, even on the hottest days. We all rested well! We love the location of the Villa, surrounded by nature, a short bike ride to the beach or oceanfront pool and club. Even enjoyed walking the local nature trail and swimming in the Villa neighborhood’s private pool. Had it to ourselves much of the time. So much to do in the area or do nothing at all. We went sailing, cycling, swimming, enjoyed many fine meals, enjoyed the beaches, club and wildlife. Even spent a day in Charleston. Can’t thank you enough for a great stay and helping us all to disconnect from the world, refresh in the sand and sea, and enjoy every minute of being together. We will be back!

Well appointed property in an excellent location.

The location is fantastic, so close to beach and pool. Perfect for a family of 4. I highly suggest renting bikes while staying on the island. Check in process was seamless. Nancy and her team are fantastic to work with.

Exceptional trip.

We have a great visit on Seabrook at this property. Location was great, easy to get to both the beach and the shopping and restaurants! Also dog friendly which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was comfortable but could use some TLC. Although it was clean, there were areas that needed some deeper cleaning, ie, the arms of the sofa and the doors. Also, the outside storm door did not close so if we forgot to close the inside door, the bugs got in quickly and one morning a salimander came in. There was no room in the cabinets to put our food. There seemed to be quite a bit of old food in the large storage cabinet and one other cabinet. We did not use the grill. It was very old and didn’t even try to clean it up and see if it actually worked. Having stated the negatives, there were many positives. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean which is extremely important to me. The location was perfect so close to the Beac Club, where we spent most of our time and across from the pool which we used a few times. Coastal Getaways was fabulous from the time we inquired about the rental until we checked out. I did have to contact them a few times, and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had just a fantastic time staying in this villa. Pictures do not do the place justice. It is so close to the beach and golfing. We biked everywhere. Would definitely consider coming back and staying at this particular Bella
