Perfect getaway in Seabrook! This was our first time visiting/staying on the island and it was wonderful! The house was clean, fully equipped and all together very comfortable. Wonderful views of the pond behind the house that we could see from the deck. There is some new home construction going on across the street but other than a little traffic it wasn’t loud at and looks like they are nearing completion. Seabrook Island Club itself is also a treat! We spent time both at the pool and on their beach access. We were there right after Labor Day so it wasn’t as busy as high season but the restaurants on site were perfect for a quick lunch with great views. The nearby town center (Freshfields) was so nice to have right down the street with many stores you can find in Charleston as well as a grocery store and several restaurants and wine bars. It was just all in all a great time and a new adventure for us in SC!

Family reunion on Seabrook Island. The condo was lovely. It was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, dishes, pans towels etc. Big kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Good view from both decks. Only drawback was lighting to parking lot.

My family had a great time, always enjoy coming to Seabrook Island. The condo was excellent, very clean, with extra cleaning supplies, check in was simple and ready hours early, the staff were very communicative so we were prepared for the entire trip from reservation to check out. Also extremely pet friendly and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be staying with Coastal Getaways again.

I cannot say enough great things about Seabrook Island in general. I have been many times, and almost exclusively stay in the Atrium Villas. Love the ease and proximity to beach, pool, and Island house dining. Amenities are simply the best. The villa we stayed in this time was lovely, had everything we needed. Comfortable with plenty of space. Wonderful ocean views all day. 5 stars!

This place was everything I hoped for in a vacation place! Cleanliness, great decor, king size bed, two bathrooms, pet-friendly, balcony, and gorgeous oceanfront view! Hubby and I took our Malchis and celebrated our anniversary! The beach had calm waves, and I was able to swim, and the sand was soft to the feet. Beautiful tropical landscaping throughout the island! Had everything in the kitchen we needed to make many meals., and a gorgeous view to look out while we ate. First time to the island and definitely will not be our last! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful place to stay. There were many dogs in the nearby villas, but we never slept hearing any dogs barking. We all had a great time including the dogs. Seabrook Island was amazing!!!!! Villa was the best!!!

The apartment was great. We arrived on a Monday. Tuesday there was apparently some renovation going on with the apartment above us. Probably my fault for not figuring out that after Labor Day the restaurants were only open 3 days a week, being after the summer season.; And those that were open those 3 days, required reservations which went quickly. We never got to eat lunch or dinner out. But all in all, it was an enjoyable week.

This cottage is beautiful it has everything you need in the house. I recommend to rent a golf cart it was so handy. We will definitely be back!!!

This is just what we needed. The accommodation's were nice except could of used a bigger table for meals as we had other friends that were staying nearby. Great view but did not see any wildlife except deer. Enjoyed our trip immensely.

View of the golf course is terrific. Nice large deck for family gatherings (we had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren) and being on the 2nd floor we had a solid roof overhead when it rained. A little noisy when the golf course greens are being maintained first thing in the morning, but it doesn't last long. This is our 2nd time renting here - we like it better than the ocean-side views.

Overall great house with lot of space and easy access to the beachy We rode our bikes to the pool and community center each day. Great family-sized kitchen with all the amenities you can think of.

We stayed here for a week and the house was great for what we needed. The living spaces are great and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was small but worked for us. The only thing missing for us was an outdoor shower but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our recent stay! We loved the close access to the beach. Every little detail is thought of and the owners were wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond with any of our questions. You can tell they truly care about providing a wonderful guest experience (even down to supplies for the fur baby).
This was our first visit to Seabrook and loved the natural beauty of the island. It is so quiet and peaceful. Freshfields Village is just outside the gate but the place to go for restaurants and shopping.
We definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit!

We really enjoyed the property, especially the ability to watch the beautiful sunsets over the marsh and hear the dolphins splashing in it. As first time Seabrook visitors, the location was excellent and allowed us to have direct access to the Lake House for swimming (5 minute walk) and be within a short drive to multiple beach access points and the Island House and Ocean Club (each 10 minute drive). The property has four floors with some half-staircases, so it could be a bit tougher to watch small kids, but overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.

The location was great, mid point of the island so easy access to north beaches and beach front pool. Bikes included was a nice touch.
The kitchen and bathrooms (specifically the master) were tight. We didn't do a lot of cooking so it wasn't a huge issue for the kitchen. The master bathroom's lack of counter space required a bit of a work around but not vacation altering.
The ceiling fans were great and kept air moving.
The screened in porch was a perfect touch as well.
Clean property. Careful with food, with the rain ants seemed to be an issue for us and friends saying at other properties.

This property has such a wonderful location, the little annoyances seem meaningless. Had issues with the cable and internet but the property manager and Coastal Getaways resolved everything.

This property is within walking distance to multiple beach access points and the Beach Club. It was nice walking to grab coffee at the Osprey Cafe, going to the Beach Club to swim and relax, and with such close proximity to multiple beach access points.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The view was gorgeous from the porch! The beds were very cozy!! The couch is nap worthy!! Love that there were family games to play at night. The whole community, beaches, club, pool, restaurants, village market is so lovely!! The only issue we had was the condo has a musty smell when we arrived and one of the closet doors broken when we try to open it. The property manager was very easy to reach though and prompt to assist. We definitely be back!

The unit was very nicely appointed, had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach. Every evening we enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and experience an amazing sunset.

We like Seabrook because there is something for everyone. The Tarpon Pond 551 had a lovely view of the 17th Fairway. The porch room was our favorite gathering space for playing competitive board games at night. It got a bit noisy for the person attempting to sleep in the loft area however. The galley kitchen is adequate, but we really enjoy eating at the Pelican’s Nest. Delicious! Thank you for sharing your home to reunite and recreate with family!

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed the thoughtful and well stocked amenities. You just need to bring yourself and whatever food you need and you’re well on your way to your relaxing beach/golf vacation! Located a mile from the beach made it a quick drive or short bike ride. A great place to rest and recharge.

We love coming to Seabrook, and we always stay at this house-maybe 6 or 7 times? It's the perfect location-close enough to the club pool and beach, but secluded and quiet. The house is the perfect size for us, especially with the new trundle bed in the kids' room. Everything is new-furniture, appliances, etc-and clean. We will certainly be back!

All was good. Stove took forever to heat up. Kitchen had no hot pads and not enough dish rags.
