This property was perfect for our three generation family. Super comfortable, convenient and centrally located, and well appointed with anything you could want in a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home is beautifully decorated but still feels cozy and homey! We loved the little touches like board games and Mrs. Meyers soap, as well as helpful extras like Ziploc bags and sugar. It was very clean, and the kitchen items were in very good condition. We especially appreciated the plastic cups for our little kids to use. The beach was amazing - even in the cold weather - and we loved looking out from the sliding glass doors. It was right next to the boardwalk for easy access! Your team was also super helpful. I had questions about the gate pass and amenity pass, and I received assistance right away. Also during our stay, we couldn't figure out how to turn bedroom lights on, and your staff were professional and eager to assist - we also appreciated that they didn't make us feel silly! The only downside was the noise from upstairs. Every step the guests took seemed like stomping in our unit (and they were trim people!). Overall it was a wonderful time! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. I was expecting three full bedrooms. The one small sitting room with a sleeper sofa I would not consider a bedroom. Access to the shared bathroom is through the adjacent bedroom or going through the kitchen. The remodeled den is very attractive and there is plenty of seating room. The upstairs master bedroom was very nice as was the mattress. The outside deck needs cleaning as green algae/ mildew is on the rails where also there is some rotten wood due to water damage. Nevertheless, we would choose to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

This was the third different property we have rented at Seabrook and it was b First of all, the location is fabulous. A short walk to boardwalk #3 means the beach is easily accessible and other Club amenities are only a slightly longer walk (or very short drive) away. The Villa itself is nicely updated with tasteful, comfortable décor and EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a short or long stay (we were there four weeks and found everything we needed). The beach bikes were a pleasant surprise as they were both newer and nicer than expected. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the living room each morning and watching the wildlife in the pond. When the surf is up, you can hear the waves clearly from inside the Villa which is always much appreciated for ocean lovers like ourselves. The three decks offer you choice of sun or shade throughout the day and are a great way to enjoy the outdoors without venturing out. This is a wonderful Villa and we could not recommend it more. Five stars! far and away the best one yet.

We enjoyed staying at this villa so much. The only negative for some older(65+) would be the stairs. Having owned a downstairs corner villa at BP, we knew those stairs could be hard with luggage, coolers, etc.These new appliances are fabulous but can be tricky to figure out! 🤔 Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in this lovely villa.

The home was very nice we felt at home immediately, everybody was comfortable. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was fully equipped. The walkway was directly across the street and to the ocean which we appreciate it.

My wife and I have been vacationing at Seabrook for about 10 years now. We come down 1-2 times each year. We love the island. The only thing notices was that there was a several degree temperature difference between the first and second floors, due to heat rising. This is simply a result of the house design. It was not an issue for us, as we would just adjust the thermostat accordingly. However, if there were multiple families using the unit, it might make it more of challenge to keep the temperature at a setting that is comfortable to all.

Great property, 937 Sealoft. Really liked the location and access to the north end of the beach and on Ocean Winds back nine. We really love Seabrook -- our third trip. We like the breadth of activities such as golf, tennis, beach, hiking, running, etc. Nothing found wanting; well-appointed house and nothing noted that we needed.

The property we stayed in was incredible. Very up to date and well-renovated. It was extremely cozy and a wonderful place to re-group and relax during our vacation. We have stayed in many properties on Seabrook Island and this one topped them all. With the property laid right next to the golf course, mornings with coffee and people watching golfers was something to look forward to. The property also has an amazing back deck to enjoy the early mornings. This rental property not have suited our needs/wants better than it did!

Weather didn’t cooperate this time but generally enjoy the pools and certain restaurants in Seabrook and the beach of course Updated with nice bathrooms and very nice Reno. Love the views from the condo. Like the electric fireplace.

I have been to Seabrook many times and have always enjoyed it. I like the house very much. Could use another good size table (pehaps a folding one?) for doing puzzles. Everything was communicated greatly through Coastal Getaways of SC.

We truly had an incredible stay at Turtles Nest 936 Sealoft Villa. Everything in the Villa is brand new from the appliances to the furniture. We could not believe it was so close to the Beach and to the Pool and really enjoyed riding our bicycles throughout the island. The view and wildlife just off the decks was just incredible and really made the trip. Thank you for providing all of the beach chairs, coolers and beach toys as made the trip so easy. We also enjoyed grilling outside when we got back from a day at the beach. We loved the welcome gifts and can't wait to come back next year!!

I recently had the privilege of staying at 2944 Seabrook Island Road with my family. It was absolutely perfect! The home and surroundings are beautiful. The owners have thought about everything. My boys were thrilled with the awesome playroom upstairs and it was large enough for an entire family! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the dock and back porch and we took several walks on the nature trails and the beach. So many treasures to encounter. We took several trips to the local shops and they did not disappoint. The proximity to awesome food and a great grocery store was perfect, but we really did feel like we were off the beaten path because of the privacy that this neighborhood provides. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at 548 Cobby Creek Lane was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new appliances, and the decor felt just like home. We loved riding bikes on the beach to visit the dolphins, playing golf, and even took a beginner’s pickleball lesson. The beautiful sunroom was our favorite spot to relax - I had the best nap of my life there! We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved the serene, peaceful view from the back deck. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer wander among the trees. The dock was perfect for happy hour at sunset and the views were breathtaking! The home was gorgeous with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The layout of the house is perfect for large families or groups. Every amenity was provided, from phone chargers to sound machines in every room. Having so much available allowed us to travel lightly and pick up what we needed from the local grocery store.

Our stay in Seabrook was an absolute delight! This place is truly magical, surrounded by the beauty of nature and its serene atmosphere. The house was not just beautiful but also incredibly cozy and clean. It felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we could think of – from kitchen and laundry supplies to beach essentials. The array of board games provided endless entertainment for quality time indoors. The porch was a personal paradise, offering a perfect spot to catch a bit of work with the soothing breeze and nature's symphony in the background. The short walk to the beach was a dream – enjoying the breeze, witnessing dolphins play during stunning sunsets – pure bliss. Exploring the islands on bikes, topped with a bit of fishing this time, made our trip even more special. Learning to cast the net added a unique touch to our adventure. We've completely fallen for the charm of both the house and the island, and without a doubt, we're already daydreaming about our next visit. Huge shoutout to the amazing host for being so prompt with all the information we needed. This Airbnb experience was beyond wonderful – we can't wait to be back!

The community is always welcomeing and we love the beaches. Even in the cold the beach was wonderful.The property we stayed in has a lovely floor plan and the beds were very comfortable. Compared to other properties we have rented in the past this one is not as well maintained. The walk to the beach was not difficult. We were grateful they allowed 2 dogs.

A wonderful place to connect with family and relax. We loved the view, scenic walks and access to restaurants and a grocery store. Just one suggestion...a better stocked kitchen. We would have appreciated spatulas and food storage containers.

We've been coming to Seabrook for about a dozen years, and we particularly enjoy staying at villas in Shelter Cove. We felt this was the best villa we've stayed at in Shelter Cove.The property had a great layout, the eating area faced the salt marsh, there was a very nice deck off the master bedroom. The furniture and beds were comfortable and of course the villa is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach.The villa needs an INSIDE mat to drive off shoes at the front door. We arrived on a rainy day and the outside mat was a sponge so we had to traipse our wet feet in the place when we were unloading the cars and the same thing happened upon departure.

Loved the house and its proximity to the beach. Loved the island and the club facilities. Condition of everything was so wonderful and we are very tough critics.We brought things that we typically need and didn't have to use them such as good knives! It is such a wonderful property. Coastal Getaways information was all very clear and understandable. We can't wait to come back and rent the exact same property!

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the areas to relax. The kitchen was functional and included all we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The property is close to the beach and the amenities. Access to the restaurants was appreciated. It was a bit chilly and windy while we were there so we did not enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped to but our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
