Our morning walks on the beach with our dog was the best. This is our second time staying at this property. It's a quiet neighborhood. We love its proximity to the beach. The house is the perfect size/layout especially when our friends, kids and grandkids were visiting. We felt the property was greatly improved with the new owners. The kitchen was very well stocked. We greatly appreciated having a gas grill! The new furniture in the sitting area and bedrooms were an added plus. Our only issue was with the removal of the king size bed from the downstairs master bedroom, but CGOFSC addressed this with the owners and was willing to switch the beds back. We didn't think that was necessary but may be something that should be done for future renters.

We thought this villa was very nice. The view from the villa, the furnishings and updates were all wonderful. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed the light and airy decor.

Our stay at 2713 Seabrook Island Road was wonderful. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. The property manager took the time to meet us and go over some questions we had. The house is in a great location on the Island and the environment was very quiet! The house had all we needed on a daily basis such as the kitchen had everything anyone would need. The lanai was so comfortable. This home is definitely a jewel ! We will return again!,

We loved our stay at 741 Spinnaker! We visit Seabrook often and 741 Seabrook was one of the most well-appointed Spinnaker units we have stayed in. It is so comfortable and the location is wonderful as are the views of the golf course and canal. We hope to visit it again.

I love how quiet and uncrowded Seabrook is - so much untouched nature!The condo was so cute - perfect for one couple and our sweet puppy. It had everything we needed. And the patio was so great! We loved the location, and parking was super convenient. Coastal Getaways were very thorough. And the book on the coffee table was great.

We love the proximity to the beach and the wildlife encounters. It was quite well maintained and inviting.My grandchildren really enjoyed the outdoor pool near the playground. We enjoyed the coverings which provided shade so we could enjoy the pool also. I was disappointed by the playground which was very minimal. The abundance of bicycles in the road should be addressed. For a property that encourages bicycle use, this should be improved.

Loved this little community and house! Right on the golf course! There’s a lot going on here - so you can purchase an amenity card to participate and purchase things in the community or choose not to. I was staying for only 2 days and chose not to. A few things I wish were included: shampoo / conditioner / body wash and beach towels. But no big deal bringing my own. Property management was extremely quick to reply when I had questions. The house was absolutely lovely.

Love the Villa, there are 2 suggestions I have: 1) Stock the kitchen a little better there were no steak knives. 2) The hot water heater did not work very well and did not get very hot. It was hard to get back to back showers & it was just my husband and myself.

Beautiful condo. Our only comment is that the furniture on the outdoor deck is not user friendly. The high chairs are not comfortable. A lower table and some comfortable chairs would be a welcome addition. Aldo an umbrella.

Nice to be close to wedding venue, pool and beaches. Enjoyed going to little villlage just outside gated area - Freshfields. There were shops and other dining options.

The villa had everything that you may need during your stay. The remodel was very impressive and well done. We felt very much at home. It was a relaxing vacation. Woke up every morning to deer just outside the screen porch. Was just a short walk to the sand and the views were amazing. Great area to walk along the water. Enjoyed watching the porpoise and pelicans along with the fishing boats, shrimp boats and sail boats coming and going. If you are looking for a private get away. Look no further.

Wonderful property, Had a great week at Seabrook. Oceanfront and pet friendly made this an ideal location. House is well stocked and maintained. Thanks for making this pet friendly so our entire family could enjoy!

The renovation includes all new bathrooms and a new kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals throughout our stay. All the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, and we loved the shower in the master bathroom. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the den and master have very large TVs, although we spent all of our time on the beach (5 minute walk from the house to the ocean)! The beaches were by far the least hectic beaches I’ve ever been to in Charleston, so we had space to spread out and basically had the water to ourselves. It’s obvious the owners have put a lot of attention into all the details to make our trip memorable.The back deck and screened in porch offer great views of the sunrise and ocean, so we spent lots of time reading and grilling on the porch. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on Seabrook Island. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. This has been our best AirBnB stay on Seabrook Island by far. We look forward to renting again!We stay on Seabrook island every year. By far, this was our best AirBnB yet. The condo was a great size for the two of us and our two dogs. The large, screened in porch gave us plenty of extra living and working space. The condo was pristine and the kitchen was stocked with high end cookware, plates and glasses. The host was very responsive, provided all the information we wanted in a friendly day. We'll definitely return!

This is now our favorite place to stay.. Everything in the villa has been updated. It was like walking into a new home. The sunsets are amazing and the private beach is almost right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was very relaxing and quiet. We will be back

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful vacation destination for a friends getaway and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! Whether you’re a ping pong enthusiast, a beach lover, or someone who enjoys a cozy bonfire by the shore, this place has it all. The pool area is pristine, and the golf is great! There’s never a dull moment! Charming Accommodations. Three bedrooms and a loft, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful screened in porch where we sipped our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. If you’re looking for a relaxing, activity-filled beach vacation, look no further. I highly recommend this spot for families, couples, or anyone seeking a slice of paradise. I can’t wait to return!

My family enjoyed a week here late in March. The villa was comfortably furnished, well equipped and in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the wildlife attracted to the pond in front with the golf course as a backdrop. It was a short distance to the expansive beach and chairs, games, and bikes were available to use. The area is quiet and feels safe. We will definitely return to Seabrook and to this villa again.

Fell in love with Seabrook! The community was quiet, safe and just so pretty. The Beach Club pool and restaurants were great, we wish we had more days just to lounge by the water. The condo had an amazing view, easy access to walk on the beach and the most comfortable bed. So much to do nearby at The Freshfields Village, shopping and restaurants and grocery all in one place. I would highly recommend this rental, you wont be disappointed!
