I have stayed at this property before and love it. Of course Seabrook Island and everything that it has to offer is amazing. This property in particular is lovely and very special in my opinion - the furniture, decor, little touches, books and artwork are beautiful and the entire home feels very sophisticated. Also a great layout and beautiful views of the golf course.
We would stay here again!

The home was perfect for our needs. Well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Super comfortable. My only complaint was no bikes unless we had ordered them and had them delivered.

~The Seabrook villa we rented was a gem, with a very well-equipped kitchen, a lovely living room, and 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The villa has a warm and welcoming Beach House feel, with all the creature comforts! The beds are comfortable- the couches and chairs invite conversation, the TV is there for quiet evenings… and best of all: our villa had a view of the golf course and of the lagoon - and the beach is a short five minute walk away. So even when you are inside, nature is close at hand. My husband golfed every other day and we both enjoyed a great meal at the golf club. The weather interfered with plans to use the Lake House’s outdoor pool - but I look forward to swimming there next year! We found Freshfields was a great spot to grab groceries and have a casual meal- and we went into Charleston to see the new (and spectacular!) African American Museum. The one suggestion we have: It took a few days to realize how MUCH there is to access at Seabrook with our Amenity Cards. Our sincere thanks to the owners who open up their special spot to visitors. We have a summer cabin in Canada and we understand how special vacation properties are to the families who own them. Thank for sharing yours. We can’t wait to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was lovely and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The furniture and the bed were comfortable. The deck was great. We had a lovely view, protection from the wind and rain, and great seating.

Was nice to have the extra room compared to Pelican. We also appreciated the amount of light. The bed upstairs was surprisingly soft. Way too soft/unsupportive for us. Our only suggestion would be to get a firmer mattress.

Our Villa was fantastic! So clean and inviting. Loved the view of the golf course and all the wildlife there. - Love Seabrook, hopefully we can return next year for our 16th year of staying on the island.

This place was wonderful—close to the beach for long walks, several decks for coffee or wine, three bedrooms with a bathroom for each, gators for sighting, bikes and beach chairs—we had a great time!

The condo was just what we thought it would be but the view was exceptional- sunsets and ocean. We had deer visiting a couple of times. The beach was really nice, especially for our 4 mile morning walks each day. Our dog loved that he could run free on the beach. The week couldn’t have gone better.

714 Spinnaker is a very nice unit, it is also very well maintained and was sparkling clean. We especially loved the front deck, it got the afternoon sun and has a wind block, so even if its 50, if in the sun, it is really warm. There are new sofas, which are very comfortable and attractive, we truly enjoyed our stay there.The beach in the winter is spectacular - I walk between 7-8 miles daily on both the North beach (at low tide) and Pelican - anytime. We love to ride bikes at Seabrook and just enjoy the sunny weather. Also we loved our trips to Charleston and we also did a tour of Georgetown - which is such a lovely and historical town.A working vacuum - the current vacuum really does not pick up much - I think it is meant for carpeting and there are all hard floors there. It turns on but it does not really do anything.A BIG THANK YOU! Have a great year - we will see you next February.

The house was lovely. It was well maintained, nicely decorated, and beautifully located with a lovely view of the creek, golf course, and Spinnaker Beach cottages. The beds were comfortable, and for a small property, the space was extremely well designed and felt very airy and roomy. I particularly enjoyed the open floor plan. Having stayed on Seabrook before, we were familiar with the amenity card, restaurant/club availability at this time of year, and location of the various boardwalks to the beach, etc. We loved the free bike rental and next time will take advantage of the kayak rental as well, weather permitting. There were a few things I feel would make a stay more pleasant, at least for me. I think having a vacuum in the house would make keeping the place tidy easier. There was a broom, but no dust bin to collect debris. I say this because our stay was two weeks and sand, leaves, and dust built up. An iron/ironing board should also be available. A sheet pan in the kitchen would also be helpful, along with a working vegetable peeler. I was not a fan of the slipcovers on the sofas because they were impossible to keep in place. Mostly we used the dog cover to keep it from looking too sloppy. The things I mention were overall minor inconveniences which did not detract from our overall experience on the island. We LOVE Seabrook and I will be in touch with y’all shortly about doing a month long house rental next February. I was very pleased with your service, responsiveness and general helpfulness from booking to follow up. Kudos to you all!

We love the beaches and seeing the birds, dolphins and friendly dogs! And we love the fact that Seabrook is so low key and relaxed (at least during the times we are here) We were pleasantly surprised. Apparently the owners did a lot of work on it recently. It suited our needs perfectly, and we loved the location with the expansive view over the pond. We had a great time.

This is our second time staying at 507 Tarpon Pond and we couldn't think of a better spot on the island. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. It is ideal to sit out on the porch in the mornings to enjoy a nice cup of coffee as the sun comes up. We are already excited to be returning in the future! Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, great location, clean. We had everything we needed - plus great morning walks on the beach just steps from the ocean. Appreciated the details - laundry and dishwasher soap, saran wrap, plenty of cups, plates, etc. Would have been nice to have coffee filters...

We had the best time. I was sick for about a week when we first got there, but other than that we had a great time. A few things: Maintenance was wonderful Any time we had an issue, it was resolved. We loved our location and enjoyed our walks on the beach. We look forward to coming back next year. Coastal Getaways has superior customer service and we really appreciate this!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at 804 Treeloft Cottage. It was wonderful! It is beautiful with all the amenities! Comfy beds, beautiful decor, cozy treehouse vibe with plenty of room!!

Thank you for suggesting 2017 Marsh Walk Villa. It was a quick stay but it was a great preview to what we can expect for our 6 month stay beginning in May. It was clean, nicely updated, and well stocked with household items. Beautiful deck area too. Looking forward to returning.

I enjoyed my stay on Seabrook at 3290 Coon Hollow Rd. Getting to spend quality time with my friends in a way that we wouldn’t normally get to do at home. The island was beautiful and we had such a great time shopping, walking the beach, and eating lots of yummy food! It was absolutely incredible. I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals all over Florida, other parts of South Carolina, North Carolina, etc. and this was by far the most beautiful, well thought out home I’ve stayed in. Every last detail was considered (e.g. abundance of king size beds, en suite baths, bar and laundry space, floorplan, etc). I also appreciated that the house was extremely well stocked with utensils, plates/bowls, appliances so that you did not feel like you would run out instantly. Furnishings were beautiful and the back porches were amazing! Loved the pool too, even though it was too cold outside to enjoy it. Will stay again!

This was a beautiful house and area, loved how open and spacious all the rooms were. The house felt like a beautiful retreat with additions that I havent seen in other air bnbs- like two wine fridges, extra ice machine, heating drawer etc.

The property was absolutely stunning and well appointed, located close to the clubhouse and great shopping. A brand new, custom home in perfect condition offering a spacious layout and tastefully decorated. Standard provisions in the home exceeded our expectations. This was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this property.
