This house was a dream!! We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was to die for and it was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location was wonderful as well. We can't wait to return!

The boardwalk is right behind/next to the house. It was less than a 4 minute walk to the beach. We love that the property is pet friendly. We brought our dog and it was fun for her to be off leash before 10am or after 5pm. The “wipe your paws” mini towels located at the front door was really nice to help wipe off the sand off of the dog. One of our favorite things was the ability to have a fire on the beach. Again, with the location next to the boardwalk, it was easy to bring our things to the beach for the fire. It was SUPER helpful that there was a wagon/stroller to use!! The house itself is very spacious for our three kids. I loved that the kitchen was so well stocked - from pots/pans to wine opener to a starter supply of k-cups for the Keurig. Big, open living space is a bonus too. And wifi! My husband was able to work from Seabrook. We look forward to returning again soon!

We give this house 5 STARS! Clean and nicely decorated. Great location and everything seems new. Seabrook is a special place. We took daily walks on the beach, played a few rounds of gold, and loved lounging around the ocean-front pools. We will be back!

We had the pleasure of staying here for spring break with our kids. The property is located in the perfect spot that is walkable to the beach and beach club. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room options, outdoor space, and overall layout was ideal for our family. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for the erfect vacation rental

We were very pleased upon arrival to find the unit extremely clean both inside and on the outside decks with everything ready for us to comfortably move-in. The condo is very pleasantly decorated and provides a very bright, cheerful atmosphere on both levels and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with both appliances and accessories. (One small item we noticed is that the ice maker seems to frost up more than normal and requires periodic attention. This did not affect the functionality so we did not feel the need to call for repair but perhaps this should be looked at.) Also, one observation I would give for future consideration is that if renters will be coming to stay for extended periods of time, there is limited storage space in the kitchen area for their personal items or food storage due to the cupboard areas already being very full or locked. All the indoor furniture was very clean, tasteful and comfortable and the high quality television was very appreciated. Both the small deck off the master bedroom as well as the loft deck had very comfortable furniture and provided a great place to sit, relax and enjoy the sun and the view of the golf course (especially the loft deck). Overall, I would highly recommend 937 Sealoft Dr. and we would have considered renting it again in 2025 if it had been available. However; we are looking forward to our March 2025 stay at 3634 Pompano Ct. as it will be a bit bigger and also closer to the beach which is key for us. Also, I want to thank Coastal Getaways Team for helping sort out the small situation regarding Garbage / Recycling when we first arrived. Your prompt attention to these type of issues is greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island, as evidenced by the fact that we booked 778 Spinnaker for next year during the first week of our stay! We loved the warmer weather (we live in RI), the lush greenery, the proximity to the beach, which is spectacular! I am still working and it was such a joy to be able to walk on the beach as a break during the day. We enjoyed many rides on the bike bath. Freshfields was so convenient for groceries, restaurants and shopping. The proximity to Charleston and Kiawah were also a plus. In addition, all of you at Coastal Getaways were so helpful and responsive. Kudos also to Conner for repairing the upstairs sink on very short notice when we discovered it was broken and guests were arriving.The property is very comfortable and inviting, and well decorated. We love the colors, the beach motif, and the vaulted ceiling. We liked having 3 different outside decks/balconies. Being on the golf course afforded a greater feel of openness.An extra set of sheets for the master bedroom and queen guest bedroom would be appreciated during a long-term stay.

The thing I enjoyed the most about my Seabrook vacation was the bike paths. We loved riding bikes as a family and it was nice to be able to get a free bike rental each day of our stay. I would say the daily amenity card cost was not clear to me. We didn’t get the amenity card because we didn’t utilize any of the amenities, but if it wasn’t $50.00 a day we definitely would have went to the restaurants and coffee shop. The house we stayed in was beautifully decorated. It was definitely the best house I’ve ever rented. It had everything we needed. A lot of thought went into preparing it for a seem less stay ( lights in the closets, hooks throughout to hang towels and such). We would definitely recommend your Villa. It was a 10 for us! Beach walk 2 boardwalk was beautiful. The bird along the lake during our bike ride was also lovely to see.

I’d like to submit a review for the following rental property: 3713 Seabrook Island Road. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental in Seabrook Island. The house was so incredible I hesitate to even write this review in fear that it will be fully booked before we can rent again! From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the new construction, complete with spacious bedrooms, top-of-the-line appliances, and relaxing outdoor living areas. Everything looked and felt brand new. The location is perfect – just a (very) short walk to the beach, golf courses, and club house, allowing us to explore all that the community had to offer. But the real highlight was the ocean views from the great room. It was the perfect spot to soak everything in. There was plenty of room to gather, relax, and spend quality time together. And for those moments when you want your own space, there were TVs in every room for each guest. Overall, our family had a great time in this house.

Thank you for the rental. It was very nice. In regards to feedback, overall, the rental and location were very nice. The grounds are beautiful even in the early Spring with the not so great weather. The property was clean and accurate to the listing on VRBO and very pet friendly.

A lovely home that was within walking distance to the beach. We loved watching the wildlife in the pond behind the house. During our visit, the neighborhood pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but it’s a nice feature to have it just across the street.

This was our first time visiting Seabrook and we absolutely loved it!! This particular rental was perfect for my family. It was close to the beach, pool and golf. It was super clean and everything was labeled and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the windows in the living room were great to look out all day. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Quick few days at Seabrook for our son’s spring break was lovely! The unit was the perfect size for our family of three, and the location was ideal for visits to the beach, the beach club pool, and golf outings. The villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals (and all in great condition!) Communication with the property manager was great and provided a seamless experience with check in/out and gate pass/amenity access. We would definitely recommend this place!

One of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! The location in the house is just perfect. The house has everything you will ever need for a perfect vacation and more. We were so fortunate that this is one of the only heated pools on seabrook Island. Renting bikes is a must! It’s not only a great way to get around the island but it’s part of the adventure of the vacation. The workout club is also a great facility on the island. We loved going to Freshfields for dinner and groceries. Also, the bike rides to Ben & Jerry’s was so special. There are so many things to do on the island we ran out of time to do everything!

We had a wonderful stay. 1515 Deer Point is our favorite rental. We’ve stayed there several times. Great location, clean, comfortable, bright, well stocked with kitchen utensils. The king beds are extremely soft though. It would be great if at least one king bed is firmer.

YES, we had a great stay. The unit was wonderful, comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen.We learned that we would not want to be in one of those units at a busier time. It could be quite noisy. We could hear conversations on the porch next door - and footsteps and any loud sounds in the unit above. Coastal Getaways is SO organized compared to other rental companies that we have worked with.

We had a great stay at 1325 Pelican Watch. Loved the views from sliders and windows. Unit was very comfortable. Great they supplied dog towels and other things for dogs. Our dog; Enzo loved the purple stuffed animal. Everything was comfortable about unit and we would love to come back there if available. We thank you for bringing the vacuum to the unit. A vacuum and floor mop is necessary when a pet is living there. I would suggest owner leave them for guests.

We love Seabrook because: • It’s peaceful • Everyone is friendly • The beaches are wide, beautiful and not crowded. • Of the wildlife/animals. We got to enjoy seeing a gator from a safe distance, a turkey and deer. My daughters got to see dolphins closeup when they went fishing out of Bohicket with their dad and fishing guide. We also love it for the horses at the Equestrian Center, but we need to call earlier to book next time. • Saveur du monde has a great Nutella and strawberry crepe, good croissants 🥐, macarons and more • Freshfields Village has it all. We enjoy shopping at Lilly Pulitzer, Lululemon and really all the places. We also enjoy eating there! • Of the ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s (@ Freshfields) or Salty Dog • So much more! Thank you!

The condo was very nice and we would stay there again. I think it’s perfect for a couple or a small family. It’s nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve seen. The porches with fans are a bonus.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable-top to bottom.Every room was nicely appointed, very comfortable mattresses with linens that had the feel of a 5 – star hotel. Living room / dining area was tastefully decorated and SO comfortable.The kitchen appliances operated very well – all Frigidaire brand. The Electrolux washer /dryer are best I’ve ever used – wow! Loved the proximity to the very beautiful beach, clubhouse and golf courses.We highly recommend this property. If you did not book directly through Coastal Getaways of SC we'd encourage you to do so for future reservations to avoid 3rd party booking fees (i.e., Home Away, VRBO or Airbnb). Coastal Getaways is very responsive and helpful.

Great stay in a well appointed and comfortable 3br/2ba. Very comfortable master bedroom mattress! Great location in the middle of Seabrook Island. Clean and checked all the boxes for our stay.
