Had a great stay! The house was cozy and perfectly located on this island. There was plenty of space and privacy. Check in and out was easy. The property managers were responsive and willing to help with any questions I had. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Everything was awesome. Some of our group did go horseback riding but weren’t able to get in to play pickle ball. No worries though. This location was wonderful as we could walk and bike to Freshfields Market. Had great meals at the local restaurants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable abode and would love to return. Thanks again for all your help!

Our favorite thing was seeing family and familiar places. Been enjoying Seabrook since 1976. Beautiful home, very well appointed and perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The home came with 6+ bikes that were very nice and provided a nice way to burn off some calories.

We thought the house was great and a nice peaceful getaway with friends for Thanksgiving. Kitchen had everything! Seating was perfect. Bedrooms are good but COLD. We couldn't get heat back there. Kids bedroom, den and main areas were warm. Showers great and my granddaughter loved singing in the master shower with the "microphone". reet. Loved the deer and the horse trail going by. Maybe a better place for summer, but we really liked it!

Great stay, the house was very comfortable for 4 adults. The door was very hard to open and lock, the storm door was broken and not the kitchen was not well equipped. The location was an A +, the living room and dining room very nice and accommodating! Overall a very nice stay on Seabrook.

This home was perfect for the ten members of our family . The open living space provided seating for the college football games as well as ten for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for large meals. The men in our group enjoyed a round of golf on the Seabrook course and we all enjoyed watching the deer that grazed on the course behind the house.

Excellent getaway for a couple to relax and enjoy time together. Condo was very comfortable, kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook! View is serene, quiet beach walks, dolphins at play.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sealoft Villas. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed seeing the birds and deer feeding on the golf course and in the marsh behind the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we prepared most of our meals there.

Had a wonderful time with family and labradoodle. My only criticism/opinion would be the location of the washer and dryer up in the loft versus having a bathroom there.

Excellent property in SBI for large group. The home is gorgeous and the kids loved the heated pool. The kitchen beautiful and great for entertaining. However, the size of the home would benefit from 2 dishwashers, a more functional oven, and additional chefs tools/utensils. As foodies, we found baking and cooking for 3 families challenging. As a new home, there were minor glitches with hot water, but quickly fixed by excellent property managers! We will be back!

The cottage was situated in a perfect location on the island. Proximity to the boardwalk made for an easy walk to the beach. The back deck allows for stunning views of the sunrise and ocean and invites one to truly relax.
We sincerely thank the owners for allowing dogs, as our dog had a great time (the island is very dog friendly). Surprisingly, the cottage did not have evidence of dog smells or hair which we really appreciated.
The cottage was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with good pans, knifes, etc. for cooking.
The management company was a pleasure to work with from making the initial reservation to departure. They supplied clearly written guidance and were also easily reachable by phone.
Without hesitation, we would rent this cottage again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Seabrook!

We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa on the marsh/river at Bohicket Marina the week of Thanksgiving. Steps away from the Marina shops and restaurants and a lovely stroll down the boardwalk made this location good. Bikes enhanced our trip with rides to Freshfields Market and all around Seabrook. Despite a few days of rain and overcast we had a fantastic time and were delighted by the few spectacular sunsets from our deck! The only drawback is the numerous amount of steps to get to this two story villa. Otherwise it was a perfectly decorated and well cared for comfortable abode with great eating/gathering spaces. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a vacation rental

We enjoyed the unit and stay. It’s a very comfortable and nicely updated unit. We generally visit Seabrook at least once a year and have booked with Coastal Getaways in the past. Our favorite building section is this one as it’s in a quieter part of the Villas.

Thank Coastal Getaways for taking care of me on my recent trip to Seabrook Island . I stayed at 739 Spinnaker and was very happy . Seabrook Island is so calming and beautiful . My favorite things include walking on the beach , seeing the dolphins and the deer. It also helps that I enjoyed beautiful blue skies and warm weather while I was there. It was so kind of the owners to order a new beach wagon too. It was very helpful and appreciated.

I enjoyed the scenery of the island the most. I loved seeing the deer on the side of the road. I was very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. I was very impressed with the amenities. I found everything I needed. I hope to return to stay there again someday.

What a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends! This was my first time visiting Seabrook Island and it was breathtaking! A short drive from Atlanta, this small island had everything to do including horseback riding, kayaks, tennis / pickleball, gym, beach club, restaurants and more. But, of course the main attraction was yards from our doorstep so we chose to spend most of our time at the beach watching the beautiful sunsets! The beach house, which is located in a gated community, has all the southern charm one could imagine. It was apparent the house had been recently renovated and the finishes were well appointed. Nicer than most private primary homes! Sitting on a beautiful corner lot, you are drawn to enjoy all the outdoor spaces. In the morning, we would enjoy our coffee out on the main level lanai. At night, we would go upstairs and enjoy the lanai off the bedrooms, and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Occasionally, we would spot a deer or two on property nibbling on the shrubbery. It does not get much better than that! We truly appreciate you letting us stay at your lovely beach home! You know how to spoil your guests!

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to book again soon- 903 Sealoft had everything we needed - I have rented for a few years now in Seabrook and I think this villa was my favorite. Thanks for everything! We really enjoyed our stay- seabrook is beautiful - we saw dolphins and deer and so many birds - just magical!

I enjoyed my stay very much at Pelican Watch 13106. Very comfortable bed and couch. Very clean.of the fabric. This is was the most comfortable Pelican Watch I've stayed at. I've been coming here since it was first built. Love Seabrook Island. Thank you so much!

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, updated and beautiful views. Note that there is no indoor dining table if you are looking to have sit-down meals inside.
