Loved the location. It’s close to the beach and the pool. Perfect for our family with two small children. Seabrook is a great place to come with all off its amenities.

The house was amazing and perfect for our family. We had four adults and two kids. The house is even better in person. We had great access to all the amenities and had a wonderful time. We were very impressed with the house and all that is provided. The owner really did think of everything! The kitchen is wonderful and has a lot of space for food. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are quite large.
I would highly recommend this place. It was our first time at Seabrook and we loved it. This house made our vacation even more amazing. We can't wait till next year! Thank you!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location was convenient to the clubhouse, pool and beach and it was quiet and comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The Shelter Cove villa has a beautiful view of the Marsh. I loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning hours reading, drinking coffee, and watching the tide as it came in or went out. Over our two week stay we saw the dolphins feeding in the marsh a few times. Once from the neighborhood pier where the dolphins were just a few yards away!
We (Husband and I) found the villa spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has many great items for preparing meals. The breakfast/dining area was a good spot for us to work an hour or so a day. It was nice having the washer dryer so that we could pack light as well as wash the bedding/towels a couple of times over the two weeks.
Seabrook was quite and peaceful as always. We rode bikes daily to the beach or Freshfields or just around the island. Because Shelter Cove is close to the Seabrook entrance, it was easy to stay mostly on the designated bike path.
We would definitely stay at Shelter Cove Villa again!

Super Clean and the VIEWS!!! We used the unscreened porch in the morning to watch the dolphins come in while we had breakfast, and we used the screened porch in the evening to watch amazing sunsets and keep the mosquitos away! It was perfection! 4 Bathrooms for a large family are a real treat after a day of beaching. Bedrooms are very spacious and decor is Coastal Lovely!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this scenic and well-appointed villa! From the moment we opened the door to 1515 Deer Pointe Villa, we were impressed with the panoramic marsh views, the open floor plan, and the number of decks! We felt right at home the entire stay and will sorely miss the star gazing at night, the amazing and calming views of the marsh from the living room, and the freedom we felt staying at such a lovely place!

The property was very clean and just as listed! We really enjoyed the quiet back porch sipping coffee in the morning! It was a little further than we expected from the beach access that we preferred and the pool so we ended up driving there and took about 10 minutes to get into the little shop area. Other than that, we loved our time!

We loved the cottage. It was perfect for our family. We usually vacation at Kiawah, but we needed a pet friendly house and choices were limited. The cottage was lovely, roomy and very pet friendly with the hardwood floors and screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to Seabrook Island and we fell in love with the Island as soon as we arrived! From the minute that we arrived at our place, everything was very well organized. The villa overlooked the golf course and had beautiful views in the early morning and evening. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved sleeping up in the loft and having access to their own deck. The location was close to the beach and beach club. We definitely would recommend this property and look forward to returning to Seabrook Island in the near future!

We loved this property so much and have already inquired about coming back next summer. The house is beautiful and the beds are all super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed as well! Our teenagers fished off the dock, biked all over the place, golfed, and had a great time. So did the grown-ups! We love Seabrook and this house!

Perfect for two adults and two teens. Condo had everything we needed, great Marshview, close to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields and Kiawah where we had friends staying. Would rent it again.

This condo/villa at Pelican Watch is in a great location! We love the area and have visited many times. This is our 3rd visit to Seabrook this year.
This unit was clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there. They also had beach chairs that are in good condition and easy to carry to the beach. The wifi worked great too. We have stayed in some units where the wifi range is very short and you constantly have problems connecting. This is not the case in this unit.
The flooring looked new and the kitchen and baths looked recently remodeled. There is also a ceiling fan on the deck.
The property manager of this unit is a good communicator and they have a good process with clear documentation and instructions. Very professional.
If you are planning to stay at Seabrook and are looking at Pelican Watch, you will be happy with this unit.

The property was clean, easy access to beach club and beach. Enjoyed the kids activities for the beach club. Tie dye shirts and s'mores by the fire were great fun for our 9 year old grand daughter. Would definitely recommend the property!

This was the first time in this house, and it won't be the last. The house had everything we needed and then some Love the beach in my backyard. Coastal Getaways is the way to go. Thank you to Nancy and all those sweet ladies in the office. It's a pleasure working with you.

Property was well kept and in a great location. The property had beach supplies that we were able to utilize. We had one issue with the Air conditioning. The property manager and service provider were able to fix it within hours even late in the day.
We had a great family vacation and would absolutely go back.

This rental exceeded expectations in every capacity. From the clear communication from the moment it was booked, to the ease of check in, to the cleanliness of the house upon arrival, to the unique features it afforded, we were more than pleased. For us the best part of this property is the private pool which we used for hours, daily. Seabrook has much to offer, but one of our favorites is the island bike rides. This property is right on the bike path, making that experience much more enjoyable. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short. Thank you for a great experience.

While a little outdated (carpeting is an interesting choice for a beach rental), the property overall was great! The condo was clean and had amazing views - could see dolphins, deer and pelicans from thievery window. The community has a private access gate steps away in the connected parking area, great for little kids so you don’t have to haul sandy kids and gear in the car. Just need to keep an eye on the tide chart, high tide comes all the way up to the rocks and leaves no beach for a few hours during the day. Closets are all big enough for a pack and play if you have a little one needing some extra quiet/dark space to nap/sleep!

We enjoyed the whole experience as first timers on Kiawah and staying at Seabrook Island! Condo was wonderfully furnished with comfy beds and lots of extras and the amenities being included were a huge plus! Thanks for a relaxing family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at 2021 Marsh. This was our third time in the past couple of months in Seabrook Island. We have stayed in many nice places, but the views of the marsh here were really special.
I would definitely go back and book another stay there.

My husband and our two golden retrievers stayed for long weekend. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Clean, cozy and in a great location. We loved Seabrook Island and will absolutely be coming back in the future! Perfect relaxing getaway before we welcome our baby!

Close to the entrance/exit, with plenty to do! You might have to drive to the boardwalk/beach access, but having a pool close by makes up for it. Great property, with great communication!

This home reflects pride of ownership and has the feel of a large family home. Our stay included three related families. All bedrooms feature connected patios. The home and the very large rear deck offer a great view of the ocean. Home was well furnished and supplied upon our arrival. Direct access to the beach is by a private earthen trail. Access to the beach via a public boardwalk (#2) is about three blocks away. An internet access issue was promptly addressed during our stay. Great home!

The property was clean and the management staff was easy to communicate with. Would prefer extra garbage bags and paper towels for the week, but overall was a beautiful place and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Pond. The neighborhood was beautiful!! We especially loved the sun porch. It was a quick drive to the beach. The pool area was fantastic! There was plenty of chairs in the sun and under shade. The drinks at the pool were delicious and strong! The cottage was very nice. It was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place.
